Chapter 4: “A beautiful pair of Dad and son”

Dong Tian left S city in the middle of the night and before leaving he bought a new phone and sim Card. He called Dr. Li and told him he was leaving S city.

Dr. Li could only sigh...

It wasn't only once that Ying Jun betrayed Dong Tian's love and trust... His constant betrayal and lies hurted Dong Tian more than the thought of their break up...

As the saying goes ' It takes more than one cold day for the river to freeze three feet deep'.. 

Dr. Li told Dong Tian to take care of himself and that he should call him once in a while...

They chatted for a bit before the call hung up..

Currently Dong Tian boarded a flight to A city... He had a little house he bought for Ying Jun's birthday but who would have thought he would enter the house again after leaving him...

By the time his flight landed, it was already 7 am in the morning so he took a taxi towards the little house... The house only had two floor but was spacious enough for a family of four to live freely.. it was also located in good neighbourhood... It was not too far from the city centre aswell but the best thing was that there was not too much traffic around..

He got off the taxi and gave diver the money... He entered the house and started to clean the house... He didn't need to buy the furniture as he already bought it before... He swiftly threw away the things he bought for Ying Jun. After cleaning for two hours the house was as clear as new..

Dong Tian may not be great at buisness but he was great cleaning and other house hold stuffs...

He finally took a nap... He woke up around 1pm.. he decided to go out to eat as he didn't want to cook food... He was quite hungry as he didn't ate anything since yesterday....

He strolled around out side searching for a restaurant...

Suddenly he saw a little white ball moving around the street alone... To be precise it was a child.. He wore a white rabbit plushie hat, white woolen sweater and pants with soft cotton boots with rabbit ears and a white rabbit back pack... His face as fair as a jade with his eyes a ruby red with his hair as dark as a night sky.. Currently this child was pouting as his eyes a little misty... Seemingly he wanted to cry but endure it with a serious face... To be honest it was funny to see such expression on his cute face.

Dong Tian's heart softens immediately upon seeing this child... He had always liked children and wanted his own child but the sad truth was that getting pregnant for a ger was very hard...

He walked towards the child and crouched down to face the child.. " Hello"...

This cute child stared at him and put on a vigilant expression and said cautiously " hello mister"..

Surprise at the sudden vigilant expression of the child, Dong Tian was pleased...' such a little child and still know to be wary of strangers'... " Little friend why are you alone here? Where are your parents?"

As if the dam holding the tears broke, he suddenly started sobbing softly and said " Daddy got *hiccup* Daddy got lost!! Wahh!! I didn't look after Daddy so he got lost!! Daddy... Sob I want my daddy!!"..

After being dumbfounded by the sudden wailing and sobbing of the small fluff ball for a while, he immediately deduced that the child was probably lost and got seperated from his dad...

"Shh shh don't cry, don't cry, you are a strong boy right... Let's find your daddy okay... If you cry your daddy will be sad so don't cry" said a flustered Dong Tian... Although he liked children and has grown up in the orphanage he still gets easily flustered when children cry...

" Re-really? Daddy will be sad? If he's sad then I'll have to wear those clothes again.. nope I can't cry!" Murmured the child with a determined expression which was extremely cute to see!

"What's your name? And where do you live?" Coaxed Dong Tian after seeing that he stopped crying...

"My name's Gu Wei. I live at home with daddy!" Gu Wei said cheerfully..

Dong Tian was distressed because he understood that Gu Wei seem to not know where his house was... Where was he suppose to go now?

"Come with me let's search for your daddy" he held his hand out, Gu Wei held his hand but quickly took his hand back "Daddy said to not go anywhere with the strangers...." He said in a low voice seemingly distressed...

Gu wei's eyes suddenly lit up! He began to search his rabbit back pack and took out a card..." Daddy said if daddy ever got lost, I should call this number!" He held the card in his hand and showed it to Dong Tian..

Dong Tian took a look at the card and saw a number with the name 'Gu Chen'...

"Is your daddy's name Gu Chen?" He said..

"Yes! My daddy is very pretty and strong! He can even beat those bad uncles" Gu Wei said holding his little fist up. His eyes shone brightly as he said feeling very proud. "I'll marry daddy when I grow up and beat those bad uncles!"

Dong Tian smiled as he listened to the child ramble about his daddy... He took out his phone and dialled Gu Chen's number..

*Tut-tu- "hello." A anxious voice came through the other side. It was chrisp and pleasant voice to hear...

"Hello, This is Dong Tian and is this Gu Wei's Dad Gu Chen?" Asked Dong Tian as he heard the anxiousness from the other party...

"Yes yes, I am. What happened?" There was a little breathlessness in his voice.. he seemed to be running..

"I found Gu Wei alone at the street.. he seemed lost. Can you tell me your address so I can bring him to you.." other side seemed to have stopped running as he panted a little for air.

"Yes yes! Umm can you bring him to the 'Rabbit's happiness' cafe?.. it's my cafe, I'll be there in a minute..!"

"Okay.. Gu Wei do want to talk to your daddy...?"

"Want!" Gu Wei said immediately holding his hands out towards Dong Tian... He gave him the phone as he waited for them to finish talking... After some minutes the call ended..

" Daddy said to follow uncle to daddy's shop!" He held Dong Tian's hand and started walking while talking about his daddy..

Helpless Dong Tian shook his head and walked toward the shops direction after asking the few passersby... It took them about half an hour of searching to find the shop...

Outside the shop stood a person with a slender and lean body with delicate jade like fair skin, red ruby eyes with white eyelashes, white hair which seemed extremely soft to touch.. his lips a moist red tint, a cute buttoned nose, his eyes a beautiful peach blossom shape. He had straight white brows, which highlighted his features even more and there was a peach blossom mark on his forehead between the brows. 

Dong Tian himself was quite beautiful, with fair skin , a straight nose with large fan shape eyelashes and small cute lips in pink colour, his hair a dark blue almost black and his eyes a pair of electric blue colour.. he had his peach blossom mark behind his right ear. But the person before him was the most beautiful person he had ever seen before... He couldn't even compare himself with Gu Chen. It would be a lie if he said he was not a little jealous.

The corner of Gu Chen's eyes were a little red which showed that he had been crying... It would make anyone distressed to see a beauty crying... And Dong Tian was not an exception.. before he could call out to him, Gu Wei ran towards Gu Chen...

"Daddy! I found you!!" Gu Chen looked at the little white dumpling running towards him. His eyes were filled with tears again as he hurriedly approached Gu Wei..

" Wei Wei! Where did you go?! Almost scared daddy to death!!.." he said as he softly sobed..

Dong Tian watched the reunion between the father and son duo and felt extremely happy...

How he wished he could be like that aswell...
