When I heard the bad news from Sarah, we immediately ran out of the school, Shera and Reimi seemed panicked, the King has fainted, I was also shocked to hear. The school's cafeteria was fussing when the students accidentally heard about the news but I hope someone would tell the students to keep the secret.

"What should we do now, my Highness?" - Reimi was nervous so she asked Shera, some students and teachers were going into the hallway saw us and stared at us as if they were curious why we were rushing

"Talk when we go back to the Palace, Reimi! Talking here is very complicated." - Shera seemed to want to hide the news from the people here though the students in the cafeteria has heard about it

The three of us walked fast forward, we were going down the floor to get to the lower class or something, still one more class on the ground floor to go before heading out of the school. When we were going on down the stairs, I saw Raptu, she was now reading a book while going up, should I tell this girl to help us?

"Ah...Miss Shera and everyone, what's wrong?" - Raptu stopped walking and looked at us when she noticed we were close to her

"Sorry, Raptu! My home has a problem so I will go back to the Palace now." - Shera walked down the stairs after she has done talking

Reimi didn't say anything but she made a fast bow toward Raptu and then walked down with Princess, I got my hand out of Shera when she walked past Raptu so Shera stopped walking and confused looked at me. Raptu didn't know anything yet, I hope this girl would be trustworthy, I need someone to stop the students from fussing about the news to the others, let's risk this time.

"Raptu, hear me, immediately get to the cafeteria to stop the students from fussing about the news." - I grabbed both of Raptu's shoulders and said to her normally and seriously, no one was on the stairs except four of us but I must cautious

"What...what wrong?" -Raptu was quite confused, Shera and Reimi grabbed my hands as if to tell me to go

"Shera, Reimi, hear me! We must have someone to stop the students from spreading the news."

"Stop, John! We must go now." - Shera seemed didn't want to let Raptu know, she squeezed my hand tight to tell me to go

"Sir Rigen, the situation is now very dangerous, we must go back now!" - Shut up, Reimi! If we go back without warning people in the school then that would be a serious problem!

"Can you people tell me...what happened?" - Raptu seemed confused more than before, she stored her book in her uniform and seemed to want to know what I wanted to tell her

"Nothing, Raptu! Nothing happened." - Shera rejected to not let Raptu know

"Raptu, do not let the students to fuss about the news to the teachers and the other students outside the cafeteria!"

"What is cafeteria and news, Sir John?" - Goddammit! Those words must not be used in this world

What should I explain to her? News...news...news? Information! Then what about the cafeteria, school eating room or what?

"John, stop! Please!" - Shera has successfully pulled my left hand out of Raptu

"Raptu, immediately get back to the school's eating room to stop the students from fussing about the King's situation, if they have spread the information then tell the teachers and the others to keep the secret, do not let it spread out of the school."

"Understood...I...I will go now! I will stop the students!" - Raptu ran fast up the stairs and she was so rushed so she fell but she later stood up and went to the cafeteria

"John! Why did you!" - Shera, stop being mad!

"Now go, Shera! Reimi! We don't have time to quarrel here, let's go!" - The three of us have stopped walking but now ran down the stairs

We immediately walked out of the school with the surprise from the school guards, they did not have time to react but didn't stop us, they seemed confused at what we were doing.

"Advisor, immediately find the fastest route to go back to the Palace!"

Advisor immediately loaded the map screen and appeared a long yellow line on the map to show us the fastest way to go to the Palace, maybe I should tell Shera and Reimi to follow me.

"Shera, Reimi! Follow me! I will lead you back by the fastest route!"

Reimi and Shera heard that so they immediately ran with me to another route, the way Princess always went from the Palace to the school took about 30 minutes. This route took about 24 or 25 minutes according to the time that Advisor showed me on the map, the people walking on the sidewalks noticed us and were curious but they later stepped away to let us go.

We finally ran back to the Palace and were nearing its entrance, all of us were quite exhausted after taking a long run without a break. There was a carriage nearby the entrance...Sarah and Hatano came out from it? They just have returned like us too!

"Ah, Commander!" - Sarah called me when she saw me, behind her was Hatano, Hatano was quite calm

"Get inside the Palace now!"

"Roger that!" - Sarah and Hatano ran inside of the Palace, the Warsaw guards that were guarding the entrance bowed toward them when they went through

"Princess, Reimi, let's go inside!"

The three of us ran inside of the Palace and opened the Palace's door to get in, the hallways we went through were so empty, no people at all. Sarah and Hatano were running from far away, Sarah said to me the King has fainted and now was resting in his room so I would head to that place as fast as possible.

The three of us ran through each hallway until we got to Royal's hallway, many maids and servants were crowding, the guards have formed long horizontal lines around to stop them from going in. The number of servants was so many and they said loud to the guards as if they want to visit the King, I was wondering if they could hear us and let us pass or not.

"Please, Sir! Please let me get in to visit His Majesty!" - An old maid begged the guards to let her get in

"Who dares to harm His Majesty, he saved my life and my family by giving me this job, he never let us starve, who harmed him!" - Some maids seemed very mad as if they were thinking their ruler has been harmed by someone

"Please let me get in, Sir..."

"Hey, Princess is here! Get out of the way now!" - I yelled loud to the maids and the servants that were crowding the Warsaw guards

The maids and the servants saw us so they immediately stepped away to open the way and kneeled toward all of us, Sarah and Hatano took that chance so they ran through but were stopped by the guards.

Shera and Reimi moved toward the guards, I also went with them to face the guards.

"These people are allowed to go in, let them go." - Shera ordered the guards

"Understood, Your Highness." - The guards let Sarah go in, my subordinates went inside

"Your Highness, His Majesty has just fainted and the healers are doing their best to cure his illness." - Illness? What the fuck? Sarah said he collapsed after drinking wine, something suspicious here

"Let me get in immediately." - Shera said to the guards

"Ahh...I'm sorry, understood, Your Highness!" - The guards immediately stepped away to let us go inside

We immediately ran to the King's room, when we got near the door, many officials were standing outside, they seemed nervous for their ruler, Sherry was also outside with the officials as if they did not have permission to go in. Prime Minister Alt Toten and Hoster did not stand outside so they must be inside the King's room, I must go in at all costs because Hatano and Sarah have been blocked from getting in.

"Tutor John!" - Sherry saw me so she ran toward me

"Tutor John, His Majesty seems very weak in his room, many healers gathered inside but they could not do anything, even our best healer has been summoned to get here but he could not do anything."

"We will talk later, Ms. Sherry! Why couldn't you go inside?"

"Only the Prime Minister and the King's children are allowed to go in, no one else would be allowed." - But I want to get in to see his situation, dammit!

"Hey, guards! Let these people get in!" - Shera ordered the guards who were blocking Hatano and Sarah

"Yes, understood, Your Highness!" - The guards opened the door and my subordinates went inside

"Let these people go in with me too." - Shera pointed me, Reimi and Sherry to tell the guards to let us in

"Yes, Your Highness!" - The guards opened the door to let all of us go in

When we went inside, I saw Hoster was now crouching on the floor and was holding the King's hand, the King seemed very pale in his bed, around him were 9 people in white cloaks, maybe they were the healers.

Minister Alt stood beside Hoster and raised his hand toward Hatano and Sarah as if to tell them to not go closer, maybe I should go to the King now.

"Do not get closer, Ladies." - Minister Alt told my subordinates and then saw us, he made a sign as if to tell me to get closer to him

I and Shera walked toward Minister Alt, Reimi stood behind as if she knew she would not be able to go in to visit the King like us.

"Your Highness, please go inside to visit your father...tutor John, His Majesty also wants you to visit him too." - Minister Alt told us so both of us went through to visit the King

When we got to the King's bed, Hoster was holding his father's hand in nervousness, he kept holding his father's hand tight as if to beg him to be healthy again. The healers around us lowered their heads as if they admit they could not do anything to help the King, they seemed very regretted so all of them were silent.

"Shera...?" - Hoster saw Shera so he put his hand out of his father's hand, his face seemed nervous about his father's fate

Shera didn't know what to say so she crouched down and then held the King's hand, I was wondering why the King collapsed and suddenly fainted, this may be an assassination. Prime Minister must be the one behind this crime, but why did the Warsaw guards say the King was having an illness?

"Healers, tell me the details of what has happened to His Majesty." - I asked the healers nearby to tell me the story, the eldest healer raised his head as if he would the one who was willing to tell me the story

"Yes, Sir! His Majesty was having a meeting with his officials about a discussion that we didn't know its details, after discussing, His Majesty invited his officials to drink wine with him."

"After drinking wine for a few seconds, His Majesty suddenly collapsed and all the officials brought him here and called our lowly healers to heal him." - So my father-in-law has surely been poisoned, Minister Alt dare to assassinate him this soon?

"He got poisoned or what?" - I asked the healers while Shera looked at me, she seemed to be shocked at the question I asked the healers

"No, Sir! We examined the wine box that is used for the King and his officials to drink wine, no poison has been found but we cannot be sure yet."

"His Majesty and his officials drank the same wine, in the same wine box but only him collapsed after drinking the wine." - Prime Minister has prepared this assassination well, I think!

"Then what made His Majesty collapse?"

"We don't know, Sir! But according to us, the wine His Majesty drank has some ingredients that seem to be harmful to his health, he has heart problems so those ingredients may be the cause of his collapse."

"So there is no poison in the wine?"

Holy shit, tch! The King's hand was so cold, maybe he was about to die sooner or later, what did he want when he call me here? To give me his throne when he dies or what?

No, that would not be possible if I keep illusions myself, the King must have trusted me at some point, maybe he was about to tell me something that he wanted only to let me know.

"John...come closer...I want to talk...get your ears closer..." - The King called me to get closer so I immediately did that

"Father..." - I put my hand out of the King so Shera and Hoster got toward their father and held his hands, they seemed to have some tears

What should I do now? Would Advisor be able to let me know what happened to the King?

"Advisor, can you do anything?"

Both of us silently walked outside, Reimi and my subordinates followed me, Hoster didn't go outside but he went toward Sherry and that girl later hugged him to comfort him.

We got outside and then walked past the crowds of servants again to get to Shera's room, I took the lead so I opened the door to let my wife get in. When all of us got inside the room, Reimi stood outside to guard, I also pointed my thumb to let Sarah and Hatano guard outside with her.

Now the room only has two of us, only me and Shera, Shera sat on the bed and held her face, she started to cry so I have to sit beside her and patted her head to comfort her. Now I remembered what Mentor Lerer told me before we farewell, he gave me something that seemed to be important, I should go back to my room to find it.

"Hey, Shera...don't cry, I'm here with you." - I hugged Shera and she cried while pressing her face to my chest

How would I leave my wife to get back to my room? Maybe I should not leave Shera here alone at this time, I must comfort her more, maybe...telling her some funny stories? Bullshit!

Wait... some things being covered by the turret so I pulled the turret and put it on the floor and then took out the things that got covered to see what were those things.

Those were five letters in my hands but one looked new but the other ones looked yellow as if they have been written for a long time, these things were given to me by Mentor Lerer.

I looked closely at the new letter and noticed it was written for me so I immediately looked at the words that were written in the letter.

So that was what Mentor wanted to say to me, now I was wondering if he has escaped or not, I hope he was still alive somewhere, I hope he found his way here or at least would be alive in Jager Kingdom.

About these letters, maybe I should not be too rushed to give them to the others, Shera, Reimi and Hoster seemed very sad so I would let them read the letters maybe tomorrow. When he has the letter, Hoster would trust me a bit and then I would use Sherry to manipulate him, she would persuade Hoster to make me a lord, I would have lands to build my own army. I would use my own army to open an uprising to overthrow Hoster but before that, I must kill Prime Minister before doing it.

Or I would do many things when I become a lord to have the trust of the lords and the officials and then assassinate Hoster and Alt Toten to take the throne. Or just simply assassinate Hoster and Alt Toten and use Shera to persuade the lords and the officials and then they would surely let me have the throne.

I should stop illusion myself now, I must go back to Shera immediately. I slowly stuffed my things into my Alrotz bag and put the letters into my uniform and then went outside my room to go back to Shera, I must be with her to comfort her.

I went back to Shera and noticed that she was still sleeping, Reimi was guarding Shera inside her room but when she saw me, Reimi bowed toward me and then went outside to do the guard.

About my subordinates, I ordered them to go back to their room because I saw there was nothing for them to do for me right now. I would make a meeting with my subordinates after Hoster become the King to discuss the plan to make the uprising.

Rigen's perspective - Tomorrow morning

"John..wake up..." - A sweet voice called me, that was from Shera, I noticed that I have slept overnight or something, my eyes were blurred while seeing the light from outside

I slowly got up from the bed while rubbing my eyes, maybe this time has already morning, Shera seemed to have many moods after waking up, maybe she didn't sad like before anymore, I'm so glad!

"Hey, let's change our clothes and then visit my father, I hope he has been better." - Shera said to me and then slowly went to her closet to take her new clothes

I would wear my military uniform as always, I would not change my clothes, I also want to visit the King, I hope he was still fine, Shera would go with me to visit him.

"My Highness! My Highness, bad things happened!" - Reimi suddenly kicked the door and got in, her facial expression seemed very panicked

"What's wrong, Reimi?" - Shera asked Reimi in curious but I felt her face has some nervous now, me too

"His Majesty has passed away!"
