[Red Magic Tower, Great Hall. Center of magic.]

A large room with many marble pillars. Each pillar had a beautiful crystal torch. The green flame was blooming from the tip of the crystal, which was stuffed with fire magic.

Ten people in white robes were neatly lined up on the right, ten people in black robes were neatly lined up on the left, ten people in red and green robes were also neatly lined up in the middle. All of them wore robes that matched their respective types of magic. Their faces looked tense, waiting for someone to arrive.

A bright flash of light appeared and expanded into a large rotating circle. A white-robed man appeared from inside, along with a strong wind. His face was handsome and charismatic, with golden-brown hair. His white robe turned silver.

"We welcome the Supreme Mage, lord Ace." Everyone in robes bowed down. They were wizards. Ace's subordinates. Now, it was rare for humans to be born with LUMINOUS. They were all the last Wizards guarding the red magic tower and humans.

"What made you return to the magic tower in such a hurry, lord?" asked Bazel, Ace's right-hand man who was called the King. He was the supervisor of black wizards. Black skin, big tall body, sharp jawline, and a scar on the left eye.

"Do you remember Edith?"

"Edith Grey? The greatest wizard ever born?" Naomi, the Red Wizard who was called the Queen, chimed in. A young woman with red hair, red lips, and red nails. She was an expert in creating illusions and also hypnotizing people. Her magical type was terrifying when her enemy didn't have a firm heart.

"Didn't you kill her by yourself, lord?" Eros or Jack looked questioningly at Ace who was telling them about Edith Grey. Former vice Supreme Mage before Ace.

"Yeah, I killed her with my own hands. But it seems. She didn't completely leave this world." Ace was confused by his memories from the past with Fenrir's escape today. Edith sealed Fenrir with a blood seal that was so strong it meant that only she could release him from his cage. But Edith was dead, so who opened it?

"What do you mean, lord?" King did not understand Ace's words.

"That means Edith left a legacy, King. She wasn't dead. Or maybe her life and memories are somewhere." Ace guessed.

"But in what form? Isn't self-replicating magic very forbidden? It's also dangerous. Instead of being two people, she died because she didn't manage to split." King asked.

"You're right; even a mage of my level would have a hard time splitting a body." Ace took a deep breath.

"I can copy myself into so many." Queen giggled.

"No joking, Queen. It's just an illusion you created!" Eros interrupted Queen's words.

Ace only could find the truth through the past. A past he never knew. Past from Edith's side.

"Queen, can you look inside Edith's bloodstone? I want to know all about her memories?" asked Ace.

"Okay, lord. I'm going to the tree of life." Queen rushed out of the hall.

"What exactly happened?" Jack wanted to know.

"Sigh… You must have heard of Fenrir?!" Everyone's faces stiffened when Ace said that horrible name.

"The most dangerous villain, the most powerful werewolf ever. The Alpha of all Alphas. The king of werewolves. I don't know. A lot of people give him nicknames." Eros shrugged.

"That's right, Fenrir is a terrifying creature." said the King, "but isn't he dead, lord?"

"Have you ever found his body?"

Everyone looked at each other when they heard Ace's question. True, they had never seen Fenrir's corpse. They were busy fighting the werewolves. They only knew the high wizards had killed Fenrir. Fenrir's death made the werewolves give up, they fell apart and finally gave up.

"Then what does your restlessness have to do with Fenrir, Lord?

"Fenrir has arise, King."

"What??"

"The Prophecy, we are late. The prophecy of the green and blue eyed wolf that will destroy the world. That will appear in a thousand years. It seems we have wrong about one thing." Ace took a deep breath. Everyone there was buzzing and confused; what were they missing? A thousand years, they went through a long process of interpreting the prophecy.

"We can only wait for the truth to come out. We wait for Queen to return with Edith's bloodstone." Ace sat on his throne.

"No Way!!!" The red-haired woman ran into the hall of the tower. Her face was sweaty, panicked.

"What is it?!" King panicked.

"Edith's blood stone is missing." Queen stared at Ace with eyes full of horror.

"What??" Ace was taken aback.

"No way. Edith is a witch. When she dies, her bloodstone will return to the tree of life." Ace swallowed hard.

"Really, lord. Nothing, I've looked through every bloodstone there is. None of them was hers." Queen bit her lip.

Ace's eyes widened. Without the bloodstone, Edith's memory would never open. He would never know what memory was stored in her bloodstone.

"Who steal it?? But how can we not figure it out??" said King in surprise.

"Go, Jack! Turn back the time on the Tree of life. Who would dare to tarnish the holy land of the Wizards? We have to find him. We have to get the necklace back. That bloodstone will help us defeat Fenrir." Ace's ordered, Eros nodded and invited half of the green wizards to help him rewind time around the Tree of life. It took great strength to trace the trail. The farther the time span, the more LUMINOUS needed.

"That's right before Fenrir finds a strong enough vessel to rise and bring the werewolves back to rule the continent." King nodded.

"What should we do, Ace? That dark force roams out there. And We don't know how to find Fenrir." Queen asked, her forehead furrowed deep.

"I already know where he is! But that doesn't mean we can catch him without any preparation, Queen. We have to know what forbidden magic Fenrir used." Ace had no choice but to wait for the bloodstone to arrive in his hand.

"But many people will be hurt." The Wizards complained.

"I will continue to be near that man and keep him from harming humans. King will help me. And …"

"What??" King asked.

"Don't let Fenrir meet Alex."

"What do you mean??"

"Fenrir will definitely fall in love with Alex's strong body." Ace rubbed his face roughly. Suppose Fenrir came in and took control of Alexander's body. I can not imagine what will happen when Alex's strength seal is opened. The human world will fall into complete annihilation.

"I really hate to admit it! But maybe we'll need his help." Ace took a deep breath. Like it or not, he needed Alex's help.

"How could he possibly help us, Lord?? Fenrir is a god to the werewolves!" King disagrees with Ace's plan.

Ace was silent for a moment as the leader of the werewolves. Alex would definitely serve Fenrir faithfully. But what happens if Eden asks him? Alex seemed in love with this girl. And wasn't that girl a human? There must be a way to convince Alex, and one of them is to ask Eden for help.

But, what about Eden's condition now? How is she?

Eden leaned against Alexander's chest, and Alex continued to hug her tightly while they were in the car.

"Ugh!!" Eden sighed.

"Faster, Max!!" Alex ordered.

"Okay, Alpha." Max stepped on the gas pedal deeper. The car sped fastback into town.

Alex kissed the top of Eden's head, hoping to channel his soul to heal Eden.

"Hold on, baby! I know you can make it!" Alex inhaled sincerely tried to calm down his heart either.

The half-hour journey felt so long because of Eden's pain groans. Alex was so worried that something painful would make his girlfriend unable to endure. What's more, Eden's body was scorching with fever.

"Alpha?" Jared was confused when the alpha got out of the car. Shouldn't the Alpha solve the power struggle that happened in the Amethyst pack? Why so quickly back to the pack?

Jared's question was answered when Alex carried Eden's limp body out of the car.

"Call the doctor!! Hurry up!!" Alex ordered.

"Okay, Alpha." Jared ran frantically to the nearest intercom. He called the family doctor, one of the betas who lived in the back building.

"What happened, Max?" Jared wanted to know. The old man looked very worried about Eden's condition.

"Luna fainted in the cave. As soon as she came out, her body was hot, and she complained all over her body was in ache." Max was no less worried.

"Did someone attack Luna?"

"No, that's precisely why Alpha is so curious." Max took a deep breath. While conversing, Max and Jared continued to walk behind Alexander into the room.

"Is the doctor not here yet?"

"Not yet, Alpha."

"Damn it!! Is he going to make me wait??" Alex looked impatient. Eden's weak condition made Alex's heart sad.
