Chapter 57: I Have Become An Alpha

"I'm thirsty, Alex." Eden muttered, her throat was dry and burning.

"Drink this, Baby." Alex helped Eden held the glass.

"Cough! cough!"

"Easy, Baby girl!" Alex patted Eden back to calm her choke.

Alex drank the water and kissed Eden. He helped her woman to gulp the water from his mouth slowly. Her eyebrows furrowed when the water spread inside her mouth. A few seconds later, Eden could feel the freshness of the cold water wet her dry throat, so relieved. Like the snow fell on the Sahara.

"Thanks, Alex."

"Where is the doctor? Is he dare to make me wait?" Shouted Alex mad.

Jared gasped, "I'll called them by myself, Lord!" he rushed to leave. But, When Jared had already pushed the handle door. the doctor came.

"I'm sorry, alpha. in the middle of my way here. Mr. Kai arrived with Mr. Jack and, Mr. Jack was severely injured. The bleeding had stopped, but his body was frail due to the lack of blood. So I give him a blood transfusion first." The doctor asked for alpha mercy.

"Jack injury?"

"Yes, Alpha." He answered with a nod.

"Sigh! Who dares to attacked Jack?!" Alex's face tensed. What had happened? First Eden, now Jack.

"Ugh... Alex." Eden moaned his name. 

"Examine Eden first, Doc!!" Alex turned around and yelled at the doctor to checkup Eden's condition.

The doctor came near, he checked Eden's pulse, then continued to her breath. His eyebrows furrowed when he thought about the diagnosis of Eden's illness.

Eden was scorching from fever. Her first transformation progress forced Eden to get fatigued all over her body, flesh to the bone. When Eden back at the human shape, her body stopped the regeneration progress. No wonder she felt very ill now.

"Miss Eden's energy is drained due to complex activity. I don't know what kind of exercise she had been through—all her muscles cramp. And the fever is the effect of this exhaustion. With a lot of rest, she will be okay, my lord." The doctor told Alexander, there was nothing to worry about. Eden would be okay if she had enough rest.

"sigh..." Alex's heart relieved after hearing about his mate.

"I'll give her fever reduce, pain killer, and sleeping pills, so Luna can rest." The doctor told Alex. Alex nodded to agree.

After a few medical treatments, Eden could sleep well. There was an infused tube of vitamins and ionic water above her bed, down through the long clear hose to Eden's wrist.

Alex didn't sleep, he was waiting for his girl to comfort her. Alex stroked Eden's hair, her grey hair seemed mess and wet because of sweat.

"What had happened to you, Girl? What had you been through without me?" Alex kissed Eden on the back of her hand, so deep and full of love. Honestly, Alex was still fearful, afraid of losing his love, mate of his soul.

A knocking sound on the door made Alex flinch. "Can I come in, my lord?" Kai asked for permission.

"Yes, come in, Kai. We have to talk." Alex got up. He put his hand at the pocket and walked to the couch.

Kai entered, he saw Eden lying on the bed. Than asked, "How about Luna's condition, Lord?"

"She is fine, a doctor gives her sleeping pills so she can rest and heal."

"I'm glad to hear it, Lord." Kai sat in front of Alex.

"What happens to Jack?? How could he got wounded?" Alex asked curiously. He wanted to know everything about the accident.

"When I came, Jackson was already dying. His flesh slashed, badly bleeding, couldn't regenerate. He lost so much blood and I'm afraid he couldn't make it. But..."

"What?"

"But... a Wizard came. He was wearing a white robe. He helped to cure Jack's wounds." Kai shared with Alex about his experience.

"A Wizard?" Alex raised his eyebrow in disbelief. A wizard helped werewolf? was he insane? 

"Yes, Alpha. I had no choice and let him help us. Jackson was saved, and the wizard asked about the one who attacked him." Kai continued the story. Alex's face stiffened; Wizards were nature enemy of werewolves. Did they plan something?

"What is Jack's answer?" Alex questions the wizard's motive for helping Jack.

"He said, The enemy not a werewolf but not a human. He was so strong, even the same strong as you, Lord." Kai said.

"What??"

"Yes, and Jack said that this creature is looking for power to help him arise!" 

"Sigh... What are we dealing with?" Alex stroked his forehead. 

"E... Alpha, What about the Amethyst pack? we have suddenly left them without saying anything." 

"Yes, They must be angry with me. Tell them to wait for me. After everything is clear, we will go back there." Alex ordered Kai.

"Yes, Alpha."

The Summer camp became chaotic because of the wolf's invasion. One of the students was injured. And two students were missing in the woods. They couldn't find Ace and Eden. Meanwhile, Jimmy was unconscious at the hospital.

This big guy had the same diagnosis as Eden. His body was tortured with muscle cramps due exhausted. The teachers waited for him to wake up. But, until midnight, Jimmy still fell asleep.

The hospital corridor looked deserted because it was already in the middle of the night. The teacher -who was looking after Jimmy- was sleeping on the waiting chair in front of his room. Jimmy suddenly sat. His eyes were bloodshot. The demon inside him possessed his body again.

Jimmy walked limp, he went out to the outside. he was walking without direction. Only walk and walk.

"This body is too weak! I need the strong one. I need the body of an alpha. The body that can help me build an army." Jimmy muttered.

After having a long journey to the south, Jimmy arrived at the Amethyst pack. There, three warriors were guarding the gate. They were betas of this pack. One of them held Jimmy's chest, forbid him to cross the border. One of them approached Jimmy and inhale his scent.

"snift... snift!! Hey!! This is a private property that belongs to the Amethyst pack! You cannot go farther." They asked Jimmy to stop his move because Jimmy was a human. But, Jimmy just sneered at the gate guardian warriors. 

"You guys are no match for me, Kid! If you don't want to die then move!" Jimmy ordered back. They laughed at Jimmy. 

"Are you crazy, kid?? Don't play jokes and go home!!" They told Jimmy. But once more time, Jimmy only smiled.

"So, You guys won't let me in, don't ya?"

"Of course! This property area was too creepy for a silly little boy like you! So go and don't dare to come back!!" Yelled them.

Jimmy pulled out his claws, his aura became dark and so pressing. The Three of them flinched. The terrifying atmosphere made them steps backward.

"Who... are you!" They asked Jimmy.

"Your new alpha!!" Jimmy answered then he jumped high. His nail was very sharp, his moves were very agile, and his power was too enormous for just a betas like them.

The battle had begun, They were fighting in the middle of the dawn. Jimmy butchering them, beat them without mercy. Slashing their body into pieces. 

"Hahaha... It's fun! Yes, this is what I want! Power! Fighting!! I will kill those who stand against me!! Once more time, I will rule the continent! And Wizard, I will let them pay for what they did!" Jimmy went deeper into the woods area to the Amethyst pack hall.

Jimmy will challenge the alpha and be the alpha. He will possess the alpha's body so that he can bite humans. Jimmy... ah, I mean Fenrir would turn them into mutts. He would build an army of werewolves, his army! 

Fenrir stopped at the front of the hallway to the great hall. Everyone who was sitting there looked at him. And the two wolves still stood up waiting for the the battle to claim the alpha title. They began catching his presence.

"Who are you, Boy? How dare a nasty human like you step into our sanctuary?" The alpha asked Fenrir.

"Who is the alpha of this pack??" But, Fenrir asked back.

The two wolves in the middle of the area were lifting their hand.

"I'm the alpha!!"

"No, I'm!!"

"Before the battle, I still the alpha!!"

"Now or Then, You will defeated and I will be the alpha!!"

They shouted to each other. Fenrir was very disappointed seeing their argument. These werewolves were far more different from those at his time. 

"So, I only need to kill you both if I want to become an alpha, right?" Fenrir took off his hospital pijamas and walked down to the arena. The two wolves only smirked, they indeed underestimated Fenrir. How could a human kill them?!

"Let's begin the fight. You can attack me side by side!" Fenrir pulled out his nail longer and sharper. He was ready to be murdered the alphas, and be the alpha.

"So Arrogant!!" The alpha was mad at Fenrir's behavior.

"Yeah! Since you are not a human. We'll kill you, bastard!" The other one yelled loudly to Fenrir.

"We will shut your mouth up!!" 

"Bring it on; I'm waiting!" Fenrir smiled full of passion.
