Inside the Duke mansion, Duke Gabriel, Sir Grayson, Sir Robert, Mr. Wyatt, Ms. Ruby and all of the city powerhouses are having arguments.

"What are you all doing right now, the city is in danger, the wall will fall if you don't do anything?"

"Calm down Duke, we already sent our man but the number of monsters is too large and our man has no choice but to retreat."

"Yes, he is right, even Mr. Dylan, a master rank, also can't stop the monster tide and right now just barely survives from the fight."

"I heard the one that defeated the mammoth is a master rank that wears a Happy mask. Do you know who he is?"

"I don't know, he just defeated the mammoth and just left without saying anything." Grayson says.

"What does the royal family say?"

"The reinforcement is coming but it will take time to prepare and we don't have long distant teleportation in this city." Grayson says.

"Duke! Duke! emergency the flying scouts have reported a large number of monsters have already come out from the dungeon and the monsters have opened our main city gate."

The Duke slammed to the chair, his face turning pale and almost faint.

"Sir Grayson what do we do?"

"The monster just focuses on the main gate right now, let's order the civilians to retreat."

"No! If we do that, all people will lose hope and retreat. Who will protect this city?" Duke Gabriel says.

"I understand what you are saying, but right now the only thing we can do is minimize the casualty." Grayson says.

"I want to say something." All the people in the meeting room look at Ms. Ruby. "If I see any sign that the city is going to fall, I will take my group out of the city. I am a mercenary not a saint that is going to sacrifice her life for the people." Few people nodded but the rest that have a base or family in the city are reluctant to leave the city.

"Fine evacuate the civilians." Duke Gabriel says.

At the center of the city field all the combatant and civilian are gathering.

"Thank you senior for saving us." All the people that the group saved are thanking Ryan, Everly, Levi and Luna.

"Hahaha, it's nothing you don't need to thank us." Ryan says.

"He is right, you don't need to thank us; the puppet belongs to my teacher." Luna says.

"But without you we can't get out from the wall safely and Mr. Ryan and Ms. Everly are an adept rank. We still need to show our respect."

"You are right."

While they chat, someone is standing on the stage.

"Citizen of Itrisa city, right now the city is in a state of emergency all the citizens will be evacuated, please follow the administration worker instruction. For the combatant you just need to delay the monster before the reinforcement comes."

"Ryan what should we do now?" Levi says.

"Let's find a place to discuss."

Right now in one of the rooms the small hobgoblin is talking to a black crystal, after that he comes out from the room while walking he will meet a monster guarding the entrance, when he comes out from the entrance he goes at the edge of the wall and sees the monster army inside the city. The small hobgoblin begins to screech and all the army start to roar and move toward the city center.

At the sky Sylas saw everything, right now he has confirmed the existence of a monster variant, he is thinking about killing the small hobgoblin but suddenly he feels something around the small hobgoblin that feels like magic. After the monster army starts to move, the small hobgoblin suddenly senses something in the sky and starts to take out the black crystal and start talking and send a telepathic message to Sylas.

"Interesting, your master can track me down if I kill you, fine I don't like problems, teleport."

At the alley "I think we should stay and fight, and they say the reinforcement is coming" Ryan says.

"Do you really believe what that man says, even if that is true, how long do you think the reinforcement will arrive?" Luna says.

"I don't know."

"What Luna says is accurate." Sylas suddenly appear near them.

"Senior."

"Teacher, I am glad I can see you."

"Sit down, right now the monster army is on the way to the center of the city."

"Monster army, teacher means master tide?" Luna says.

"Normal master tide, the dungeon just sends monster wave after wave by instinct until the dungeon runs out of monster. Monster army each wave the monster learns and develops strategy and I have confirmed the monster variant has appeared."

"Why don't seniors kill the monster variant?" Ryan says.

"I have my reason why I can't kill the monster variant, right now we are going to leave this city. The city will fall today."

"Wait senior, we can't leave just like that." Ryan says.

"I will let you choose; do you want to stay or leave?"

"I want to stay." With a determined look.

"Fine I will give you the 6 puppets and the space pouch. Who else wants to stay?"

The rest just shake their head, that means they will follow Sylas.

"Good bye."

"Take care."

"Mass Teleport." They all vanish and appear at the secret base, Sylas ask them to wait here for a few days and after that they will leave this territory.

The monster army moves in formation. All groups that try to stop the army have been killed, right now the humans just attack the monster army with spell and arrow from afar because if they are too close they will be killed by the monster. The monster army also destroys the buildings that are in their path using a spell, after that the debris will be destroyed by another monster.
