Chapter 9: Chapter 9: New adventure and exploring.

Sylas plan is to go to the central city of Loulan kingdom, the reason why is because he needs to find out about his path to Grand master. The path of Augustus is different from his, although Augustus has written down his experience inside the diary that is Augustus' experience not him. He decided to fly there, the other way to go there is to follow a caravan but it will take longer time but if the caravan pays him to protect them he is willing to follow them but right now it's better he just fly.

Near the bonfire at night, Sylas is in meditation and mana is gathering around him only adept rank can see it. He has been doing it for years every night for few hour and after that he will go to sleep, he knows human body need enough sleep, Sylas can replace it with meditation but he prefers to sleep because he have try replace sleep with meditation when he trapped in the secret chamber, he almost go crazy so in life it's better take sometimes to relax. If anything tries to attack him he has put an illusion formation no one can see him outside the formation.

Along his way he saw a lot of things like monsters and bandits, he killed them all that tried to hurt him. Why does the bandit try to attack a master mage because Sylas have control mana around him to look like an adept mage rank and sometimes he acts like a normal citizen that gets lost in the forest. All the corpse of monster and bandit have been stored in space storage so that he is going to sell the monster and for the bandit he is going to turn them into puppets. Right now inside his space storage have a lot of apprentice rank puppet and adept rank puppet, for unranked puppet he doesn't have it because it is hard to use normal humans because they have too little mana inside their body.

Where does Sylas get so many corpses to create the puppet? Sylas has been hunting criminals for one year and he also entered the black market and worked as an assassin. His nickname in black market is Happy Face because he wears a happy mask on his face.

"Let's try using the puppet to attack this bandit hideout."

The puppet looks humanoid. The face of the puppet looks like someone wearing a sad and happy mask. There are few of them that have four arms or a tail and each puppet carries a weapon like sword, hammer, etc.

Bandit POV

"Do you think, Boss going to bring a new woman? I am getting sick of the old one, hahaha."

"You can only have the leftovers after the boss and the other having fun with her."

"What is that?"

Army of humanoid puppets come straight to the wood stronghold gate and then stop.

"Quick call vice leader."

A man came running to the stronghold wall. "What is that, a puppet? Who are you, don't you know this is a stronghold of a wolf bandit group? If you don't want to die you better leave."

Silence. Suddenly the army of puppets started to move.

"Stop them, fire the arrow."

The arrow missed hitting the puppet even if the arrow hit nothing happened because the material used to make the puppet, after the puppet climbed the wall. The puppet hand moves to grab weapons from their back, the song of massacre begins.

"my hand, help my hand."

"My leg."

"Help help."

"Run let's run."

"Help me I can't move."

The puppet moves like a grinder and kills everything that the puppet sees. How does the puppet move like a warrior because the puppet has been programmed by him rather than ordering the puppet what to do step by step he can just put a simple command to follow off course they have a lot of failure but the final result is excellence. Body being cut, head getting decapitated, organs coming out from the body and the scream of the bandit, Sylas doesn't feel any sympathy from them because he has seen what the bandit does to their prey and hostage it can make people have nightmares. After a while there was no longer any sound.

"Return." All of the puppets disappear. "Let's see the bandit's treasure and goods." After exploring the stronghold except the prison, Sylas stored all the goods and corpses inside his space storage.

Inside the prison it's the same like always there are a lot of women captive and few men.

Sylas started by destroying the prison bar. "Come out, you are free." At first they all have a blurred face then some of them start to cry and yell in joy. Sylas found out the town near the stronghold is faraway so he decided to accompany them to the town. At a time like this he wishes he had a space stone to create a travel portal.

"How long are we going to arrive in town?"

"Senior, because we are walking, we will arrive around 1 or 2 day according to the road sign." Right now the group is walking on the main road to the town. One is called Leo, he is the son of a merchant.

"According to the bandit, my father is on the way to pay the ransom to release me. I am sure we will meet my father at that time and I will give a gift to the seniors."

"Everybody stop, we will rest here today." Sylas waves his hand and a space portal is created and a large number of foods and cooking utensils come out. "Leo, go and arrange everything."

"Yes senior, everyone let's start cooking."

Sylas ignores them and begins meditation and starts to gather around him. He has still not found the path for the Grand master. Sylas has been considering his path as a person that can be content but when he arrived in this world he began to seek more power, why he wants power is not like his family is here.

"I know, how about I join an adventure group in the past I refused to join because there are too weak maybe if I observe them why they want power I can comprehend my path to become a grand master."

"Father, you have arrived."

A caravan is coming toward them in front of the caravan is a man riding a horse.

"Leo, I am glad you are safe, your mother almost tries to kill me." The man on the horse cried.

"Father, don't cry."

"Why do you think I am crying; I already tell you to follow me to do the business but you insist on doing it your way, if anything happens to you, your mother will kill me and put my body on the town gate."

"Father my mom is not a devil."

"Your mom is a devil only in front of you she acted like a good mother."

"Father, I want to introduce you to my savior, this is Mr. Sylas."

"Please forgive me for my behavior, my name is Leonardo. Nice to meet you."

Sylas nodded. "Since your father has come, that means I don't need to escort your group to the town, good bye."

"Wait senior, your reward."

"It's okay you don't need to give me any reward, fly" Sylas flew toward the central city of Loulan kingdom.
