Chapter 3: Chapter 2: [1:8] Espiègle Demoiselle – New Life

As I look around to see the people harvesting some kind of vegetable. I heard my mom calling me.

"Sweetie~, come here and let's have some lunch. You must be hungry now after all that running around you were doing"

As look around and saw my mom with a basket in her hand, my dad who is in the middle of his work pulling some vegetable put of the soil and looked at my mother with her basket in hand and smiled as he wiped the sweat in his head.

"So it's noon already? I didn't notice. Let's go Lyra and have some lunch"

As my dad said, I followed after him to mother and have some lunch. 

It's already been at least 7 or 8 years has passed after I was reincarnated as a human child, I was also relieved to find that my gender hasn't change and was still born as female, I don't know what I would do if there was something else hanging bellow.

Anyway, after I remembered everything and found out that I was reincarnated, I tried understanding what the two strang- I mean my mother and father, but unlike in light novels where you strangely understand a language you don't know in another world.

I don't understand a single thing they say. The only way for me to learn my new parents language to interact with them, I have to learn it in the hard way. As I tried remembering the words coming out of their mouth and think the meaning of it, I have a battle of the first time between me and sleep. It was the hardest battle even in my previous life, where every minute I wake up, I felt sleepy again. Add the fact that as a newborn child, my mother is breast feeding me. I don't know my mother's breast milk is good because my taste buds is still new or it's just taste good.

But it's not just that is I was feeding on it, even my father is. 

"Father! Restraint yourself! Mother just had a child! I know you love mother so let her rest for a few months at least, and don't do it while I'm still here!

I don't know anything about se* in my previous life, but someone told me a rough explanation about it. I didn't understand because they said "The spaceship M enter dock F and moves back and forth then after a while, then it will stop and the people inside the spaceship invades and race to the control room and whoever is first will become the leader of dock F". As the universe revolves around me trying to understand that explanation I ask her "How can a spaceship go back and forth anyway? It's impossible to begin with", but now that I see someone do it I finally understand it, but the people invading and racing is still a mystery.

Of course as they are busy with doing it that they didn't notice I was awake. Should I cry and disturb them while they are in the middle of doing it? 

As they panic that I suddenly cried out of nowhere and stop doing it, I can only laugh as my mother held me in her arms as she tried to comfort me. They made a dry laugh as they saw me smile at them.

Now let's give you a report about my findings in destroying the language barrier. I found out that my new name is "Lynora" and my mother's name is "Emily" and father's name is ... Ahhhhh.. it's.. Leotart? Looks like my mom is teasing him and calling him that but she called him in a different name when she's not teasing father as "Leo" maybe it's his nickname. Looks I will have to find out father's full name after I can speak properly and of course our family name as well if we have one.

Let's continue the report, my mother characteristics is that she has black hair and black eyes and my father has brown hair and blue eyes. My mother is really beautiful and my father he has a hard body, maybe he's a swordsman and because were in a different world, the chances are high. There's no mirror so I can't see my hair and eye color.

As the year's went by, I also found out that my memory is even better in my previous life. Maybe it's the genes of my mom because my dad is like someone that don't like complicated stuff, and my mom is the only possibility where my good memory come from. Anyways it helped me learn this otherworld language so thank you mother.

Back to the present, as we eat our lunch together, father told me that after lunch we will have a sword training again. My father was really a swordsman but even my mother helped me in my training.

"Why does mother know how to use a sword just like father?"

I ask mother while holding a wooden sword in hand. As my mother thought of an answer she said.

"Well~ I just learned it because it will help fight even stronger monsters~ ahhh~ how about I tell you how I met your father before~?"

I nodded excitedly

Then she tells me what happened.

My mother said that she was an adventurer and she met father in the middle of her job. She was investigating some forest where people mysteriously disappeared into. She was the leader of a party of 5 people, and while she and her party is in the village close to the forest, she met father.

"Your father was a knight but not just any knight but from a noble family that produce elite knights and that Leo was there near the village because he has a secret mission, so he's wearing clothes for adventurer and using the job as an excuse to do his secret mission so we made a temporary party~ hm?"

As I was thinking that my father being a noble was impossible because he look more like a general than a noble but my mother suddenly stop her storytelling as she notice something, as I look at the place she was looking at I can see smoke rising from the village.
