Ranks And A Silent And Slow Conquering

"Now! I will let this man be judged and sentenced to whatever you wish; his crimes aren't known to me nor The Order, but they must be very well known by you all, so I trust that you will know how to deliver these to him respectively and without a single error. But before that, let me speak of the matters in which we are at fault, for as we have killed your own people in this mild skirmish."

Corporeal Gytto's voice was going up and up, but then lowered quite when he reached his last few spoken words, his eyes trailed by guilt as he fearlessly glanced at them all without shyness to speak of. "These are the terms and conditions that The Order will be offering to all medium sized settlements, while this town in particular will receive another half of the gifted resources for the first year every month, please do well in passing it over towards all residents of this town. So that later on, you can decide whether to sign according to Mother Main Kingdom's voice or not, in case that you do not..."

As Corporeal Gytto began giving the speech known even by the youngest and newest recruits that were training by The Order's Unparalleled Peaceful Rain Golden Citadel's Training Grounds, the Sergeant in command of the full Section of 75 soldiers glared on and on at his Corporeal with great praise, before also taking out his Spirit Cat Pet and giving a letter to him; after being greeted in the same way that all Spirit Cat Pets do, cutely and dangerously sweet, he turned into an eagle and zoomed in the distance after jumping 7 meters into the air and 20 meters forwards.

“...then, people of this town!” Corporal Gytto bellowed a bit, his countenance a bit flushed from yelling so much as this was the first time that he had to, it was even so compared to when he trained other troops and his own Team members, or disciplined them. “I am now giving this old man to you for you to decide his fate! Do well and follow your heart’s intentions, if you cannot bring yourself to do the unthinkable, us! The army of The Order, can make such little sacrifices in order to keep the innocent citizens’ hands of The Order clean from its ugliness!”

“No need, Corporeal, Sir!” - “Yeah! No need! We can decide and take down this old putrid monster on our own!” - “He… he did atrocious things! He sent my husband to die and while he was fighting, this old thing he… if it wasn’t because I stabbed myself multiple times, I…aarggh!”

At the moment that Corporal Gytto heard the hundreds of voices with the phrase ‘filled with hatred’ being slightly below the standards of the crowd’s emotions and sentiments, he looked at one of the townsfolk who spoke such humiliating words of herself to everyone else out of pure abhorrence, as he then had his eyes open wildly at the sight of that woman without any injuries visible in any part of her body showing skin nor in the way she moved and talked.

As a soldier of The Order, he and even the brand new recruits would know how to read another’s body language better than even in modern New Earth and with magical aspects gotten into the equation, so they could even determinate if a being needed medical attention that was even to the level of mild internal organic damage, bleeding or even poison and venom without clear signs of it at all.

Let alone a woman filled with so much rage that she directly went over, rushing to the incapacitated old Mayor and throwing a hard but weak punch at his forehead, drawing blood on both her left handed knuckles with her own and on the old Mayor’s forehead with his own blood respectively.

“AAAAAAGH!” A half-screeching, half-beastly sound reverberated from her throat as her countenance turned savage, she clasped her left fist with her right hand, tainting the latter with red on its palm before turning it into a fist, the left hand no longer needing of any comfort from the self-inflicted pain and mild cut injury as she sent the right fist once again to the forehead of the old Mayor.

Tac-...

“?!” But the woman swung her feeble right arm only to find out that it was stopped by Corporal Gytto, his left muscular, manly and well scenting arm stretched out as his hand grabbed at her wrist with a great grip but not hurting her or even making her feel uncomfortable from the grip in any sense nor form.

“No. Allow me, please.” Corporal Gytto said, his eyes closed by a third as they appeared cold and murderous, preparing his body as he followed the great personal book’s teachings of his Lord and moved each muscle in his body as well as felt every bone in his body vibrate harmlessly for a few seconds before turning around and grabbing her right hand with his left hand instead.

Not saying anything else and as the crowd silently looked at them with awe and at him more specifically with unknown expectation, confusion yet with also respect. Corporal Gytto raised his right elbow, his left hand having its 2 groups of tendons in it along its muscles giving an absurd and strange sense of comfort; and strength.

Then, the right fist on his right arm’s hand was formed, and way down that it came towards the top of the head and forehead of the old Mayor, right where the hairline commenced as it was directly there that Corporal Gytto aimed at.

TRUNK!

“YEEEAAAAAAAAAAH!” - “LET’S GOO!” - “Beat him down, everyone, come on!!!” - “Each gets to punch him however they want, wherever they want!” - “Do not use much strength, let everyone have a try~~!!” - “For my daughter!” - “For my sons!” - “For my fucking self, fuck!!”

Savage and bestial eruptions came from all the townsfolk and, as they were all seemingly disorderly getting into the fray to have their turn, Corporal Gytto and the woman looked at one another. It was only now that, also after taking the pulse of the right hand of the woman with his left hand, that he noticed where did those stabs were situated at.

Looking at her top and her pants, Corporal Gytto felt suffocated for a while as, not even The Order trains their women to become that desperate in any situation. Even though there is the Mother Main Kingdom protecting the women all over the Kingdom, who is to say that outside of it, that it would be the same? Or if someone Godly comes and avoids being put down by the heavenly punishment?

Though such training seemed unnecessary, all women had to be trained, and besides that; they were given some medication that made it impossible to be impregnated no matter what. While, in the meantime, the Lord was still researching for a divine medicine that would make women only pregnant from their beloved’s seed.

A bit gruesome, since the matter like such was handled rather directly and without honeyed words, but that was what was needed. Men, and in war at that, are such beasts after all. Even his own army’s soldiers had sent a couple more of criminal of wars to jail the past few days, let alone those who didn’t have a discipline that Yun Beishang has had ever since he was a child and knew how to implement; which he had now advanced to be less inhumane and more efficient and could still keep on advancing on that ‘training regime’ still and almost seemingly endlessly.

Thinking of that, and that she could be cured, even if not by a higher leveled Journeyer, then by the Lord himself, the hand gripping the woman’s hand tugged at her. Garnering her attention rather blatantly as she had a disconcerted and clueless facial expression, as if she didn’t even know where she was at any longer, the woman turned her dumb face towards Corporal Gytto.

“What’s your name?” Only to find his handsome youngish face right before her, yet her own self was already deeply dead inside as she dully responded, “Shouldn’t you tell me your own name first?”

“Err… I already did?” Corporal Gytto responded back as well, his teasing, confused and bold grin deeply infuriating and then embarrassing the woman. Making an ‘ah!’ in realization and then another ‘ah’ in embarrassment, the woman lowered her neck and head, then said as she looked at the ground below her feet while almost bending over. “...s..a.”

“Hmm? What?” Corporal Gytto, forgetting he was at work, pinched the woman’s chin and lifted her head along with it, the tip of his nose just 3 centimeters above the bridge of her own. “I didn’t hear clearly, please speak up, can you repeat it for me to hear?”

“...Sophia.” Looking on at his eyes with glimmers finally appearing on her dull eyes, the woman-no, Sophia lost herself in them as old thoughts that she no longer believed herself to ever carry on inside her head ever again were born yet again inside her mind. She wasn’t able to stop it, and even though Corporal Gytto became sober to his current situation, he also didn’t drive away his eyes from her eyesight as well.

“...Hmph~.” Releasing a manly, well known and teasing snort from his throat up and out his nostrils, the Sergeant faraway looked on and shook his head a bit after. Looking at the lost soldiers under his command looking dazedly at the cinematic scene, he lightly berated them straight away and then gestured for them to go ahead and to begin distributing the system’s contracts.

With the brusque swing of his right arm, the 3.5 meters long and 2 meters tall Abysmal Creature Mount that he was on made growling, sudden ‘grrs’ as well to indicate for his underlings to also move on and bring their riders to distribute the things. Then, he also moved forwards slowly as his rider waited for them to finish. Today… was a good victory! The last settlement to be conquered, this medium sized settlement of a small town was finally conquered for The Order!

Hours later, at the campsites on the south, west and north of the Precious Chrysoberyl Sub-Division in the outer ring, 12:35 am of the 13th day of the war.

Specifically, in the northern campsite of The Order, Powlniu was in front of a magical-technological device that had the shape of an always moving black colored metallic cube in repose and became a metallic black ball when in use. This was the device that was made with both, the combination of magic and technology created and designed by the Lord.

[Magic-Tech Communications Device of The Order]: Type: Communications Device, Grade: Formidable, Use requirements: Forms part of The Order, has a military rank and clearance for certain contacts among The Order, Use: Place in the ground and with your heart and brain connected to The Order, you will be able of contacting any personnel possible without a care of the Region, Pocket Dimension or Dimension that they are in. NOTE: cannot be dropped, cannot be traded with those who are not from The Order and of equal or lower rank unless specified.

Naturally and so obviously, right now, Powlniu was using it as the thing had become a ball whose entire structure opened up and remained seemingly rooted in the ground within the tent. She seemed to be alone and even though there were only a few torches and lights on for desks and for clearing the dark to see way through the tent, mildly, she was well looking and illuminated with her professional tailored unique General’s uniform.

All Generals could get their uniform to be tailored by the Lord with specifics they wanted without a single error nor compensation due to low skill. And the grade that they were made into was of the Spiritual grade to boot, what was best than that? Of course it was the fact that they would get 3 weapons of choice that they wanted of the same grade and that formed a full 8 pieces of Set Equipment.

Anyway, right now, Powlniu was having a short meeting of notice with another 3 individuals, each were different on their own and there were 2 with certain similarities in age while the other was a much older person. Looking at them, Powlniu flashed not a smile nor a gesture and instead, it was them soldiers who looked at her and gave Powlniu revering bows and salutes to her; their General.

“Corporal Gytto salutes the General!” - “Sergeant Lotto salutes the General!” - “Sergeant Tenor salutes the General!”

“What orders does the General have for her subjects?!” Bowing even more deeply at the group shout, the 3 Corporal and Sergeants respectively showed their full loyalty and obedience to their General Powlniu even though she was just in another extreme of the outer ring of the Precious Chrysoberyl Sub-Division.

Looking at the trio, Powlniu felt a sense of well doing, and as her head went through the records shown by these individuals much more than others, she smiled mentally in praise as her outer self merely had a stoic and stern face. “Corporal, Sergeants.”

With this mild greeting of just two words, Powlniu showered the trio with honor and pride, not like in a matter of becoming crazy or becoming deadly devoted to The Order and kamikaze their way to victory and honor for The Order; but of pure and simple honor and pride instead.

“My soldiers, I have read about you and, besides some few whose commanders have already petitioned to the Unparalleled Peaceful Rain Golden Citadel for a promotion and is now being decided, and has been like so for the past few days. I think you three should know by now what I am  referring to, right?”

“General! It is an honor to be spoken like this by you, what I did was nothing more but accomplish The Order’s goal, if I am to be promoted because of this; then I cannot be any more joyous to be so.” The oldest among them said, bending his knee instantly even before their General Powlniu finished speaking, but being slow and mild about it so as to not interrupt.

“Ah!” Being given a glare from him, Corporal Gytto quickly woke up from his dreamy gaze, not at General Powlniu’s beauty, which was-oh my god. But at the incoming immediate promotion, if it was really so for him as well… he would become the youngest Sergeant in the Elf Blue-Hunch Region army of The Order!

“General! I am a young and inexperienced soldier, to be promoted under your command and my Sergeant’s command is my honor and pride, no matter how small or early it is, I will value each rank that is granted to me.” Bending with his left knee, his right hand on his heart just like his Sergeant did, Corporal Gytto received an indifferent glance from General Powlniu.

Not saying nor indicating at anything, Powlniu then emotionlessly glared at the man on the farthest left, who was already kneeling and with his head bowing in great respect. Raising his head to honorably look at his General in command, he spoke in sternness. “General! I am willing to offer my everything for The Order and is unification of Main Kingdom, as it will only be its first baby steps, and not even the grand first step of itself, in the name of my deceased, well resting family; I am proud for all of them and myself to be part of this new Order.”

“...” Powlniu, once again said nothing and merely limited herself to the inactivity of emotions and facial expressions on her face. After a whole 3 minutes went by with them not changing their posture at all, Powlniu revealed a cheerful grin from the left corner of her mind, to which she looked to her back where only darkness was visible and then back at the dumbfounded men who have just become dazzled at seeing her grin; just that alone on its own.

“Sergeant Tenor, 40 years old. Quite some age, you entered quite late in the army, my Elf Blue-Hunch Region, well now, you will now have a promotion to Staff Sergeant at last. Effective, immediately, of course!” Powlniu spoke with a familiarity as if this middle-aged man was her nephew, giving the latter a sense of accomplishment in addition to his own promotion.

Tshinggg~.

“Thank you, General! I will strive for honoring you, the Lord, the Ladies and Maidens and my superiors as well as my subordinates, and grant The Order the respect and sovereignty that it deserves!” Staff Sergeant Tenor said, his right knee bending as well as it met the ground next, his heart struck his heart as the emblem on it had become much more blue and gray than before; as if some glowing was attached to it more than before.

“Staff Sergeant Tenor, due to your great accomplishment, another 2 Teams will be added to your Section, and once you gain more prestige on your own and with your subordinates and superiors, you will be granted the choice of your own troops to form your Platoon. Dismissed!” Powlniu said, her invigorating, strict speech encouraging the living souls of the other 2 younger soldiers.

“Corporal Gytto.” Powlniu said, her eyes glancing at him and even encouraging him with her pupils set on him like looking at a child student, her being a great teacher. “Here, General! At your service!”

Nodding, Powlniu then said in a clear and low tone that was almost soft as she promoted him right after, “Your capacities are to be praised, your ability to adapt is also quite amendable. You are only what, 20 years old? From my Elf Blue-Hunch Region, which is mostly filled with capable men and women of all Races whose regular age is of 28-30, you are a great young soldier.”

“You may already know, my Elf Blue-Hunch Region isn’t a place where the regular people can enter without harsh training, planned by me and the Lord, my Master. The fact that you were able to enter and get to where you are right now, shows that your heart and ideals are currently in the correct way; do not let ‘it’ go away. You are now Sergeant Gytto, effective immediately as well.”

“Additionally, you will be given a list of the soldiers you’ve got to fight and familiarize yourself with, recruits that you’ve even trained or trained with as well who are now being transported over to the Wonder Region as we speak. With this, you will have your Section formed, do not burn the midnight oil too much, Sergeant.” Powlniu made a shaking gesture with her left hand, quickly, before returning it to her back in that ‘superior’ pose of hers.

Tshinggg~.

“Thank you General! I will make all of my subordinates and superiors proud as a Sergeant, and aim for being worthy of receiving an even greater honor as a soldier of The Order!” Sergeant Gytto bent his right knee and furiously clashed it against the ground as well on his side, showing all and not just part of his veneration towards General Powlniu, his own growth and The Order.

Powlniu nodded, and without needing to say anything, the now newly promoted Sergeant Gytto disappeared from the Magic-Tech Communications Device of The Order with his whole being filled with pride and the honor of the strongest and most abundant Region of The Order’s youngest Sergeant.
