Enemies! All Over Main Kingdom! The Vengeance Begins!

"..." There was not a single sound coming from the mouths of the soldiers of The Order, even as they faced those horrifying monsters and abominations of life that lunged to the air and then to themselves, even as they uttered their full strength to brandish their gungnirs left, right, up and down as they fended off and instantly made disgusting stenching little pieces of mushed flesh out of them.

“Grrhw.” The Abysmal Creatures didn’t even need to do anything at all to partake and help their beloved riders get rid of these monstrosities, in fact, even if they were not to be told about it, they would chose not to use even their claws or tail or even any part of their body to deal with them; let alone eating them and savagely killing them beforehand.

Showing that disdain, it was a lucky thing that they weren’t able to feel nor think anything at all, otherwise, those Terror’s Mortals would’ve become the most grudging and of ill heart as ghosts as they died one by one and rather quickly. On the other hand, the Army Colonels were met with a strong resistance but, were they to let their bodies falter even for a single iota, an obvious possible bad outcome may result from their troops if that really did were to happen.

PUM, POM, PAPA-PA-PA--SPLAAAAANKK!! THUD THUD THUD…

…Bvreee-Vwlsht… …Bvreee-Vwlsht Bvreee-Vwlsht Bvreee-Vwlsht Bvreee-Vwlsht…

Yet, they couldn’t avoid it, and as they were resisting the 3rd wave of Mortal’s Terrors, they were pushed so strong and down to the ground off their Abysmal Creature Mounts. In the same manner, however, the Mortal’s Terror basically gave themselves away and up, leaving all sorts of apertures for fatal and quickly arriving attacks right after.

The larger Mortal’s Terrors were swept away and into shit even faster than the small ones who didn’t even manage to go past the hundredth line of The Order’s soldiers, but that was naturally not all as, just as the Army Colonels were going to be protected by their Spirit Pet Cats from the incoming galloping Abysmal Creatures; they were helped up by a set of considerate soldiers who were working together to bring them back up while not stopping in movement.

“Sir, grab here!!” - “Here, Commander, my hand!” - “Up you go, sir!”

When the Army Colonels were thrown to the ground, their Legendary grade Abysmal Creature Mounts were swept away even farther away to which the soldiers of The Order had to maneuver to not only not be sent to the ground as well along their Abysmal Creature Mounts but to also help the largest Abysmal Creature Mounts present to get back to their feet.

And as those Abysmal Creature Mounts hurried to sober up from the slight dizziness, the Army Colonels were given arms, forearms, wrists, hands and even feet to grab at as they were maneuvered around by their soldiers in absurd and even slightly comical yet efficient ways as they were tugged upwards, to the front and then upwards again.

As their bodies resembled that of a monkey hanging from tree to tree, yet involuntarily and appearing to be in slight confusion from the situation, the Army Colonel were nonetheless brought to sit straight down on the back of a Lieutenant Colonel’s Abysmal Creature Mount by the end of this strange routine.

In the meanwhile, however, there wasn’t a single time in which the battle had ended, as there were even some who still sent forth a few last invisible energy balls that contained a destructive and disgusting effect which they did not want to see in action nor effect whatsoever.

When that happened, the soldiers and their Abysmal Creature Mounts seemed to either displace themselves to different locations nearby, or just directly jumping across space for a little bit to their sides. This would’ve, would’ve, have created a huge disturbance and collapse of wherever those energy balls were shot at.

But, when it happened, without even needing to look at one another for signals or, in fact, as some of them did not even look where the energy balls flashing into existence were heading down towards to, still moved seamlessly along with the rest of the army to avoid even the slightest of collisions.

It was as if they were able to understand each other without even looking at each other, as if they were trained with the experience of hundreds of years of battling together, when they were obviously not. Of course, all Races that weren’t Human had a much longer lifespan, but even Humans were perfectly doing the same as the rest of Races that were ‘jumping’ to the sides at a perfect synchronization.

Meanwhile, the battles ongoing from where the Army Colonels were thrown at, there were ongoing flesh and blood of the Terror’s Mortal being sent close-by towards them as the soldiers fought and even sustained injuries to protect their Commanders without batting an eye, much less grimacing in pain or at least jolting from it.

With the gungnirs of their subordinates protecting them, the Army Colonels, besides feeling protected infinitely in such devotion by them; also felt a rather strong sense of accomplishment as tiny traces of images from each of their training—even gone through together for some of them—before being safely put behind one of their Lieutenant Colonels at last; indeed.

“Grrrwuf!!” - “Kirrrr!” - “Grwwaaahl!” As three different sounds that sounded yet so similar emanated from different sources, each Army Colonel glared at the one corresponding to themselves and, giving their Lieutenant Colonels a generous nod and pat on their back, jumped straight towards their beloved Kas, Das and Fell.

“There you go, easy girl, easy…” - “Good boy, I mean, man-I mean, matured monster!” - “There you go, I knew I could always count on you, Kas.”

“Kirrriri~.” - “Grwf…” - “Purr…”

While their beloved Abysmal Creatures responded to their riders and the Spirit Pet Cats of each Army Colonel gave their Mater a tight hug at their abdomen with their large celeste eyes closed in relieved worry, the 3 brothers began to talk amongst each other as they did not recklessly, anxiously and especially brainlessly charge back to the front.

“Send a few notices to the rest, they are indeed anxious to hide something.” Said Palili as he softly rubbed the left forelimb’s shoulder of Kas. On the other hand, Palens directly said as he looked down at the back of Fell, “There is no need, there is already news on it, and it came from on of our sides who are already fighting them.”

“What?” Palili was astounded for as, considering that this was brand new even among the rest of The Order fighting on the Precious Chrysoberyl Sub-Division inner ring’s battlefield as a whole, he thought them to be the first to even get into contact with them. Yet, it now seemed that there were other places of the Sub-Division that were ‘struck’ by those flying meteors indeed.

“Who are they, what do th-” Pattala began to ask as he tapped Das’s head on top of it, his face frowning as he and everyone else in this battlefield knew that they couldn’t be hit by the falling meteor since none of The Order’s soldiers were stupid, let alone the Scouts and even more so the other Army Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels and the 2 special Colonel Generals.

She was even less afraid of one of the Colonel Generals, their own little sister, who was even stronger than their mother but still a little girl in her family’s and her own eyes. Yet, as he arrived at such a notion inside his head, his eyes blinked, then flashed, with his mouth asking in a dull tone. “Don’t tell me…”

“Yes, it is her,” this time it was Palili answering as he looked at his own information while his emblem shined, his face was frowning slightly before relaxing swiftly. “It wasn’t her fault though, Pallenio discovered one of the Mortal’s Terrors’ territories after finding out a middle sized settlement was arming their own civilians to the teeth. Just a few tens of thousands of kilometers away.”

“After giving the order to move towards it, by the time they arrived, it was already about 30 minutes after it came down to Main Kingdom and…” Palili stopped talking at this moment, reading through the report, as Palens had already finished it and looked at the territory in front of them, but Pattala didn’t even bother to read it and just asked his storytelling eldest brother. “...and what?”

Huuu-,” drawing in a cold breath of air before suddenly feeling bad about it as he stopped it midways, converting a large breathing in into a short one, Palili responded before beginning to open his communications to his whole Army Group and, with his younger brothers’ permission, towards the other 2 Army Groups. “There was 1 strangest creature among them, while another was given ‘birth’ from the center of the territory just as Pallenio and Colonel General Katalyia had just started battling the already birthed one.”

Huuu… knowing that Katalyia was stronger, Pallenio, that dumbass, put himself in her place and took a strange and overly enlarged and crooked finger from his upper back to his sternum. Right now, he is immobile while Katalyia is fighting one on two against the strange creatures.” Palili said and looked at the top of the walls that were just a few kilometers away from their charging army.

“Heed my orders, soldiers of The Order!” Then, Palili began to command everyone in the battlefield that were silently cheerful of the fast and successful victory without a single one of them ending up getting critically injured. And those who defended their Commanders, heavily injured, smiling in grandeur as they cracked their necks and kept on charging nonetheless.

“MOVE AT FAST SPEED, SPIRIT CANNON AT ONCE!!” But hearing the Commander’s orders and it coming to all of the 3 Army Groups present showered everyone with intense strictness as foreboding began to invade their beings. Swiftly after, their Spirit Pet Cats that showed no sign of exhaustion whatsoever stood on top of each and every Abysmal Creature Mount’s head.

With their chest out and iconically on two legs, they looked at the walls and then the sky, as they turned in wonderful energy that consisted of specks of light being ‘followed by and side to side’ by ‘watery’ silver liquid, transparent and barely visible even amidst the night sky of past midnight.

Shuuun~... shuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun~~~...

Before long, the ‘small’ sounds that each Spirit Pet Cat whose ‘transformation’ moved up to the sky and converged to form a gigantic cylindrical shaped, thick as hell and with a wide mouth open object which had some barely noticeable particles being drawn to its inside form, little by little becoming more and more physical than just ethereally real.

Meanwhile, as the Army Colonel Pattala and Army Colonel Palens looked up once they looked at each other with understanding and apprehension in their eyes, they also naturally shared the same thought. ‘Isn’t it… just a few tens of seconds before the 15th minute mark of this territory is reached? Eldest Brother, he knew- uh… we gotta hurry up!!’

STOMPKSTOMPKSTOMPKSTOMPKSTOMPKSTOMPKSTOMPKSTOMPK!

Their Abysmal Creatures stomped harder and even began to show signs of extreme rage as their eyes glowed a dark blue-violet and from which the rest of Abysmal Creatures began to shine from their body off. Slowly, a kind of super effect was adhered to each Abysmal Creature Mount and its rider while the Spirit Cannon above their heads stopped consuming in Elemental particles…

. . .

On another battlefield in the middle of such a strange territory which, just a few seconds ago, an astounding battle was taking place with only one figure fighting 2 extremely grotesque, large and bizarre figures were almost killing her in each move they made.

Katalyia had already given the unconscious but recuperating Army Colonel Pallenio into the hands of a Lieutenant Colonel, and the battle against the 2 strange creatures with a width of their stomachs almost encompassing a full kilometer but being almost completely without any thickness of fat, yet also weighting enormously that only she was able to punch them away bare handedly.

The first strange creature they fought had already died at her hands while her heavy longsword that had suddenly enlarged and fattened itself as well as was embedded with magical properties by her small crossbow on her right forearm, yet it made her weaponless now as she was using all of her Beast Race aura to fly around and fight the strange creatures at the same time.

With one impaled on the ground and one being beaten, punched away, to the ground, up into the air and on the spot in a matter of making hard, painful and effective combos; Katalyia only had the chance to finally kill of the first strange creature after it had both its arms turned into dust and as its left leg was beginning to crack while also opening its mouth-like monstrous stomach.

When that happened, she was already bloodied, from her own blood that her feet, hands and forehead had bled out from her constant savage fighting against this thing. Yet, when the motherfucker opened its monstrous stomach to sent a beam of pure life-ripping properties, she took it  head on and no longer allowed it to heavily injure and even critically injure most of the troops around her who were in charge of taking down the rest of the hundreds of Mortal’s Terrors.

It was a good thing that she had her small crossbow, otherwise, she wouldn’t have been able to impede the second strange creature from keeping on sending out its skills towards the rest of the soldiers. And now, as she directly took that beam of life-ripping properties head on and covered her whole body, she excruciatingly ignored it as she arrived at its hollow stomach and directly broke apart the only light that she could see from it; swiftly being sent away and blown by the huge and immense explosion within the strange monster's body.

When it happened, the sight of Katalyia’s body, not only being blown away strongly and instantly almost like a flash of lightning from one point to another but also the fact that she was fully alive and with all of her body parts complete was an astounding yet heartbreaking sight for all the soldiers fighting to witness.

Meanwhile, that wasn’t all the reason of why it was a heartbreaking sight to behold, as the explosion that happened wasn’t just it, an explosion going off. Rather, the majority of the explosion was kept in the middle of where the strange creature was felled at last, while the remaining was sent to many other sides as it struck a large portion of all the Mortal’s Terrors who weren’t fighting with The Order’s 2 Army Groups.

Hence, it wasn’t any difficult to derive from this that it was their Colonel General Katalyia, knowing very well of an incoming explosion, yet she was also the one who stayed within and even bluntly took in most of the explosion to redirect its explosive waves towards The Order’s sworn enemy’s troops instead.

When she struck the ground and walls, they were also relatively closer to where The Order’s forces were fighting and, with a flurry and plethora of soldiers having gone utterly berzerk, sacrificing limbs and even almost lives which were instinctively saved by from the enemy’s reaping hands by other berzerk soldiers of The Order, for it was deeply instilled into their hearts to protect each of their comrades’ lives as well as their very own.

When Colonel General Katalyia was rescued and brought back, another Army from the 2 Army Groups came in to secure the retreat. It was successful and, with luck, no one died but a quarter of an entire Army Group’s numbers were severely injured, while other portions were heavily injured and an even tinier portion was critically injured.

The total amount of soldiers practically incapable of fighting no more were of more than 300,000 soldiers, and it happened in just a short 10 minutes, it was impossible to think that such a huge force would be so easily drawn away and backwards by only a few thousands of smaller Mortal’s Terrors and some hundreds of larger Mortal’s Terrors beside those 2 strange creatures.

In just 30 minutes, so many were given birth, and in 15 minutes, 2 of such creatures were birthed that could easily go one on one against an Army Colonel. If they weren’t strong and scary, how else could’ve they had hurt The Order like it was never hurt before? And on their first operation to conquer the Wonder Region at that!

One only had to wonder, what kind of disasters would these create from all over Main Kingdom? The Order could very well take over the Onder Region and get it ridden off those God Race’s ‘troops’, but what about the rest?

Yet, The Order itself had no time whatsoever to consider this as, when they were retreating from the enemy territory, or rather, barely beginning to do so. Not only did the strange creature began to chase them as soon as Katalyia lost her consciousness and her weapon and small crossbow returned to her Master’s Bag. Even if she was not a Journeyer, as an Inhabitant, with Yun Beishang’s created and forged items, he could make such things happen that were mildly exclusive to the players for some Inhabitants with a lot of effort and resources.

But then, Colonel General Katalyia woke up, and without uttering a single word, she summoned her long heavy sword and created a hugely large and extensive energy wall that encompassed all of The Order’s soldiers forming a line so large it was dazzling. It was merely 2.5 meters tall but, at the moment that it was formed, they felt as if the wind no longer flowed to their front, which was where the enemy’s territory was at.

Soon after, the battle of Colonel General Katalyia and the strange creature was resumed, this time however, with the magical and ranged classes taking the front and allowing the melee classes to only come forth whenever a chasing Mortal’s Terror reached the walls and began attacking them.

Through this, the soldiers learned that they could cross this wall, but the enemy could not. And freely at that; with quite a few waves being spent like this, the battle between Colonel General Katalyia and the strange creature continued on and on. Katalyia would take 2 to 4 hits after a single moment, while the strange creature took dozens from her.

Yet, each bout lasted about 10 seconds and that consisted of hundreds of moves being sent to one another, with Katalyia even managing to attack a few thousands of times every few bouts. And each time that it ended, Katalyia had new bruises and cuts all over her non-intimate areas and parts. Her armor was being shred little by little, but her lightly discernible brown and creamy pink stripes were covered by large stains of dried, dark blood.

Meanwhile, the strange creatures’ right arm was fully dusted into nothingness at last, but she was no longer able to fly with her Beast auras and the wall she built with her own class’s specializations was beginning to falter as well. But now; right now, two different movements were about to begin from The Order’s side, for as they had already finished off the rest of Mortal’s Terrors and could now aid their Colonel General before suffering an awful and irreconcilable casualty!

From one part, a seemingly low ranked official commander mounted his Abysmal Creature Mount towards an Official Commander, his face serene and confident.

On the other hand, all the Journeyers available at the moment where gathering up in front of the energy wall made of brown and creamy pink colors, that were now being reinforced by thousands of other Seven Sins Knights yet it was clearly costing them so much resources and even HP and other stats being penalized temporarily but for a long time as they continued on supplying the wall.

They were preparing themselves as not just melee, but even ranged and magical types of classes of Journeyers were getting ready to charge on and make a last sacrifice for the sake of cleaning this area and for the… sake of Main Kingdom itself and its Inhabitants!

Let It Rain's Note: Yup, Colonel General Katalyia is a Seven Sins Knight. Don't worry, I've already thought, long ago, of their respective thingies. I've already talked about their levels, but not at all of their grades, and only the levels of the soldiers and official commanders. Ah, 'official commanders' low-ranked soldiers in commanding positions, 'Official Commanders', high-ranked soldiers in commanding positions. And 'Commanders' are the highest ranked commanders like the Army Colonels, Colonel Generals, Generals and Field Marshals.
