A Myriad Against The Gods (2—Last Part)

There was, though, a new sight that was very nice to behold, especially for those veterans of war Godly Journeyers that would travel around the world after having most of their equipment and weapons' expenses covered by their quickly deflating Honorary points. The sight was that of dozens of Inhabitants from each certain 'district' or any Region or so.

Due to the promises from The Order, Inhabitants training and trying to ride children of the Abysmal Race were seen all over the world, and they were indeed quite a majestic sight to behold; as they were smart, they were popular, some were cute, some were terrifying and some were even kinda cool to ride— no lewd —with a shiny armor or with less clothes in terms of masculine and feminine looks respectively.

From the livelihood of the Inhabitants improving, the fact that teach settlement had to have a person ‘in charge’ besides the leader of said settlement that could hande logistics and another for engineering for any sort of possible expansion or merely the improving of one’s settlement as well as dealing with troubles that some consider a bother and others their life.

Usually, there were about 2 people besides said settlement’s leader, which were 2 of the logistics in knowledge and another for solely engineering purposes, sometimes there were geniuses who could do well with both or even better than those focusing on one alone; or able to work with only one for that matter.

With that, it was easier to know for Inhabitants what they need, and what they needed the most without utilizing resources to ask for help from the Godly Journeyers without wasting both parties’ time. Like this, instead of there being a severe lack of quests, there were instead many more quests than ever, and though the pay was Useless grade to Valuable grade food in most cases and up to Magical grade in the most special ones—also dependent on Charm stat though—.

In any case, the quest quantity and quality had been upgraded globally, for those few ones who were late at entering the game to even those who were already MAX LV and could only farm Honorary points of The Order or farm mats and gold coins to get there, buying whatever they could buy.

Many tried replicating The Order’s armors with ‘high graded’ materials, only to fail miserably, though it was more than expected, it made the greedy fellas greedier. There were some previous Sub-Classes Journeyers who went rogue, thinking they could get away with it, as such, after they created the first set for another person and not for The Order and without the requirements of ‘available for members of The Order only’.

Right after, they were disconnected and the sets they made turned into flames, letting the buyers speechless as they had scalding hot items on their hands and bodies, the latter was a situation for the impatient, reckless ones. What happened to the Sub-Classes fellas was not unknown, they were known to have been even arrested by the Peaceful Rain Corporation, but their in-game virtual lives never stopped; some say…they are now slaves for creating armors and the like, having taken the bait and now becoming property of The Order.

As such, with such beautiful happenings occurring just a few times which was enough to scare off children and idiotic teenagers, only some adults kept on repeating it. In any case, if The Order wanted slaves, they had to feed them and so on, right? Yet, it wasn’t the best option even if one was poor, as any Union would pay handsomely for a talented Sub-Class player, yet some are still with the intentions of playing risky and chose to be imprisoned instead of gaining a good enough salary on a daily basis.

It sounded stupid, and as if it was just rumors to deter certain few youngsters…but people were just stupid, it wasn’t anybody’s blame but theirs for it, ah.

As for the Abysmal Creature Mounts, the Inhabitants naturally got the way to train them, all the way up to the Heavenly grade, whereas they could only sell 2 every 5 days and they had to make sure to at least have 4 Abysmal Creature, 1 female and 3 males, in case the female felt hungry and like breeding for hours straight.

It was in the manual that the more they bang the males, the more they get preggo big time, able to give birth to even up to dozens of little babies. From which, after a few weeks of spending time with their parents, they are to be sent to The Order as a ‘quota’ every time it happens. Naturally, things such as countermeasures for fraud and ‘going through the system’ were the most obvious things when dealing with such.

Besides, the babies of the already children stage of the Abysmal Creatures would then return to their mommies and daddies after some time, and could choose to stay in the settlement or leave it. There were now several instances of there being a household in each smallish settlement, they would often go out and hunt a little bit, enough to keep paths and nearby collectable resources safe and many believed that these watching ‘protectors’ were to defend said smallish settlements in case that it was in any kind of danger.

On the other hand, things such as using them for cavalry required a lot of permissions from The Order, especially if it was a supreme settlement, which they then needed to send a lot of people to train at the Unparalleled Peaceful Rain City of The Order, which was easier and faster to arrive with all those portals being easily crafted by The Order’s finest specialists on the subject.

Other settlements of the most weak levels like the smallish settlements could, however, directly be allowed to have a cavalry of at most a full Team in order for any Scouting and protecting or hunting to be made. But all in all, no settlement could start any conflict with one another, the punishments for such things happening were unseen; for now.

Abysmal Creatures, however, weren’t property of The Order, let alone of the settlements under it, and any forceful withholding of such are one of the worst crimes to be made in Main Kingdom from the moment that the Lord of The Order became its ruler thereon. The Abysmal Creatures were, however, to be protected, and The Order would give extra rewards for any instance where a quest to aid some that were in trouble was completed and identified by The Order via various means; a system’s contract being one of them.

There were little places where Abysmal Creatures established a little settlement of their own, sometimes building walls, which started by being made full of shit to even metal. Their breaths and intelligence was, after all, amazingly high and it was even more so as those settlements would all end up having several tens of levels underground; just like what Yun Beishang found some long time ago when he first picked up some babies and eggs of the same.

But as the Abysmal Creatures were intelligent, they wouldn’t cut off relations with their big daddy and extinction prevention hero, also the one/ones that managed to evolve their ultra regressed Bloodline and entire Race, The Order. Keeping ‘communication’ with them, The Order would, a lot of time, send people specialized in Abysmal Creatures to help give birth, treat the eggs with utmost care and even give advice about how to bang more males or females and be more attractive in the most primitive of ways.

In a sense, like a new Race slowly beginning to get a foothold across all of Main Kingdom, the Abysmal Race that had no humanoid body to speak of was a ‘mute’ Race that easily managed to communicate with other Races. A fantastic sight, where all kinds of knowledgeable and really intelligent people from New Earth became obsessed and then marveled by and with.

In the end…it even ended up aiding the movements for ‘accepting’ the flora and fauna dangerous for the human species; for the sake of New Earth and humanity’s future in it.

As for Spiritual Cat Pets, Zyv and Yun Beishang were the ‘main’ teachers of both the Abysmal Race and this ‘Spiritual Cat Race’, with Zyv being the most passionate and Yun Beishang being the most knowledgeable of all Bloodlines and not just his, Zyv’s, Abysmal Race’s or the Spiritual Cat Race’s.

Which, like the sight of Abysmal Creatures forming their own families and little but large from underground levels - settlements, aided for some ‘people’ of New Earth to look more at the Peaceful Rain Corporation and to not fear it.

Spiritual Cat Pets, however, were The Order’s little pets and were never given to anyone else but to their soldiers at the very last, while in the Pet Leaderboard, Maidens and Ladies had about a dozen of those, with Zyv having almost 3,000 instead. Quite a big deal, eh.

When a Journeyer soldier wanted to leave The Order, giving the Spiritual Cat Pet was mandatory, but the Spiritual Cat Pet could choose to become an ornamental Pet and stay with their owner or not, and stay in The Order, deciding to have another Master or not depending on their own reasons and fluffy selves.

In short, these were all most of the changes that occurred for Main Kingdom, in a sense, it all became thanks to The Order, thanks to Yun Beishang’s doings in both the ‘real world’ and the ‘gaming world’ of Rising Essence. Truth be told, the gaming industry fell to an impossible level, but with certain news of the Peaceful Rain Corporation contacting certain companies and the like; many could already see themselves playing all kinds of games in the ‘recreative zones’ of Main Kingdom which had been rather update-less since the start of the wars in Main Kingdom.

And now, on the 27th of the 12th month and 2nd year since Rising Essence’s release, within Main Kingdom in the Ancient Forest Region.

At the Mother Tree division, right in front of the majestic Divisional City which had an extremely, beyond comprehension ‘free space’ that no one was allied allowed to even think of stepping into it, one that made the Mother Tree Division’s City the largest and most big ass one in terms of diameter alone in Main Kingdom inferior to only the Unparalleled Peaceful Rain City.

Yun Beishang was standing on a stage that was just 2 steps higher than the ground level, it was of a bright blue yale color, with a podium of the same and accompanied of a beautiful but tablet Blueblood on his right and a trio of beautiful ladies that were the sensation of so many people’s hearts stopping since before the Peaceful Rain Corporation’s rise to glory or even existence for that matter.

As Yun Beishang’s stage was way too close to the ground, the people behind the set of cameras and lighting were not that able to see him directly, and could only rely on the monitors that appeared within this medieval-magical world to suck it up. Right now, however, those monitors could also appear in one’s retina, which could only be achievable with the system, never on New Earth.

It was as if everyone could see through their own eyes a pixelated and slightly ‘mechanical’ version of Yun Beishang standing with a stupidly formal tuxedo and with such beauties at his sides that were grinning evilly.

Clamor, clamor, clamor!

As a few minutes passed, and the crowd that consisted of hundreds of thousands of Journeyers and billions of Inhabitants in front of Yun Beishang stopped moving around to be placed very well altogether, Yun Beishang made an obvious sound of breathing in, his nervousness not seen at all as he gave a quick look at the sky before lowering his eyes and glancing at the cameras in front.

Not needing to put on a living expression on his eyes since those were cameras, all Yun Beishang had to do was to talk and talk very well to the people of Main Kingdom who were watching this through their brand new Sub-Divisional Cities and Divisional Cities. Now, of course, with not only ‘radios’ working, but there even being holographic communications with only some core of The Order having a most advanced HD version of such. Let alone large TV screens and the like hanging from buildings or floating in the air in this magical world.

“Everyone,” though everyone had already shut up and waited for their Lord to speak through the microphones that weren’t needed, and hence; magic. When Yun Beishang spoke so obviously teasingly at their silence, everyone became a bit more quiet and expectant, hearing him continue after what seemed like a minute but was in truth just a few little seconds. “Inhabitants, Journeyers.”

“WEEEEEEEHHH!!!” - “LONG LIVE THE LORD AND MAIN KINGDOM!!!” Instantly, with just his 3 words and as if he was in a ridiculous drama with one of the protas being a celebrity where the producers and writers just wanted to make it a ‘bit’ clear that they were famous, the Journeyers cheered up with great smirks and the Inhabitants clamored and shouted with the deepest of their worship towards him and The Order with large, blissful smiles.

“...” Smirking with the left corner of his mouth hooking upwards, Yun Beishang then snorted inadvertently once more in his life with his nostrils cheerily doing so, before beginning in a casual voice but neutral tone as well. “After several months, more than a year, Main Kingdom has been practically liberated from not only a danger that we Journeyers could have brought; but that this Kingdom itself had hidden deep within.”

“The torments and injustices that were abundant here…so were there in our Journeyers’ world; but here, it was more catastrophic than what our world has ever faced…and I hope that will ever face. Some of you already know I have also, ‘coincidentally’, become the ‘ruler’ of our own world at almost the same time as here.”

Yun Beishang didn’t need to say ‘you Inhabitants’ or ‘us Journeyers’, only, specifying for the first time as he wasn’t a simple Journeyer… but the Evil God of Main Kingdom; of this world!!

“Our world is much slower in repairing our destroyed lives, buildings and beautiful ecosystems, heh… But this world has begun to be corrupted by an unimaginable force, one that our world would’ve been completely helpless against…perhaps.” Yun Beishang gave Nora, Helrra and Ellie a naughty side eye, before returning his eyes to the cameras.

“And now, that force is preparing just as much as we are to try and break in once more, possibly willing to sacrifice every little part of themselves just to kill us…for no reason!” Yun Beishang’s last couple of words incensed the fire in the people’s hearts, especially the ones who lost their family, or part of it, during the previous wars and that has slowly come to accept a truthful reality for the overall future.

Children that were as simple as a medieval world could have it but with more advances, specially in magic and recently in themes that only New Earth’s modern era could bring to this world. Becoming full of boiling blood and hot headed, needed to be quelled and refreshed so that they don’t become a walking puppet set on fire.

Clamor, clamor…

As a little bit of cheering and fired up responses to protect their planet resounded a little bit yet calmed themselves down in just a few seconds right away, only to show their respect for Yun Beishang, their Evil God. Yun Beishang then continued, his eyes blinking slowly rolled his eyeballs to aim upwards and his left hand made a sort of gesture to the sky.

“And now that those times are close,” Yun Beishang said a few words, but there was a sudden change in the air so many thousands of kilometers above that nobody could see very well what was going on…except for the black basketballs that appeared so up above which were making the air far above their heads disrupt and distort without any fire nor hot temperature being emitted from ‘them’.

FWWWWOAMP FWWWWOAMP FWWWWOAMP… … …!

“It is time for Main Kingdom,” Yun Beishang looked at the people behind the cameras, right and left, before resuming his gaze at the most central camera in front of him, “To heal and grow as much as possible as soon as possible. It is time to end this unending war they’ve forced onto this world’s ancestors and extinguished blood.”

There was an absence of response, of any sound even, but while the Inhabitants and Journeyers were still trying to perceive the meaning of Yun Beishang’s words, the former became more and more pumped up, their hearts joyously sending out blood and strength to the rest of their bodies. Thousands of G F-D Spaceships began ascending from up above while everyone had returned their gazed down to watch Yun Beishang; though it wasn’t that necessary since their retinas always had his image, it was more like a symbol to say to him: ‘we are listening to you’.

PEW! PEW! PEW! FWOOOSH FWOOOSH FWOOOSH FWOOOSH!!

The G F-D Spaceships that came down suddenly became slow when they reached about 2,000 meters above the ground level, and as they came to formation close to one another in this parade-like formation, Yun Beishang continued his talk in the same voice and tone as before. “Our Main Kingdom doesn’t have Godly veins as them, but we have a lot of ourselves.”

No longer going with ‘you’ but ‘us’ as in general to both parties, Yun Beishang continued on and on, “On my right, Lady Elizaveta has allowed The Order to represent her in building many Academies so that the new Main Kingdom that will be formed in the future…can rise to at least where it once was before…and then…farther beyond it.”

In the same manner as before, Yun Beishang’s spoken words were rather unresponsive by the crowd, but they were all too busy to listen more to him and see his lips move to make one. “There are similar news like this in my own world that will be delivered in a few days. These Academies will take both Journeyers and Inhabitants, from infants to children and even those of old age.”

“Be it to learn, recreative activities that anyone could more or less comprehend and enjoy altogether, or for the most basic purpose of studying, any and all child in this world can have this opportunity with barely any cost, only needing some for the uniforms and stuff like that at the time of being in class only.”

“While on my left, these three are not just some of the most important people from the Crestfallen Industry, but also my wives,” Yun Beishang grinned, knowing he was flexing so hard that some people, even Inhabitants, rolled their eyes. “And they will be representing me as ‘Acting Chiefs’ in case I’m not present, I did not force them, promise.”

Yun Beishang nodded slightly, seriously and all as he left the crowd a bit speechless alright. But then, he changed his stance, as his tone did the same and became a bit more formal. “In exactly 4 days, when the 3rd year since the arrival of the Journeyers comes, the fourth ‘step’ of the Journeyers into this world will arrive, named ‘A Myriad Against the Gods’!”

“In the next half a year, the Journeyers and Inhabitants alike will be training with the possible strengths and already known methods of the God Race, for when we go back up into the Universe and push back our mortal enemy, we will kill all and every single one of them in the name of Main Kingdom - and all of the Kingdoms who fell in the past!!”

HUAA~!!!!

“!!!” - “!!!” - “!!!” - “!!!” - “!!!” -”!!!” - “!!!” From behind Yun Beishang, as the crowd was just shaking their heads invigoratingly and about to swing their fists and forearms like possessed madmen, mostly for the Inhabitants as Journeyers were hella thrilled with this real-like game sending them to space in the future; an ever so present shout came as they finally took notice of the rows and rows of ‘soldiers of The Order, both Journeyers and Inhabitants!

With their weapon on their right, without a care from how heavy they were however they were, held it with their left hand, while their right fist slammed against the left of their identical armors, men and women had their own different armors for both plated, leather and clothed armors.

As they crossed their arms in front of their chest with such fervor, the watching hundreds of thousands of Journeyers and billion or so Inhabitants repeated the same, with yet their free left hand wide open and with strength, showing the back of it as if they were all… Holding The Order in their heart and as if Main Kingdom was embracing them back in return, holding their left open hand in the air.

“...” In silence, this otherwise slightly awkward situation took place in those watching outside the Mother Tree Division, their hands and arms…swiftly crossing on one another as different expressions painted their faces; all across Main Kingdom…all across this world that gets as real as New Earth in every Journeyer’s heart.
