With his memories of the past and future still intact due to his photographic memory, Ace sauntered towards the shower to take a bath.

Once done, he leisurely strolled towards his bedroom in the motel to grab his favorite tuxedo.

When compared to how he had somehow returned in time, his previous self at the time had disregarded the idea of suicide right after an image of his girlfriend appeared to him while he was drowning, urging him to keep living and to never give up.

He was later arrested ten minutes later after the federal agencies were informed of his current location.

"Things will surely be different now," Ace asserted with a grin as he stared at himself in the mirror.

"Welcome back,"

He smiled to himself while admiring his well-defined chiseled jawline before sitting on the bed, he grabbed the bottle of fruit juice stationed on his bedside table.

He swigged the juice in five gulps before sitting on the couch facing directly towards the entrance of the room.

Ace glanced towards his wristwatch and said. "Two minutes,"

Ace had two minutes before he becomes surrounded by the federal agencies a second time.

With the knowledge of the past, Ace could have easily chosen to flee for his life this time around but he had unfinished business with the game titled 'Surviving Online'.

No matter the outcome, he had to return to the game.

He had to complete all the quests and claim the ultimate prize. "The Obsidian key," Ace muttered under his breath.

"They're here," He grinned and placed the bottle of fruit juice on the floor.

"We've got you surrounded!! Put your hands in the air and come out slowly!!" A police officer standing outside by his car growled using the megaphone.

Right now, the motel Ace was in, was surrounded by over a hundred officers.

Four officers dashed to his front door.

Thirty seconds passed, and the four officers standing in front of his room became impatient.

*Bang!!*

Three officers forced their way in, leaving the fourth to stand guard at the entrance.

The room was dark but the officers swarmed into the room.

"You are under arrest.....No wait Ahh!!"

"What is happening?!!... Ahh!!" Another officer screamed in surprise.

"No stop! You can't.....Mmm!!...."

"?????"

The fourth officer standing outside was dumbfounded by what had occurred. It had barely been three seconds since his colleagues had entered the room and the eerie silence of the room only filled the fourth officer with a plethora of unwanted uneasiness.

' I'd better warn the others,'. The fourth officer tried to turn to warn the others but...

"If you move, I'll blow your brains," A sinister voice alerted the fourth officer.

"Eii!!!" He shrieked in terror. Slowly he began to turn towards his back.

"Come in," Ace urged. The officer didn't think twice before entering the dreaded dark room with his legs quivering and trembling in utter fear.

Ace urged once again. "Turn on the lights," He flicked the light on, immediately responding to Ace's commands.

What he witnessed next made the fourth officer's eyes dilate in shock. Ace was currently standing above two officers with a handgun aimed directly into the third officer's mouth and the last handgun aimed towards the fourth officer.

Ace had learned various skills of survival after spending a couple of months in a horrifying survival game.

The fourth officer didn't wait for orders before dropping his handgun steadily to the floor.

"Hmm," The corner of Ace's lips curled upwards. He beckoned the fourth officer to step closer, which he did.

"Next time, you knock before entering someone else home," Ace smiled and patted the fourth officer's cheek with the handgun.

It took every ounce of courage the fourth officer could muster to prevent him from soiling himself. He couldn't believe he was standing before a notorious criminal who the media described as a cold and heartless killer.

Only a heartless human being would kill his mother and father for no particular reason. And with this knowledge in mind, the fourth officer nodded in response.

Ace glanced towards the third officer and the other two officers, all nodded in obedience to his words.

"Good," He smiled once more.

Time was of the utmost importance, he returned their guns and allowed himself to be captured.

The reason was that Ace's main objective was to face the opposing party leader that had ended his journey in the game. The party leader whose criminal alias was 'Night Fury,'.

That's right, Night Fury was the same criminal who had ruined his life and Ace was going to do everything in his power to end him.

He has to survive through all the in-game quests and obtain the Obsidian key.

And to do that, he has to eliminate 'Night Fury'.  Ace will have no choice but to eliminate his look-alike.

...

Currently, Ace was apprehended and transported to Black Paradise.

Black Paradise is the name given to an underground prison facility. This prison facility was certainly a first of its kind, housing a total number of eighty thousand criminals divided into eight hundred cell blocks.

Each cell block contained a thousand inmates with varying reasons for their incarceration but all inmates had one thing in common, they were all sentenced to capital punishment.

This meant that including Ace, all eighty thousand criminals were currently on a d.e.a.t.h row.

Since all of the inmates in the facility were dangerous and violent prisoners awaiting execution for committing various capital offenses, the prison had to be customized into a maximum security prison.

The guards found around every corner were far more than what anyone could ever find in a minimum or medium-security prison.

Due to this, the prisoners were afforded little freedom to roam around. They lived in their cells. No one was allowed to eat in the dining hall.

It had been twenty-four hours since Ace had arrived at this prison facility, and Ace had been tossed into cell block numbered 666.

Now Ace lolled on his bed, recalling the first impression he had of Night Fury.
