Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School was a school with renowned system which said to allow 100% of its graduates to be accepted in university and emplotment. On the contrary to such pretense, only those who stood on the top of the rest who would be granted such favorable treatment.

Kiyoomi Konpaku was a student with a very weak presence who happened to be assigned in class 1-D, the class where 'defected' students were gathered within the school. As a student who only wished to seek the rose-colored high school life in this school, Kiyoomi found himself in a crossfire between the ambitionist and the opportunist who wished to sink each other down.
