Even though Jonathan managed to slay two members of Team Ro, he took a major loss. Both his bounty targets were too disfigured for the bounty collecting agent to recognize them. If a person couldn't be recognized, they wouldn't accept a reasonable payout.

Jonathan did well in disguising who he was. And he was not going to let someone like Yūgao live. She was a sensory type. They were not just dangerous to fight, but they could also remember other people's chakra signatures of those they'd sensed before. If Jonathan was going to operate in the Leaf, he wasn't going to let her live any longer.

The only reason Kakashi managed to survive the attack was because Jonathan shot the false darkness technique directly at Yūgao's body. Kakashi would likely be hospitalized for a few days. He had to test his new might, and Team Ro just so happened to decide to trail the one person who would give them the most trouble. It was unfortunate because Gantetsu's and Chōseki's bodies were ruined, but Jonathan was not the least bit troubled.

The only dead bodies Jonathan considered was Yūgao Uzuki's. She, unlike Kō and Yōji, was not just a character from the novel. From what Jonathan remembered, she had a strange relationship with Hayate Gekkō. But Jonathan hadn't cared for him because he would eventually die a few years from now. As long as Kakashi's team gets replaced and Itachi still gets his promotion to a captain's position, Jonathan could care less about deaths.

As long as he could grow, he had already made the declaration to slay everyone in the world...

Several hours had passed with Jonathan waiting patiently at Kyowakoku Jungle. It was the safest place for him to travel to without anyone ever knowing. When time passed, Jonathan performed the flying raijin technique. He teleported back to the place he fought Team Ro at. They were long gone, and so were the bodies.

'Earth style: Hidden mole.'

Jonathan tunneled underground to collect the untouched black briefcase. The instant he did, he teleported to the Stone. Before the fight had occurred, Jonathan placed a flying raijin mark on the brief case and stored it underground. Of course, he could have done the same with Gantetsu and Chōseki, but that's not how the hidden mole technique worked. Jonathan also hadn't calculated the enormous amount of water fluids he used from Kokuō's body to produce the exploding water shockwave technique.

After storing the ryō, Jonathan made his way to the Land of Stone. Because of Kokuō's chakra, Jonathan was able to enter into battle while still having enough stamina to finish his work.

'From what I recall, Gonsunkugi was a thief in the making,' Jonathan thought. He hadn't just traveled to any area in the Land of Stone, he ventured to a richly, populated one. This place was known as Sendai village. It was never mentioned in the series. And had it not been for a map Jonathan acquired, as well as intel, he wouldn't have known about it.

Jonathan found the highest point where no one was around and sat quietly. Drinking the hot spring water from the gourd, Jonathan spent the next minute entering his Simon Sage Mode. Various people were being sensed simultaneously. He witnessed people arguing, those labouring and many simply chatting. Jonathan could easily tell people apart just by their movement.

It took less than three minutes for Jonathan to find Gonsunkugi. He was sleeping in a hotel with expensive items. Jonathan wasted no time and entered his smoke form after releasing his Sage Mode. When he arrived at Gonsunkugi's hotel, he manifested himself right next to him. Gonsunkugi was sound asleep, but Jonathan knew this world better than anyone.

Pulling out a kunai from his weapon pouch, Gonsunkugi's eyes twitched as though he had heard something. As quiet as Jonathan was, it wasn't the sound that made Gonsunkugi react. It was Jonathan's instincts. Naturally speaking, almost every shinobi was like Gonsunkugi. They honed their senses to the point where they could feel their death approaching.

Jonathan grabbed Gonsunkugi's mouth, causing him to open his eyes. Without giving him a change, Jonathan stabbed him in the throat. Gonsunkugi tried struggling but died almost instantly. Jonathan watched as his eyelids closed on their own.

'I still need more,' Jonathan thought. He didn't value anyone's lives in this world. To him, they were less than useless fodder. Jonathan hadn't even shown Gonsunkugi who ended his life. Because he was using the transformation technique. The last person Gonsunkugi saw was himself.
