The Stone Village, also known as Iwagakure in Japanese, was a troubling territory to venture to. However, they were also the most susceptible to assaults.
This was due to harbouring not one but two jinchūriki as well as an old kage who was lacking military power. Jonathan was quite familiar with this village. They were the village who had the most potential but was heavily underrated because of their Tsuchikage.
"My lord, we received an official message from the Sand Village," a shinobi said bringing Ōnoki a letter.
"What's this?" Ōnoki asked. Opening the letter, he began reading in the safety of his office.
'To the Tsuchikage, we of the Sand no longer desire the strife that's plagued our villages. We are willing to give vital information on the Hidden Leaf Village's operations, as well as forbidden knowledge they have acquired over the years… Our hope with this knowledge in hand, your village may prosper as we pave a new era of peace amongst the Sand and Rock community.'
Ōnoki continued to read how the Sand was willing to transact this information in person while hoping to gain nothing but their loyalty.
"Hmm…" Ōnoki considered. "It seems as though the Sand Village is looking to make a trade with us. Intel on the Leaf for our trust."
"What?" the shinobi asked in question. "Why wouldn't they just give us the information instead of requesting a meeting?"
"You'll never understand politics if you don't already know the answer to that, Kitsuchi…"
…
Jonathan spent the next couple of days preparing. He deduced the chances of someone like Ōnoki accepting this trade was quite high. The reason was because of his personality. He was the type to hire the Akatsuki to do his dirty work. He'll be curious enough to know what sort of idealism the Sand has in mind, but he's not one to make rash decisions.
Just as Jonathan speculated, he received a letter from Ebizō.
'The Rock Village has accepted to the trade. Tomorrow, you'll be leaving to the earth country on a caravan. Come to me so we can make the arrangements.'
Though Ōnoki accepted to the meeting, he did not agree to it being in his village. This was exactly what Jonathan was waiting for. He wasted no time to meet with Ebizō, who gave him the details. Jonathan would be traveling with a family whom he'd never heard of before. The name's looked familiar but Jonathan couldn't completely recall who they were.
'As long as they don't get in my way, they'll live a longer life in this world,' Jonathan inwardly thought.
While Jonathan waited for the morrow, he had been practicing the dharma seal in secret. This fuinjutsu (sealing technique) was complicated. In order for Jonathan to execute it, he had to first create the formula on his body. Afterwards, he had to inject enough chakra while playing the right notes on a biwa. All whilst being still. The sound emitted from the biwa then resonated with the seal in order for techniques to be unleashed. It only took Jonathan two days to perfect the jutsu.

Jonathan was capable of using sealing techniques due to having trained the flying raijin, but he still had not learned the common enclosing and unsealing scroll techniques. This meant he had to carry the biwa out in the open.
Just as night fall approached, Jonathan heard a knock at his door. Not surprising to him, because he had activated the sensing technique hourly while locked in Gōza's apartment.
"Senior Baki, what can you I do you for?" Jonathan asked after opening the door.
"Senior Gōza, might I come in to have a word?" Baki asked.
"As you can see, Senior Baki, I have company," replied Jonathan. When Baki looked, three people were sitting in Gōza's apartment: Shikamaru, Rock Lee and Kiba Inazuka. Jonathan had activated the clone jutsu and the transformation technique to disguise the clones.
"My apologize, Senior Gōza. Perhaps another time," Baki said.
When Jonathan closed the door, he waited half an hour before performing the sensing technique. Baki had truly left. He was not in range of the apartment. But that did not mean Jonathan was not cautious. Considering those that knew Gōza also knew that he didn't have chakra, it was the perfect diversion for Jonathan to use to avoid Baki.
The moment Jonathan sensed Baki, he had an idea what he came to discuss. But Jonathan did not have any desires to communicate with others. The longer he posed as Gōza, the more danger things could get.
Before resting, Jonathan considered who Baki was. He was a Jōnin and the youngest member of the Sand Council. There was a reason for this. Baki was not clueless. He took precautions.
The following morning, Jonathan walked to the caravan with the family he would be traveling with. They were already informed by Ebizō that Jonathan (posing as Gōza) would be joining them on their journey. When Jonathan approached them, he saw the parents and two little girls who looked familiar.
"Good to meet you, lord Gōza," the father greeted. "This my wife, Saeka."
"A pleasure to make your acquaintance, lord Gōza," bowed the bright Saeka.
"And these are our two daughters, Saya and Sana," finished the father.
'Wait,' Jonathan thought. 'Saya and Sana. I remember.' The instant Jonathan saw a strange doll being held by Saya, he knew exactly who they were. Two girls. One with blue pig tails and the other with green hair like her mother. It was never mentioned they were truly sisters but Jonathan finally knew the answer. These two girls would become dangerous kunoichi of the Sand Village about eleven years from now.
If there's one thing Jonathan never hesitated towards slaying, it was filler characters. The Sand Village was filled with such people.
