Chapter 4: [4] Adventurer Guild

The next morning. I wake to feel 2 unfamiliar round object between me. I open my eye and look around. To see the 2 girl sleeping between me!

I never felt the touch of a woman in my whole life before i died. It was so soft. I began walking away from the girl until Mizi wake up.

"Huh Diles? Did you wake up?"

Mizi was still drowsy after waking up. 

"Are you fine? Im sorry for my friend action"

*No it fine. I just passed out. Nothing serious*

"Thank god. I thought you was dead!"

Mizi grabbed me by the neck like im some kind of baby.

*What are you doing!*

"I just wanna say thank you for saving my friend once again."

Mizi was smiling happily ever since. Leandra wake up too and apologize to me.

"Im sorry so much!"

The scene was awkward to see a girl apologizing to a monster. 

*No no. It fine! I already tell you to stop doing that pose again!*

"Ow okay"

Leandra get up. And kinda curious asked Mizi where did she got the creature from.

"Ah! I tamed it. I recently unlocked my talent"

Leandra was looking at me fascinated. Mizi was flexing really hard with me. And Leandra asked. 

"Well why don't you enter the adventurer guild?"

"Ah i forgot!"

So this world has the concept of adventurer huh? I curiously asked what is the Adventurer guild.

"Ah. The adventurer guild is the place where you register to be a adventurer. It a optimal place where people with talent gather over. The adventurer guild main function is to provide Commission to adventurer willing to take the risk. The adventurer are split into 6 Rank. Which is F to A rank. F is consider the weakest while A rank is consider the strongest of all "

I think going to the adventurer guild is the best place for me. I could get a bunch of mana crystal and level up Mizi by alot. But i need to ask if she wanna join the guild.

*So Mizi. Do you wanna join the guild?*

Mizi think for a while.

"I mean. I do wanna but im still nervous. I can't go without your permission. So can i join?"

*Yes you can*

"Thank you so much Diles!"

After that Mizi get dressed with her usual clothes including a backpack. Some shoulder plate with some glove. Leandra provide us a map to the adventurer guild as Leandra help her parent in the Inn.

Mizi waved goodbye to Leandra before leaving to go enter the Adventurer guild.

"Thank you so much Leandra!"

Leandra wave back happily

"Be careful out there Mizi! Take care of yourself!"

We set out to head to the Adventurer guild. I decided to hide in her backpack to not attract any unwanted attention.

While we are walking to the adventurer guild. We encounter a girl and a boy down the alley way. They were corner by bulky man.

"Stay away you bad guy!" The boy beastman shouted.

"Why should we? You guy are filthy being. You don't deserve to live here!"

There were 3 Bulky man in corner. The girl was hiding behind the boy back. The boy held a small stick to try protect himself. The boy has fear written all over her face and yet he is protecting her sister even when he in a huge danger.

I looked at Mizi 

*You know what we gotta do right?*

Mizi nodded as she has the same intention as me. Mizi use her Haste skill that she got from the contract and sped to the man direction. The 3 man look at us as Mizi jumped to the man head with her magic sword activated. The man head had footprint mark on his face.

"Who is this little B*tch? How dare she hurt us the triplet brother?"

They began unsheathed the sword and charged at Mizi. Mizi was prepared to face them onward. Mizi block all the hit from the 3 man without a single care.

"How is this little girl so strong!"

Mizi was enough of going defence instead choosing violence. Mizi charged at the shortest of all of them and slice him in the chest making blood splattered. 

"AGH!!"

"How dare you hurt my brother!"

The 2 man charged at us with the sword. Mizi jumped and kick the tallest brother in the face knocking him down.

"AH!" 

 The middle brother look at the tall brother giving Mizi a chance to attack him. Mizi slice him up nicely in the arm

"My arm!!"

The tallest tried to run away but Mizi caught up to him and tied the 3 Man with a rope. 

"Whew. That was so refreshing!"

*Nice job Mizi.*

While Mizi was swiping her sweat. The 2 kid from earlier came out to her.

"Thank you so much for helping me!"

The brother look at her sister asking her to say thank you.

"Thank you so much!"

*Ask them where is their Parent*

"No problem! And where is your parent?"

The sibling was caught off guard.

"So uh we got lost from our mother. We were distracted by a ball. So we followed it to get tricked by the 3 man"

Until a yell was heard.

"Leon! Lina! Where did you go!"

It was the sibling mother. The sibling was happy to hear their mother shouting for them.

"That our parent! Mom! Mom!"

The mother hear her children and approach to us.

"Oh thank god you were alive! You shouldn't run off without me okay?"

"Yeah im sorry mom."

The mother saw us and ask who she is.

"Ah that is the hero! She saved us from the 3 suspicious man!"

The boy pointed at the 3 man tied up with a rope.

"Thank you so much for saving my children! I will repay this favour somehow!"

The mother bowed to us for saving her children. It was a pleasant scene.

"As long the children is fine. Im happy for it"

"Now you 3 man. I will beat you guy up nicely!"

Oh yeah did i forgot to mention? The mother is actually the wife of the guard chief here. So she is strong making her launches million of punch to the 3 man. 

A lot of scream was heard as we left the alley way to continue our way to the adventurer guild.

"I did something good today! It feel refreshing to help someone"

* Me too!*

We continuously walk until we finally arrived at the Adventurer guild. The place was buzzing with adventurer. All of them with a different race. I saw multiple Beastman, Elf and Human.

We entered the guild to see it fill with muscular people drinking beer and chatting in the hall. We walked up to the receptionist. The receptionist greeted us.

"Welcome to the adventurer guild! My name is Lizy. What can i help you with?"

"I came here to register"

"Come with me to this room please!"

The receptionist lead us to a room with a bright orb in the middle. 

"Now please touch this so we can know of your status!"

Mizi placed her hand onto the arm as it shine brightly. A window appeared infront of Mizi afterward.

[Race: Beastman]

[Level: 7]

[Skill: Summoning Magic, Tamer, Magic Sword]

I was thankful when the contrant skill didn't show up. It would be very weird for Mizi to explained what it is.

"Let's see.. Ah your class is Beast tamer. You may take off your hand now"

Mizi take her hand off the Orb. The receptionist began writing something. 

"This is your adventurer badge! Every starting adventurer is the F rank. You can progress up the rank everytime you finished a commission. I wish you luck adventurer!"

The receptionist walk us out of the room afterward. 

"F rank badge huh?"

*Im sure you will climb up the rank. Now do you wanna take a commission? *

"Do you wanna do a commission master?"

*It gonna be our priority if you wanna become stronger*

"Let's do it then!"

Mizi walked up to Lizy

"Is there any commission we can take?"

"Hmm wait for a minutes. I will find you a suitable one."

The receptionist searched through the bulletin board.

"Ah i found it!"

Lizy showed it to us.

"The commission name is Goblin eradiction. This was commissioned by the village of Forestville. The conditioned on completing this commission is to defeat the surrounding goblin that has been haunting the Villager"

"You will be rewarded with 100 Gold if you completed this. You need a maximum of 2 member in order to participate. You can find them in the hall"

Lizy hand us over the commission paper and we walked to the hall to try recruit someone.

"D Rank Earth worm raid need some recruitment!"

"E rank Sand wolves team is recruiting! Come here if you wanna apply"

The place was crowded with people. People came here for doing their own set of commission. 

*It sure quite busy here. Can we even find a comrade at any chance?*

"I don't know. But let's try!"

"Recruiting people for Goblin eradication!"

The people begin looking at us laughing and began mocking Mizi.

"What a little girl doing here? She should be with her mother. AHAHAHA"

"Im sure she can't even kill a single goblin!!"

The hall was fill with insult toward Mizi. Mizi was clearly sad to see how people mock her entirely. As Mizi was about to give up the commission. A small human girl approach her. 

"I uh. Wanna join you! My name is Nina. Nice to meet you!"

"Hello Nina! My name is Mizi. Nice to meet you too!"

The people began mocking us even more.

"Isn't that the worst mage ever in the guild? She can't even shoot fireball properly."

"I guess even the weakest gather together LOLOL"

Nina was try not to cry when people yell insult to her. So Mizi patted her.

"Ignore those musclehead. They are the worse. Don't worry Nina, Im here for you. So let's work together Nina!"

"Yes!!"

Mizi walk out Nina from the Hall. Nina was happy to see someone finally accepted her as a comrade.

"Thank you so much for accepting me! I been rejected multiple time for my whole life."

"No worry! Let's clear the commission together!"

I decided to check at Nina stats.

[Skill: Curse EX, Fire Magic , Heal [Locked] , Elemental control [Locked], Earth Magic [Locked, Lightning Magic [Locked], Water magic [Locked]

[Curse EX: Restrict someone Talent. Removable only by purify]

This poor child talent was restricted by a curse. She has a pretty good talent if she weren't Cursed by something. I think i can remove the curse if i can buy a purifying skill. Although my gold is depleted. 

*This child has great talent. It too bad she has a curse on her. Keep out for her incase something happened*

"Yes Master"

Mizi and Nina get on a carriadge.

"Where do you wanna go Girl?"

"Go to the village. Of Greenville!"

"Okay"

The driver started the carriadge to head into the village of greenville.

Our first commission Begin now!
