Despite the Spectors that make this Entity almost entirely being made of the species referred to, amidst their many names, most commonly, "Terrans" or amongst themselves, "Humans".

In addition, most of the spector's appearance are indistinct, especially since its form are in constant flux in terms of Appearance, Speech Pattern, Thoughts, Intelligence, Wisdom, etc.

This is both quite frequent or infrequent. As such, each individual Spector amongst the creature should be treated as their own entity with individual Sapience, Sentience, Memories, etc.}
