Arriving in a baren forest, Alnueava slumped to the ground and started dry heaving. Her body was trying to throw up but there was nothing in her stomach.

"God f*cking D*mn it, do they not know how to make a prope--hughrk-!"

Looking up and glaring to nowhere in particular. She wobbled but stood up and leaned against a dead tree. The ground had a layer of frost and it was snowing. Her feet were starting to feel cold.

Reaching up she grabbed as many dry sticks as she could carry. Looking around there was a large fallen tree. She laid the straighter sticks side by side following the tree. She used the others to make a frame and leaned it against the tree. She weaved spruce branches into the frame.

She curled into a ball inside her fort. It was cramped but she managed. Now it's time for the big question... did she keep her system? Normally you would have to defeat a dungeon on your first try while alone to receive a system.

"Well only one way to find out.  'Status'"

The sight of in brought immense joy. But that feeling quickly deteriorated when she saw her stats.

'No, I should have expected this. Well at least my Intelligence and wisdom are still fairly high. Oh well, this is going to be a pain. Let's see what those do.'

Survivor Of The 14 Plagues

She was kinda on the fence on how to feel about the first one. On one hand it was pretty good but the wording suggested that she could still get sick, she just won't succumb to whatever she contracted. The Strength and Constitution being harder to raise is a bummer but she can just focus on the other stats.

She'd learned in her last life is you can't rely to much on one thing. Like someone who only uses magic, eventually there may be a time they can't use magic and are in trouble, what will they do?  Or a person who only uses force agains enemies, what about one's that can only be hurt by magic? However she also knows focusing to much on a dead stat will stunt your growth.

So, what she needs is balance- but something that likely won't be involving Strength. She needs adaptability, so she'll level magic and speed based stats and weapons.

Before she can level magic she'll need to find out what her attributes are. Some are easier to test than others depending on where you are.

Stepping outside her hut she started gathering small dry sticks and dead grass. There were a couple reasons she was doing this. One, to get warm and two, to see if she has the fire attribute. It's easier to manipulate an existing fire then to create one.

Sitting in front of her fire she tries manipulating it, but to no avail.

     'Ok, so no fire.'

Focusing on the earth next, no reaction. Air? Nothing.

'So, only water left huh? I mean water isn't bad but to not have access to any of the the other elements or there evolved forms? I don't like it.'

Standing up she looks around. No water in sight. No choice but to look for it. She still doesn't have any shoes. So walking around is uncomfortable but nothing to bad.

Walking up to a lake. She doesn't want to go anywhere near it. It's a still lake, so clear you could see your own reflection in it.

'I don't want to see it. But I need to...'

Taking a deep breath, she looks into the water. The reflection showed a girl with black eyes and long strate black hair. She has cracked lips and deathly pale and flaking skin. Black dots and scars covered her neck and reached up and around the right half of her face.

You could hear the sound of a soul cracking, but not because of that.

"My horns... my... my beautiful and sexy horns are really gone.... nooo."

Hanging her head in defeat. She tried focusing on a more pressing mater. Trying to move the water.

     "Wait... this can't be right?"

Snapping out of her stupor she tried manipulating the water again. Nothing... again?... no response.

'What the hell? Did I miss something? I obviously have mana...'

Standing up she walked back to where she had made her fire. She continued to stare at the coals of the fire poking it with a stick, thinking.

'No... this is fine, it just complicates things... Wait wasn't their something I-?!'

An arrow struck her arm. Looking up she saw a short, pale, green-skinned humanoid. It through its bow to the ground and started running at her with a spear.

Picking up her burning stick she through it at the goblin. The through came short though and only hit it's leg. It looked a little angry now. It kept charging at her, so she grabbed the front of the spear and used it to push the goblin into the fire keeping hold of the spear she tried to keep it in the fire. By the time it managed to get out it had been burned to badly and fell to the ground.

     It had died.

"That's it! What I died for! How could I forget?"

Her eyes lit up as she remembered. She had died trying to find more knowledge about a way to cast magic without having the affinity. She had found a bit but not enough to cast an actual spell.

It was related to magic circles and the ancient ruins used in them. However, you would still need mana and no one has ever had mana with no affinity. But she still had mana... so what was her attribute?

Looking back to her system, she found her clue about her attribute.

Attributes: ??? , ???

     Two attributes to be specific.
