'So I have two attributes? And it's something other then the four base elements and their evolutions... oh well. I can think about this later.'

Though she said that, she would be lying if she said she wasn't in the least bit excited with this news. For there to not only be one but two attributes she -or maybe even the world- doesn't know about. It's exhilarating to even think about.

Grabbing the shaft of the arrow she carefully pulled it out of her arm. Throwing the arrow to the ground she tried to rip a strip of cloth from the science coat but she wasn't strong enough to do anything to it.

Sighing she gathered the thin layer of snow on the ground and rubbed it on and around the wound. Looking to the goblin, most of the stuff was burned. The 'bow' and 'arrow' were poorly made, it you can even call them that. However, the bow did have an actual thick string on it.

She grabbed the string and used it to tie off her still bleeding arm.

The goblin was basically useless except for its meat... she almost recoiled at the thought. Goblins tasted nasty, but it was right here and already charged.

     'Guess I'm eating goblin.'

Gathering more fire wood she puts some into the fire and sets the others to the side. The goblins spear was basically just a sturdy, sharpened stick but it's better than anything she could make.

She removed the goblins organs but couldn't remove it's head. After skewering the goblin onto the spear using already existing... umm... 'holes'  she places what she can now identify as a he over the fire.

Oh, and she was right it smells atrocious but the more it cooks the hunger she gets. She managed to pry off an arm. Holding it up to her face, she can't help but hesitate.

Holding her breath, she took a bite. To make it short, it was disgusting. The meat was tough and it tasted like watered-down trash. This is when she realized, she forgot to drain the blood. Well, she couldn't eat much anyways. She got full quickly.

She picked up the rest of the meat and walked away from her camp sight. Eventually she found a good tree and put most of the meat up. She doesn't plan to come back for the rest of it though. She grabbed the skewer and a bit of meat.

'Ok I need to raise my stats and get a shelter that can at least get me through winter...'

She doesn't have to many things she needs to bring with her. The skewer's a little chard but it'll work just fine as a sturdy stick to hit things with.

She decided to walk in the direction of a stream that ran off the lake. Only stopping every once and awhile to stretch and eat she kept walking. She got tired quickly and was sore in no time.

Congratulations! You've been training hard!

'Well, good news is, when a stat is below 10 the system makes it easier to raise, bad news, all my stats are below 10'

But on a side note she did feel better. She likes the feeling of stats rising. In her last life her stats were all around pretty good except for Dexterity.

'Well, it'll at least be fun having a different set of specialties if nothing more.'

But thinking of her past life she couldn't help but feel a bit upset. Although she doesn't regret dieing for her conquest of knowledge.  It doesn't mean she likes the thought of what she lost in doing so.

'I'll just have to make up for everything I had in my last life... and more... yeah that sounds good. This time I won't settle for just good, I'll have the best. If I want something I'll get it.'

She couldn't help but find her self smiling. She tried humming but the sound her throat made was atrocious.

'The sirens would train their voices by singing while doing, well, anything really. It also trains their Stamina. Mmmh, might as well.'

As she continued down the stream she continued to stretch and quietly did her best to sing. Dusk turned the sky a light shade of orange. Taking that as her sign to stop. She sat on top ot a pile of fallen leaves gasping for air.

'Skrew you scientists... I'll... kill all of you... for making me... need to go through... this... huuugh....'

Congratulations! You've been training hard

Cuping her hands, she scoops some water. Her throat was so dry and husky but almost couldn't swallow any water. It took her until the second try to swallow and not choke.

She shaked her head before narowing her eyes, she looks around. There's no where to go for shelter other then the trees. It's going to be dark soon and no good, dry wood in sight and everything's wet from this mornings melted snow.

She could already tell she was going to have a rough night.

Looking again, there were only tall thin trees. The forest floors covered in wet moss and leaves.  She doesn't have the resources or strength to cut any of the trees down. Frowning she looked to the water, no large rocks to be seen. There were few leaves on the ground and they were all wet and not many.

The sky had turnd a deep red and it was getting to dark to see. Leaning against a tree. She untied the string around her arm and put it in her pocket then curled up into a ball tucking her arms, legs and head inside her coat. Trying to get as warm as possible before the sun completely fell. She wants to make it through the night without freezing to death.

As the sun completely set and the moon rose. The temperature continued to dropped. The start of the night wasn't so bad, but she didn't get overconfident. After all it was only the start of the night. She still had a long way to go, and it would only get colder.

And get colder it did. Her skin was red with frost-bite. Her breathing became shallow and her heart rate slowed greatly. She was also geting sleepy.

Fighting off sleep and bitter cold she was withering under the night.

'No, stay awake God d*mn it! You've survived worse.'

She focused on her breathing and heart rate. If ether of those stops she'll die.

'If it keeps going like this I'll die. Move... come on move...'

She starts rocking her body. If she tries to get up and walk, the only thing she will do is expose more of her body to the cold. At least this way she's less likely to loose her fingers or toes.

'That's right just keep the secularization going.'
