Chapter 6: Chap 5: aqua

Picking up the corpse of the bears, Edward began to find his way back. Following the trail of destruction and Edward has returned to the apple trees in minutes, from there he began his journey back to his cavern.

Fighting for his life was the easy part, the hard part was draging all this food back to the cave, it was tiredsome. His trip back to the cave took quite a while, it was already dusk when he returned the sun over the clouds had begun to set and he could feel the wind signalling another blizzard about to come.

Entering the cave and place the bears corpse on one side, Edward put down a small pile of wood which are actually trees to make a camp fire. 

*finger snaping* 

With the snap of a finger, fire rose from the pile of wood. Warming and lighting up the dark cavern.

Since there's no tool in Edward hand, he decided to use the bear's own claws as a makeshift knife. Almost cutting himself in the process of doing so, just go to show how sharp the thing is.

Using the newly makeshift knife to put presure on the fur, edward began to move use his newly made tool with high proficiency. 

Slowly separating the fur and the meat of the bears, trying not damage the fur or pelts for he have uses for it later. At the end he manage to have the complete fur of the beast without it being too damage.

Edward then skewered a chunk of bear meat, leave it cooking over the fire. Starring at the cooking meet, with his a growling stomach he was very tempted to just chomp down on the raw meet right then and there. 

'To hell with food regulation.' Was his throught before stoping himself.

He needs to take care of the bleeding all over himself first. 

"Ye ye, i'm going to treat my wound now, stop nagging me." Answer Edward to make the tiny sphere to stop bothering him. 

Edward groaned as sat beside the underground lake.

"Damn it what was i thinking....fighting bear with a 'bear' hand no less." Edward let out a dry laugh at his own joke. 

Bear hunting is nothing new to Edward, he have been hunting bear before with his gramp for years. Sometimes in the moutain, sometime in the valley, depending on the season and animal they were hunting. Only diffirents is he is hunting with a guns and trap or at the very least a bow, but never with bare hands. 

"Hmm... what if i try to."

Looking at the still water, Edward hovered his hand over the surface of the lake and closed his eyes to concentrate. His eyes open with his vision changed, deep below the water surface of the lake strings of blue mana is now visible.

Imagining the strings moving to his hand. Edward could feel some thing below the surface of water, It feel feint, and he would have ignore it if weren't for the strings of blue mana getting his attetion.  

And since without any tools that could be used to draw water, this is the perfect time for him to test if he can control more than one element.

The lake began to sparkle and ripple toward his hand. The water floating upward into streams of vortex, strings of blue mana inside.

Right as Edward make contact with the water, he felt a surge of power tugging at his hand. He let this power move into his body, feeling a sensation of comfort throughout his entier body. 

The blue mana and water flowing with the center of the vortex is now concentrated at the chest of Edward as it power slowly pass through his heart, Healing and strengthening all his body.

Edward could feel the water covering him, moving around not only on his body but inside his chest aswell. While feelling the blue mana in his chest, he can also tell that he was calmer, a strange calmness that embraces him with it's peacfull silence.

And soon his body began to light up with a shinning blue light, it shown briefly before completely disappearing. 

The bleeding wound from before was closing in front of his very eyes by the water, it has healed all his wound.

Then strings of blue started to formed into a tiny sphere. Somehow this remind him of his time first meeting with Howl. 

It was shapeless, formless, calm but also stoic and it was so flexible he could turn it into whatever from he told it to.  

"Well Hello there little one." He greet the new little friend of his.

Edward waited for a respon but a few moment later nothing came.  

"Hmm........." he pondered turning to look at Howl.

This entirer time Howl hasn't done anything, only quietly watching, waiting for him. 

 "Maybe it take more times ? now what shall i name you."

"How about nemo ?" The sphere give no respon.

"What about Clara ? Navie ? Nami ? Aqua..." the blue mana moved slightly at the name being mention. 

"Ahh you that name huh ? Then, that's settle it. I shall call you Aqua from now on."

Standing up Edward felt refreshed, like walking out of a good shower. Technicly it is a shower, but a magical one.

Lightly smiled after enjoying this magical bath, he flec his arm a little, can't wait to test out this new power. 

"Yes i could almost feel it. The power inside of me...wait a seccond."

*hiff hiff*

"Hey, smell like something's burning in here....oh wait thats just my meat...MY MEAT!"
