Chapter 4: Chapter 3

Inside the cave

 

Feng Zhi Jiu's body is getting colder and colder. Her pale face shows an extremely painful expression. She trembles and her breath becomes slower and fainter. She looks like a fire that will go out with a small gentle wind. After hours later, her breathing becomes very slow and her heartbeat so faint and minutes later her body function stops and her heart also stops beating. Her face becomes so pale without any blood and with one look, anyone can say that this woman is dead.

 

She stays dead for a whole night and when the first sun light comes out, at her lower dantian a small light with golden particles comes out slowly and envelops her whole body. Her cold and severely injured body was getting warmer and the wounds healed at the speed clear for naked eyes. Her heart beats slowly and her internal organs start to function again. 

 

The immortal qi around her move towards her dantian and circle around her body. Open up the blocked meridian inside her body and repair her damaged muscle and bones. The light with golden particles that enveloped her body goes back inside her dantian and there is a vast spiritual sea without boundary can be seen. A high spirit tower also stands in the middle of the spiritual sea and it's so high that the top of the tower can't be seen from afar.

 

The process is very gentle and slow. When Feng Zhi Jiu opened her closed eyes, another month had already passed since she fainted that night.

 

"... ugh … cough.. cough.."

 

Feng Zhi Jiu groaned and coughed a few times. She feels that her body feels better and not hurt anymore. But her throat is so dry that it feels like she just swallowed sand directly.

 

"Cough cough cough…"

 

Feng Zhi Jiu : uh… My throat hurt a lot.

 

She moves and goes to the edge of the small pond and drinks a few mouthfuls of water to moisten her dry throat. She looked at her body and found out that all her wounds are healed and her body is in the best condition ever.

The blue sky looks so clear with a group of white clouds flying up high. Up in the sky, she can see a bright sun with golden color shower the world with a warm light. The air feels so fresh and her tired mind and body feels revitalized in an instant. The group of birds flying in the sky freely and the vast green land below spreading so far. Long and blue river splits the land and looks like a majestic snake slithered around the world.

 

The tall mountain range spreading on the side and the top of those mountain peaks is covered by clouds and looks like some immortal place. A flying island can be seen floating in the sky and the waterfall flowing down into the ground and creating a mist around it.

 

There is also an area where an ancient forest stretches out vastly. A vast meadow full of spirit herbs and flowers is located in the place where a bamboo house stands quietly surrounded by a bamboo forest. Behind the bamboo house, a crystal clear and wide lake can be seen. It's so clear that Feng Zhi Jiu can see a school of fish swimming under the lake water. Beside the bamboo house, she saw a spring water come out from nowhere and it gathered inside a small pond.

 

Feng Zhi Jiu stands there and looks down at this majestic view for a long time before she comes back to her senses and moves towards the bamboo house.

Outside the bamboo house

 

Feng Zhi Jiu looks around the bamboo house area and looks for something to eat. She found that around the bamboo house, a big orchard had a lot of fruit that she had never seen before. There is also a land where a lot of small flowers and herbs are planted. She even sees some plants that look like wheat and sorghum. She walks towards the fruit orchards and picks a fruit that looks like peach. She bite down and the fruit juice flows down her chin and drips onto her hand.

 

Feng Zhi Jiu : This fruit tastes so sweet and fresh. It's so fragrant! I can eat a lot of this fruit and won't be tired of the taste.

 

She picks two more of those 'peaches' and then walks inside the bamboo house. She can see that the interior of this house is simple but elegant. The basic furniture is also put inside and looks clean. The vibe she feels from this bamboo house is peaceful and tranquil. She likes this kind of environment the most since a busy and crowded place will give her a headache and anxiety.

 

She walks inside a room full of books and she pulls out one bamboo scroll after cleaning her hand from the peace's juice. The bamboo scrolls look new and the words inside are carved on those long pieces of bamboo and bind together. This is like ancient people used to record when paper was not yet invented.

 

She looks at the contents but to her surprise, the words inside are not what she knows people use on the earth. But strangely she can understand what the bamboo scroll records inside. She read the contents and found out that it's a scroll about something called alchemy with a lot of immortal pills recipe record on it. She put back that bamboo scroll and took another one out.

 

This time she found out that the contents inside are about something called spirit tools. She put it back and took another one out. It's about all the herbs and flowers she never saw or heard before. She looked around that room full of unlimited bookcases and each of them full to the brim with bamboo scrolls.

 

Feng Zhi Jiu : This place is so magical. I saw this bamboo house from outside and it looks like a single room apartment. But in this room alone, I can't see the end of it.

 

She put back the bamboo scrolls and looked around another room of the bamboo house. And sure enough, she found a room similar to the bamboo scroll room but inside it contains different items. From a room full of herbs and flowers that smell like those chinese medicine she always drinks till a room full of weapons and some room even contains a stone that emits a bright and brilliant rainbow colors.

 

It's so magical that she remembers about some novel she read before. The main character inside those novels also has a magical place like what she sees in front of her now. She lowered her eyes and pondered about this strange place.

 

Feng Zhi Jiu : Maybe this is my own spatial space? 

 

She walks out from the bamboo house and looks at the vast and majestic view. Her face looks calm and her eyes serene.

 

Feng Zhi Jiu : This space is so vast. It's like it is a whole planet and this is inside of me? 

 

She stands for a while and walks back inside the bamboo house. She walked into a room full of clothes that she found before. She opens the room door and walks inside. The room is full of rows and rows of beautiful ancient chinese clothes. She takes out a set of white and blue clothes. Luckily she knows how to wear these kinds of clothes. Even though she has been sick since birth and can't even go to school, she likes reading a lot. Any kind of book becomes her way to know the outside world and her pastime when she stays at the hospital.

 

The clothes fit her so much. With wide sleeves that make her look like those celestian in xian xia drama, the waist belt makes her slim waist look more slender. The front of the clothes make her plump breast look very sexy and the high half open colar makes her slender neck look very soft and pretty. Her long hair draped behind looks like a black silk waterfall falling down from the sky.

 

She looks at the box beside the place where she takes out the clothes and opens it. Inside the box she found a set of waist jade pendants and hair accessories. There's also a set of jewelry that goes perfectly with the clothes. It's like the clothes and this box come together as a set.

 

Feng Zhi Jiu : Looks like the past owner of this place is a woman that likes beautiful things. I think she has the same proportional body like mine. These clothes fit too perfectly.

 

After she finishes wearing the clothes and the accessories, she walks out and stands in the flower garden while thinking.

 

Feng Zhe Jiu : Now how to go out?

 

Just when she thinks about that, she already comes out from space and is standing at the same place she was before she got sucked inside the space.
