The ghost moaned again, but this time it sounded almost seductive, like a moan of pleasure.
I shivered at the sound and said, “I don't think it's a sex slave. I think she’s the ghost of a dominatrix. This dungeon was her final resting place and the one spot in all the world that she loved. It's kinda romantic when you think about it.”
Ahri put her hands on her hip and glared at me. “Talasin, if that's what you call romantic, then I’d hate to see you on our first date.”
“You’d go out with me?” I asked hopefully.
“Really, that's what you got out of this conversation?”
“I’ve got a plan,” I said. “Let’s tear this shithole down and build our dream house. Or at least a dream house that’s square and made of mud.”
It took me a few hours to come up with a basic strategy for demolishing the old house and turning the old materials into something usable. We couldn't be carting all of that crap off of the property.
The first step of the plan was simple. I summoned Flint.
He gave an exaggerated bow and said, “Yes milord? Are we kidnapping kids? Hauling dead bodies? Or would you like to use me as a mirror again so you can watch Ahri bathing naked?”
Ahri looked at me questioningly.
“That didn't happen,” I said quickly. “Flints just kidding…” I stared at the titan. “Aren't you?”
The titan laughed and slapped me on the back then said, “By the obvious sexual tension in this room I take it you two still havent done it.”
“Done what?” asked Ahri.
“You know,” said Flint. “Conquering the pink fortress, harpooning the salty longshoreman.”
Ahri frowned at him.
“Pumping fur,” continued Flint. “Mashing the fat.”
“Thanks Flint,” I mumbled as my face turned a deeper shade of scarlet.
“I don't get it,” said Ahri. “Are you talking about food?”
“I could be,” said Flint. “Depends, how many bananas do you like in your fruit salad?”
Ahri looked from me to Flint and back again. I could see the wheels turning in her head as she slowly mouthed ‘pumping fur.’
“And you wonder why I don't summon you often,” I said through gritted teeth.
Flint patted me on the back and said, “What ya need Master?”
“I need you to destroy this building,” I said.
Flint eyed the building and said, “What did it ever do to you?”
I cast Rapid Growth of Flint and the titan grew larger and larger until he towered over us like a fat kid looming over the last cupcake.
“It's hammer time,” he said as he turned to the building and began beating the shit out of it.
A status message appeared.
* Rapid Growth evolved.
* Choose an evolution path
- Titanic Growth: Non-human targets grow rapidly until the spell is deactivated. Caster is able to control growth with thought.
- Reverse Growth: Shrink non-human target.
Ok I really need a manual on how these spell cards work.
If I cast the spells all day long would they all evolve? And was it possible to decline an evolution. What if my Hell’s Pixie Girl evolved. She wouldn't be the same anymore. I’d have to give this some more thought. I figured there would be answers at the Mages Guild. All the more reason to pass the exam.
I thought about my Rapid Growth evolution paths. Shrinking targets could be great. I could transport large items anywhere. Shit for all I knew I could shrink my house and keep it in my pocket- that would be great.
But Titanic Growth gave me some great versatility too. I could grow seeds and make them twine around a target like shackles and then I could grow thorns on command and pierce through their armor.
In the end the decision was easy. Flint’s gleeful roar as he smashed up the house helped me make up my mind. I had to be able to make things bigger otherwise I couldn't use the karakul to pull the mount and I couldn't have fun watching a colossal titan beat the shit out of a building.
* Titanic Growth selected.
It had been some time since I’d last checked my status. I concentrated and the information appeared.

Ahri tugged on my sleeve and said, “Are you ok?”
I shook my head to clear the status message then said, “Yeah what’s up?”
“I thought you were staring at my breasts but when I stepped away you were still staring at the same spot.”
I laughed and said, “I was checking my status.”
“Good,” said Ahri. “For a second there I thought you found that smudge on the wall more interesting than my breasts.”
“There's only one thing more interesting than your breasts,” I said.
“You better not say my eyes because that would be disgustingly sweet.”
“Hell no,” I said. “I was gonna say your ass.”
“I hope you were kidding about building another one of those mud igloos,” said Ahri as she took a seat beside me under a maple tree.
I shook my head.
That's exactly what I’d planned to build.
“Only the best will do for you princess,” I said. “How about a castle with a watch tower?”

“Really? I don't think that mud spell of yours could keep a tower up.”
“Don't underestimate my mud, I can keep a tower up all night long.”
“What the fuck are you talking about, Talasin? I swear you get stranger every day.”
I laughed and said, “What if I used my new Fuse Magic skill? I could combine Mold Earth and Jade Fire and maybe I could create bricks and ceramic tiles.”
“As long as you don't expect me to lay the bricks.”
“You got a point,” I said.
Flint blasted through a wall showering us in dust and debris.
“Take a break,” I shouted at him. “I want to try something.”
I drew two cards. Karf’s Poison Mist and Jade Fire.
* Fuse Ability activated
It was my first time using this new ability and I was curious to see what new effects I could create.
The two cards merged together and red and green lights spun wildly around my arm. I raised my hand and an explosion blasted out of my palm and blew a hole in the side of the house and a crater in the earth in front of me.
Kamehameha mother fucker.
Ahri wiped dust out of her hair and gave me an annoyed look. She said, “I think I’ll go to the market. If I stay any longer one of us is going to be hurt.”
“Good idea,” I said. “While you are there I need a target dummy.”
“Why?”
“I’ll need to start training if I'm going to pass the Mages Guild entrance exam.”
“Can't you use Flint?” she asked. “He wouldn't mind if you beat him with your sword.”
“Yeah, but he’d enjoy it too much.”
Before Ahri left I cast Titanic Growth on the Karakul, so she could ride the giant ram into town.
Once she was gone I turned to Flint and said, “It's experimenting time.”
Flint’s face split in a wide smile and she said, “I've been waiting for the day you’d say that.”
I used Fuse Magic again. I fixed the image of bricks in my mind and cast Mold Earth and Jade Fire at the same time. A pile of broken walls and earth molded together and burst into flames. Through the glow of green fire I made out rectangular bricks laid out in a perfect row.
This is going to be good.
I experimented again with the same combo and this time I created ceramic tiles. They took longer to make and the first batch cracked when the fires burnt out but I did it over and over again until I was satisfied with the results.
I thought of other spell cards that I could merge and I tested them all. Polyblade and Mold Earth made Stone Skin. The Home Spell card and Binding Card did nothing.
Twilight Titan and Hell’s Pixie Girl merged together and a tiny version of Flint with breasts, wings and wearing a leather thong appeared in front of me.
“What the fuck, Talasin,” the titan said in Bel’s voie and I quickly unsummoned it before the image seared into my mind. The hybrid disappeared and Flint and Bel reappeared behind me.
“Wait a second,” I said to them and I looked inside my spellbag and saw that the two summon cards were still there. “You two are unsummoned, why are you still here?”
“Isn't it obvious,” said Flint.
“Clearly not,” I said.
“Master,” said Bel. “When you fused the Home spell card with the Binding Card you set a new home point for your summons.”
“But…” I stammered. “Where did you used to go when I unsummoned you?”
“It was very bright,” said Bel.
Flint nodded.
“That's it? Just bright.”
Bel shrugged and said, “Time worked differently there, sometimes it felt like I was there for ages and other times it was only seconds between being summoned.”
“Does that mean I'm now stuck with you all the time?” I asked.
“Don't be sad Master,” said Bel. “I'm sure we’ll have fun together.”
Flint winked at me and said in a husky voice, “Say hello to your new roommate.”
While Ahri was at the marketplace we set to building the new house. If my summons were going to live here as well then the house needed to be massive and double storied.
I started by sculpting the foundations and then I hardened it with fire. Then I built the bedrooms, the bathrooms, a kitchen, a great hall, a larder and an outdoor hot spring inspired by years of watching anime. I figured I could use magic to heat the rocks under the hot spring and that would keep it warm.
I had one final thing I needed to do before Ahri returned. I opened the trap door and walked down the stairs.
As I reached the bottom I heard the ghost moaning in pain and pleasure. She was bent over in the stocks and lashing her transparent ass with a whip. I’d spent enough time spanking myself all alone in the dark that I could identify with this ghost. I felt sorry for her, not sorry enough to take the whip and join her but definitely sorry enough to not destroy her special place.
“Sorry miss dominatrix,” I said. “But I need to hide the entrance to this room. I’ll leave a secret trap door… you know, for educational purposes.”
The ghost whipped herself again and let out a loud moan of pleasure. Maybe I’d been horny for too long and it was starting to get to me but I was sure that that final moan was her way of thanking me.
Hotdog, the Karakul pulled a wagon into the yard and Ahri, who was driving the thing, waved at me with a broad grin on her face.
“I bought a wagon,” she said proudly. “Now we are real traveling merchants.”
I walked around the wagon inspecting it from all angles.
“It looks great,” I said. “What else did you buy?”
Ahri pulled open the wagon cover revealing two baby pigs that snorted as they sniffed me, six chickens, a box of random items and my training dummy.
“I got them at a steal,” she said.
“Please don't tell me you actually stole them?”
Ahri laughed and said, “I can be very persuasive when I want to be. I convinced the merchant to cut his prices or I’d cut his balls off.” She laughed. “It was great, I think I'm really beginning to understand this retail therapy thing.”
Apart from the finishes like paint, carpets, beds, a bath, a toilet, lights and pretty much everything a house needs, the house was basically done.
Ahri chose a top floor bedroom with a view of a distant mountain range. I chose a top floor bed that coincidentally had an amazing view of the hot spring. Bel told me she didn't mind which one she got as long as it was close to mine. So she got the room between Ahri and mine.
Flint offered to share a room with me, but I declined telling him that he deserved his own space. So he chose the downstairs bedroom closest to the entrance to the sex dungeon.
We still had lots of work to do before the house would actually feel like a home but everyone was in good spirits when I called them outside so I could show off my final surprise.
“I hope you’re not about to suggest we all get in the hotspring together,” said Ahri.
“No, this is better,” I said. “Watch this.”
I’d spent the last month collecting random seeds from various places we’d visited on our journey just for this moment. I drew Titanic Growth and closed my eyes to concentrate. I could feel the spell tugging at the seeds I’d planted all over the farm.
A tree shot up beside the hot spring. I poured more power into it and the tree sprouted a pink canopy of petals that spread in all directions.
I concentrated again and wild flowers bloomed under the windows. Moss and vines grew up the side of the house and blue flowers bloomed in boxes hanging outside the house’s windows.
“Ahri, the blue is for your hair,” I said. “They are called Forget-Me-Nots, my mother grew them in her garden.”
Ahri smiled and leaned on my shoulder.
“Where did you get the seeds?” she asked.
“In the fairy world,” I said. “From Bel’s house.”
The Pixie nodded and said, “I had those growing on my roof.”
“This is perfect,” said Ahri and she leaned over and kissed me lightly on the cheek.
Ahri nodded at Flint and Bel.
“Maybe you could unsummon them,” she whispered, “And you and I could test out that hot spring?”
“Ah, about that,” I said. “I kinda broke the unsummoning ability. So, we are stuck with them… forever.”
