Chapter 10: 10

Xi Yu shook his head, the protagonist was really naive ba. “You trust me?” 

“No” The man answered truthfully. 

Xi Yu let out an ‘oh’ “Come with me then.” 

“En” The man got up and followed Xi Yu, he did not let go of his wrist. 

Xi Yu felt uncomfortable but remembering that this brother was close to being done by three people he suppressed it. 

When they exited the hotel, Xi Yu did not forget to cast a cold glance to the three perverts who got intimidated.

The protagonist who was still holding his wrist was now breathing heavily. Fuck? Was this what the book said as an Alpha's heat? 

Xi Yu shook off the hand that was holding him, “Let go.” 

The man looked at him with red eyes but he didn't let go of him. He opened his mouth and said something that puzzled Xi Yu. “You trust me?” 

“No, but you can't do anything to me right now.” Xi Yu answered as he eyed him. 

This time Xi Yu finally sorted out his thoughts and have a clear and focused look on the man. It was actually that sunny young man he saw on the variety show! The protagonist was that high quality young man on tv! As expected of the protagonist!

If he remembered correctly the name of the protagonist was Shen Mo. He is an alpha. He was a protagonist of a dog-blooded danmei novel his younger brother recommended. In case you are wondering, his brother was gay. 

Xi Yu wasn't fond of reading actually but his brother have been pestering him about it saying that his name was mentioned on it. To get him to shut up Xi Yu bought the book and read it. 

It was a weird book. 

A really weird one. 

How the hell can a man give birth? 

How crazy was the author to think about something like that? 

Although it wasn't the protagonist who gave birth, the book briefly mentioned about a man giving birth on it. According to his brother, the book's setting was on an ABO world where a second gender is present. 

In this type of setting, the usual pairing was an AO and BB. However because the author has a big hole on her brain, the book's pairing was an Alpha to Alpha. Not that Xi Yu understood what it mean. Xi Yu while reading it purposely ignored the Alpha, Beta, Omega whatever it is and directly labeled it as a book full of gays. The kind of book where all the characters are drunk with aphrodisiac. 

Was it sweet? Hell no! 

It even took Xi Yu a lot of courage to persevere until his name that was said to be mentioned in the book by his brother appeared. It was in Chapter 16. That only appeared once!!! You hear him? Just ONCE! He tortured himself for 16 chapters just to see his name. As to why he knew? Xi Yu made a program to detect his name on the online version of the novel and the result was it only appeared once. 

Dont underestimate that 16 chapters for the content of that chapters was already abusive. It was toxic, the kind that could kill a person instantly. Xi Yu even go as far as to burn it to quell his anger. 

The setting was highly ridiculous, the plot was poisonous, a complete trash! 

While Xi Yu was cursing on his head and trashing an imaginary table, Shen Mo quietly stared at him for awhile before closing his eyes and obediently entering his car. He requested to be in the backseat. 

This car wasn't actually his, it was Xi Wen's who gave him the keys earlier. Xi Wen mentioned about him drinking and as law-abiding citizen he will not drive under the influence of alcohol. He was entrusted to drive when they return. 

Xi Wen immediately drove off to a hotel. He remembered that Shen Mo lived in the dorm provided by his cheap company sharing with 4 other boys. Not knowing whether those boys are also perverted enough to take advantage of Shen Mo's vulnerability, Xi Yu decided to book a room for Shen Mo just to be in the safe side. 

As they were driving (on the road, dont think to much ^^)  Xi Yu smelled a minty scent. It was cool and refreshing yet also intoxicating. This scent reminded Xi Yu that this body of his was that of an omega. 

This realization made him remember about the thing on his thigh. It was actually a gland of an omega!!

To his vague understanding, Alpha's release a scent that could attract an omega. Also, this scent can be use to threaten people. 

This scent was like an aphrodisiac ba! 

Xi Yu gripped the steering tightly and struggled to remain sane. It was also at this time that he made an online booking for a VIP room. 

You might want to question Xi Yu why he went to another hotel when the banquet was already held in a hotel. It was all because of his intuition. His intuition was usually accurate so he followed it.

They finally arrived at the hotel. Xi Yu hesitantly glance at Shen Mo. “Can you walk by yourself?” 

“I can hold on for a bit.” Shen Mo quietly answered as he clenched his fist. 

“Good, good.” Xi Yu repeated. 

They were welcomed by the hotel staffs who stopped midway. They were frightened by the pressure Shen Mo was exuding. 

The staffs who seemed to realize what was going on retreated, living only one person. 

This person was already enough for Xi Yu. “You go and find me a bucket of ice.” He ordered as he received the keys and went directly to the elevator followed by Shen Mo. 

The beta staff was confused. He didn't understand why they need an ice when they are about to do something exclusive to lovers but he followed anyway. 

The customer have payed a huge amount of money for them to clear up the hall as fast as possible. It turns out this request was because the alpha of the customer was in rut. This was probably unexpected that's why they booked a room hurriedly at 10 o'clock in the evening. 

On the elevator, Xi Yu and Shen Mo maintained a distance. Since they are in an enclosed place again, Xi Yu was directly assaulted by Shen Mo's scent. 

It took Xi Yu awhile to calm down. He thought about the ruthless training he have undergone just to have the psychological mastery of resisting temptations, especially that of an aphrodisiac. 

Xi Yu considered Shen Mo's pheromones as an aphrodisiac and surprisingly managed to resist. He still smelled his scent but he was no longer that affected. 

The elevator have reached the 30th floor where the room was located. Both of them immediately alighted to find it. 

When the room was finally opened Xi Yu was suddenly slammed on the wall by Shen Mo. Shen Mo was staring at him like a predator making him slightly quiver. 

“Don't do it.” He warned. 

Shen Mo lowered his gaze. “I'm sorry.” 

He said sorry but he remained in place. 

The protagonist pursed his lips and leaned on him. “Let me stay like this for awhile. I won't do anything.” He whispered. 

Xi Yu didn't find the time to refuse since the man have already leaned on his neck. He clearly felt the hot breath of the man hitting his skin. 

Fuck! Is all he could think. 

Afraid that people suddenly passed by, Xi Yu closed the door. He also took a deep breath and remained in place. 

Shen Mo kept his promise and just stayed on his embrace without doing anything else. The only thing that bothered him was the thing below that was poking him. 

Fuck! Xi Yu thought again. He gritted his teeth and suppressed the desire to beat the shit out of this person. 

Five minutes have passed when Xi Yu noticed that the person on his arms has a low and steady breath. He have actually fallen asleep! 

Although this man's height only reached his eyes, he was still heavy. Xi Yu slightly tap his head but this person did not show any movement. 

Without any choice, Xi Yu dragged him painstakingly to the bathroom. He placed him on the bath tub and filled it with cold water. This person might be asleep but he was feverish. 

Xi Yu didn't know what to do either apart from this. He watch Shen Mo flutter his eyelashes because of his shocked to suddenly be in contact with water. This have go on for awhile until the door bell rang. 

The staff came with the bucket of ice. Xi Yu received it with a smile. Taking advantage of the staff being here, he ask him to buy suppressants for alphas and other medicines as well. 

The ice he got was directly dumped on the bath tub. Xi Yu saw Shen Mo shaking because of the cold and said, “Endure it.” 

Shen Mo did not say a word and closed his eyes. He was feeling hot internally but thanks to the cold water and ice that surrounds him it was slowly being extinguished. Earlier, it took him a lot of willpower to stop himself from doing the omega in front of him who didn't consider him a threat at all. 

“Thank You.” He said. 

“It's fine.” The omega answered.
