"the mind limits the body's capability, but once the limitations are moved, then you would have full access to your full body capability. at which point, you should start training hard, pushing your body to the absolute limitations, training your body to withstand that limit, then picture yourself, every attack holding 100% of your power, without any feedback." Sora said stunning everyone where,
