Chapter 2: Two seconds convergence

It started with the scream "Fuck, I wanted to write 9, not 0", when everything went to shit. 

The portal opened, and from the other side, we were greeted by a gazing eye, followed by a tentacle bursting out of the pupil, when we shut down the portal. The whole team stared at Vlad, the computer expert among them, too distracted to notice how the chopped-off tentacle tip fought against reality, starting to disperse and corrupt the surrounding area. And when they finally noticed, it was too late.

George threw himself at it with a lead bucket full of water, only to start glowing greenish and then mutating in ways a body is not supposed to bend, he died as an arm grew threw his heart and grabbed his face from behind.

The substance went wild, losing in consistency with every second, and it looked like it would dissipate any second now, when it entered the cell of B.M.G, destroying the obsidian there before it got enclosed by BMG and finally left this world.

They couldn't run, for the exit you needed a special permission signed by George, Hans and Xian, and the protocol to proclaim a person's death was the last thing anybody thought about.

Everyone held their breaths for a second before the sludge started spinning around like the tentacle tip did, slowly deconstructing itself and corrupting the reality around it.

The next thing that happened was that the now Corrupting B.M.G went wild in the direction of Glue, barging threw the walls and directly hitting it.

And while B.M.G. started corrupting it, Glue molded B.M.G. to the container encasing it and thus directly binding it to this Dimension and stopping the dissipation of B.M.G. due to the corrupted nature of Glue, it now started to fuse itself into B.M.G.

When the fusion was finished, the spinning Vicious mess started crawling towards the Enclosure of Goat, molding with the steel on the ground and the cables all around it.

As it finally arrived at its destination, it was more of a ball of steel pulsing and manifesting maws in some places, moving forward by sticking black tongues to the ground in front of it. 

Now it barged into the containment of goat, taking a little longer to merge with the walls than before and then deciding to chew threw them before it started to deeply inhale the content of the enclosure.

In the next seconds, its metallic sheen of dark grey took on a sickening green hue, and it seemed to calm down a little. It grew a lot of legs and tentacles transporting a single, green mist leaking Maw in the middle, as the creature pulled itself forward, jerking between the direction of the scientist and the fourth enclosure, finally deciding on the latter one.

When it came into contact with the lead, it took a lot longer to assimilate it than with anything before, and every tiny bit of the heavy metal strengthened its metallic sheen and seemed to grow as a shell around the core, leaving holes for the different-sized tentacles to move.

Finally, it opened its Maw as Big as it could and ate the whole PC containing N.O.P.E. at once, and while at first, the creature seemed to be struggling against some of its effects, it soon began to take control, finally shifting its Maw to the room filled with researchers, breathing heavily as it started disintegrating them and making them part of the green smoke, before breathing in again. 

It then, driven by instinct, started spewing forth black eggs filled with its existence code, only to disintegrate them a second later, hating itself for wasting food to create black balls.

As all the researchers were dead, it went into a frenzy, consuming the entire base, slowly making its form better. Legs were far more efficient for movement than tentacles, and arms gave a good base to grow tentacles from. It decided a domed head filled with eyes would give it a good view of its surroundings,  and a Towering torso would be the perfect place for a big Maw.

Once it stopped the feeding as the gnawing feeling of hunger left it, for now, it saw that only a big metal thing was left of the research base, on it barely Visible a C, E, T, and A. Though before the C was a big tear, and while it wanted to eat that too, it decided to Incorporate those letters on its right shoulder, and while this was rather small in comparison to the towering form of 3 Meters (10 ft), it was the only thing on its body that was not black or green, as it was written in bright golden letters, it even included the tear in it. It knew those weird symbols held meaning to it, represented it, and should from now on be a sign of its Identity. And so it was written on the proud shoulders of the creature, glistening as a new morning replaces the cold night behind it. KETA
