Fancy meeting you here, on a date it seems"

The man now known as Aizawa commented before shifting his eyes to look at Ciel, his eyes widened just slightly in shock but quickly calmed down as he realized that she wasn't "him" though he wonders If she is related to "him"

"I could say the same for you, I never took you as one who likes sweets" 

Mikami commented that they met for a shot while he didn't take Aizawa to be someone with a sweet tooth but then again people are different.

"Oh please,  cavities are the worst, I came in to use the can and saw you and thought I'd offer my greetings"

He spoke while stroking the side of his mouth, possibly recalling the time he suffered from cavities as a child, Mikami gave him a nod agreeing on the part about cavities, they hurt like bitch.

"ha! How Shameful of you, to use the restroom and not even buy anything"

"Well they didn't say anything about it so it should be fine"

Aizawa gave a strained smile as he responded, Rimuru and Aizawa aren't really friends but acquaintances at best that's because they had just met a week ago when Rimuru went to an interview in a school he'd be teaching in and happened to meet Aizawa who was already a teacher there, though he is unfriendly Aizawa was quite helpful when locating the principal's office.

"But still, it's common etiquette you know"  

"I don't care, it was very nice to meet you, miss?"

He turned his head from Mikami and looked at Ciel, he found her quite attractive though his face would never show it.

"Ciel Tempest"

"Yes, and as I'm sure you've  heard my Name is Shota Aizawa"

Aizawa gave his greeting to Ciel before turning his attention back to Mikami again and asking.

"so did you get the job"

"Yeah, it was a pretty simple interview"

He replied, being a teacher wasn't something he wanted but there was no other job that seem appealing plus the school he was going to teach at had unlimited Wi-Fi so it was a win.

"It was a hassle for me"

"well you look like a hobo so…"

"This is a personal style choice  I'll have you know"

The two exchanged a few more words before Aizawa said his goodbye and hurriedly left seemingly late for something. Ciel quickly put Aizawa at the back of her mind before gaining a serious look on her face well she was hardly expressive so her brow simply lowered.

"Master, we have a few problems"

"Mhm? monster attacks?"

"Yes, but first, I detected two spatial anomalies that seemed to appear out of nowhere, 2. there seems to be a semi-sentient entity that is currently trying to get our attention, and  3. this Café will be a monster spawn point in 30 seconds"

Mikami's ears perked up when she mentioned monster spawn points. While most monsters in the world spawn mostly in places away from populated areas but on occasion they can suddenly spawn in the middle of a town or city. The spawning of monsters is usually caused by condensed magicules that somehow become concentrated on one place, that's what 5 years of research suggest anyways however sometimes anomalies happen.

"What?!" 

Was the only response he could utter before activating [thought acceleration] and moved. his body immediately disappeared as he moved at speeds unfathomable by human eyes he quickly took everyone within the Café one by one bringing them outside about 3 blocks away near Tokyo Park, all the employees were also rescued including any nearby Civilians as well. Once the thirty seconds were up he and Ciel stood across the street and watched as a Giant toad about as big as a building suddenly appeared on top of the Café and crushed it.

"You should have said something sooner"

He spoke to the woman in his arms while princess carrying her, and the woman simply crossed her arms and responded.

"and  you could have teleported everyone to safety instead of the insufficient way you did it"

Ciel pointed out the flaws within his rescue attempt, this caused him to frown seeing how she just brushed off his comment regarding early warning, they share a soul connection she could have easily told him via thought communication.

"My point still stands"

"And so does mine"

He gave a defeated sigh before looking over the giant toad, though he wonders if the original Ciel from Tensura was like his version.

While Rimuru was watching the toad cause mass destruction his eyes shifted toward Tokoyami the government official who was a couple of feet away from him and waited to see what he'd do, his two A-rank hunters were out Cold, Yujiro is probably not going to bother with this one leaving Tokoyami and his fodder soldiers to deal with such a monster.

"Shit"

Tokoyami uttered as he watched the giant toad throw balls of highly concentrated light destroying buildings and taking lives, the two A-rank hunters he brought to handle the white tiger earlier were out of commission, the soldiers with him are fodder.

"FIRE AT THAT THING!!!"

He ordered the men to fire their weapons but unlike him, the soldiers were still befuddled by the sudden displacement from their original positions and thus didn't respond immediately only after the second time Tokoyami ordered did, they finally start firing at the monster.

Tokoyami watched as the bullets meant to kill monsters were ineffective due to the giant toad's regenerative abilities. He cursed himself, if Yujiro Hanma was still here he could have helped but then again would he help? He didn't seem to be the type who cared.

It was exactly this type of thing that he hated, the dependence on the power of individuals who are egotistical and selfish, humanity will never survive if people like Yujiro Hanma aren't made to submit or at least forced to cooperate. 

Rimuru seeing that it's been a few minutes and no one has shown up yet decided to step in he spent the first few years battling monsters as a way to show people they had the power to do so but he hasn't done much since the establishment of hunter guilds but now looks like he might have to.

His dark brown hair slowly changed colors turning into a sky blue short hair before it extended growing out and reaching his back but before his eyes could switch to their golden color a bright blue beam of energy traveled at fast speeds as it aimed at the head of the giant toad completely blasting the monster's head clean off and evaporating it into nothing.

Rimuru quickly halted his shapeshift and reverted his hair to Mikami Satorou's hair before turning his head to look at the direction the beam came from. There on top of what looked to be a 3 story hotel building,  A person wearing a frog mask with their hand extended forward as if to point.

Rimuru could see that the person was a young female wearing a school uniform, Seeing this  Rimuru decided to simply teleport away fleeing the scene since it seems everything was handled.

He teleported atop the roof of a high-rise office building with Ciel in his arms, Mikami opened his mouth to ask a question.

"You said something about a semi-sentient entity?"

"ah yes, however before that, elevate high up 9000meters"

Ciel instructed, Rimuru obliged and proceeded o fly up before stopping once he was at 9000 meters above sea level. Ciel once that was done, she dissolved her body and moved her Soul back into Rimuru's soul before proceeding to give him instructions on what to do.

Rimuru stretched out his hand and used spatial manipulation to touch the air in front of him which caused a ripple effect as if he was touching still water.

"Whoa?!!"

Further using spatial manipulation, a rift appeared in front of him, it was big enough to fit a person this again amazed Rimuru before he slowly floated to enter, when he entered he was greeted by an intensely bright light that shone so bright that it illuminated the whole dimension he was in.

"Ciel where am I?"

[this is one of the two major realms currently connected to the earth, I was only able to sense its existence when we were at the Café, it seems you're magicules were able to repair it]

Ciel explained causing Rimuru to place his hand on his chin as began to think.

"Would that mean earth was already a world with magic?"

[Yes, but the magic was far too little and heavily depleted,  I hypothesize that there must have been an event that caused the earth's magical power to be drained and thus destroying any magic-dependent dimensions] 

"I see, so why are we here then?"

[The semi-sentient being I mentioned has a strong connection in this place so to properly communicate with them we had to come here]

"Alright then where are they?

Rimuru asked as he turned his head to look around but found nothing 

[HELP!!]

[ HELP!!]

[NAME… A]

[HELP!!!]

In front of his face words written in red suddenly appeared causing him to jump back but he quickly realized there was no threat and simply watched the words flash in and out of existence.

"Ciel?"

[ Now that the connection is much stronger I was able to identify the origin of the entity by tracing its connection to the earth and found out that it's the world's will]

"a world will? Like the voice of the world, cool"

[Yes but the problem is that there's currently not enough magicules on earth to support its existence and the source which was you suddenly cut off the supply before it could fully recharge its magic]

"So what? I need to give it magicules or something?"

Rimuru crossed his arms before he let himself free float making it seem like there was zero gravity in the dimensions he was in.

[Yes]

"how do I do that then?"

[Give it a name, that should be enough to construct its body and solidify its existence]

"Aight"

With that said Rimuru began to think just how to name the will of the world, he didn't really need to think that had as the name for the Will of the world was pretty obvious and overused so he thought of a better one

"from this day forward you shall be known as….  QUINELLA
