He wiped her tears and embraced her tightly, "Sheesh Woman, are you a 16-year-old teen? Why were you thinking so much?"

"But the reason I shower you with so much love and affection is because that's my way of doing things, always has been. You don't have to reciprocate my stupidity!"

"If you can love me in your ways, that would make me the happiest man in this world!" he said while looking straight into her eyes.

He deduced that her little bit of insecurity mixed with mood swings due to mensuration was making her say those stupid things.

"Well if you want to keep this Slave Seal, I would respect your choices," he said and leaned towards her ear.

Then with a hot breath, he muttered, "But let me tell you Mrs. Sriya Irya as per my book you're already my woman. Last night was the ritual for that and no matter how hard you try, there's no getting away from me!"

Then he nibbled her ears in response to which she pushed him away with a slight blush and said, "Please not in public!"

"Awwww cutie!" he muttered after looking at Sriya's blushing face.

He then went back to Klem and gave him the parchment with their basic information.

"Hmmm, Virin Irya!" he looked at Virin's information and nodded to himself.

"Just Sriya? Are you his slave? Slaves don't need to be registered," he looked at her and said.

He couldn't see her slave seal due to a scarf draped around her neck.

"She's my betrothed! Please register her as well," Virin exclaimed with pride.

"Haah! Fine. Healers are always welcomed anyway," he said after looking at her class.

"Follow me!" he exclaimed and started walking towards a room in the east.

When they entered the room, Virin saw a huge rock-shaped crystal that was roughly 8 meters tall and 5 meters in diameter.

It was encased in a glass cylinder and around it were different panels.

Klem asked them to put their palm over the panel.

Virin was the first one to put his right palm on the panel.

Then the crystal glowed and on the glass panel, Virin's status was on display.

"Oh, those are some good stats, Mr. Murderer!" mumbled Klem with disdain.

Sriya's eyes opened wide but she calmed herself down.

"Oh, that one! I got that while I killed a suffering knight, to end his pain. I even saved a woman who was someone important," he said without any change in his expression.

"She didn't give me her full name, but her first name was Reina or something. Her carriage had a wolf emblem," he finished with a shrug.

Klem was taken aback and laughed dryly while speaking," Ha ha ha! So it was you who saved her? Good, good she already had ord-ahem*~ requested us to enroll you as an adventurer."

"Oh, she did, what a sweet Lady," exclaimed and internally thanked Regina.

Then Klem pulled a metal plate which was 7x5 in dimension and punched it inside a panel parallel to where Virin had placed his palm.

The basic information except his title, attributes, and skills was printed on the plate.

"Well Mrs. Betrothed, now's your turn," said Klem while looking at Sriya who was still in a daze.

Sriya without saying anything placed her palm on the panel.

"You've got yourself a perfect woman it seems," he said and winked at Virin.

Virin folded his arm over his chest and with a nod proudly said, "Obviously!"

The Klem took out another metal plate and followed the same procedure.

"You both are ranked as Iron Ranked Adventurers. When you complete a different commission and gain more levels your rank will increase."

"Adventurers are ranked as, Iron, Copper, Silver, Good, Platinum, and finally Mythril. There are a few Legendary Ranked Adventurers as well," he said while explaining them.

"Due to the pestering of egoistic adventurers, there's no bar on acceptance of commission but we always have to rank commission similar to that of adventurers."

"If you want to die early, you go and take a higher-ranked commission, no one will stop you," he said while picking his ears.

"Your status is now imprinted on 'God-Crystal' so your data will be available to all the guild branches throughout the world. You can get your Card updated anywhere in the world!"

"This was the basic information. Congratulations! Now you're an adventurer," Klem said and guided the duo back to the counter.

"If you need more information, you can always use the guild library on the first floor and you can even buy or issue a commission to Guild blacksmith and alchemists for their respective products," he said.

"Why that's too much information for one meeting," muttered Virin.

"If you want to know anything more, you can simply ask me," said Klem while looking at the duo.

"Can party members share XP from the hunt?" asked Virin.

"Technically no, the person who lands the last strike always gets all the XP. However, if you have enough gold you can ask a mage to make you "Soul Rings" which helps party members to share the XP," replied Klem.

"Where can I find one?" he questioned Klem immediately.

"Our guild has a few left. Please give me a moment," said Klem and went to another room while Virin waited for him with excitement.

If he could get that ring, he could go on a hunt alone. This way he might be able to help Sriya to level up around 4 more levels without putting her in harm's way.

While he was thinking about it, Sriya didn't say anything to him and silently observed him.

Then after a few minutes, Klem returned with a mage and a box.

"Here is the last pair, it will cost you 20 Gold coins," said Klem while showing obsidian-looking rings to Virin.

Virin immediately paid the gold coins while the mage asked both of them to put a drop of blood on both rings.

They followed their instructions and the ring's color changed to grey color.

Then Virin put a ring on Sriya's index finger and put the one on his finger.

Virin wanted to ask more questions but Sriya requested to head back to their Inn as she wasn't feeling well.

While Virin was rushing back to Inn, Klem left his station and visited the room of the Guild Manager of the Shuruwat City branch.

*knock!* *Knock!*

He knocked on the door two times.

"Enter!"

A masculine voice replied from the other side.

When Klem entered the room he saw an old man standing next to the window pane looking at Virin walking back with Sriya.

The old man was wearing a slightly fitting tuxedo and had blonde hair with blue eyes.

"So is he the one?" asked the old man while pointing at Virin.

"Yes, Manager! His name is Virin Irya," replied Klem with respect.

The old man nodded while continuously looking at Virin out of the window.

"To think that meek Viscountess would become a ferocious beast after meeting him," commented the manager.

Klem then put a file on a table next to the window.

The Manager sat on his desk on which the file was kept.

"Anything peculiar about him?" asked the manager from Klem while opening the file.

Klem didn't reply and just smiled which didn't go unnoticed by the Manager.

While looking at the file in front of him his eyes opened wide and he lifted his gaze to look at Klem and asked, "Is this correct?"

"Yes!" Klem exclaimed.

*Sigh~*

The old manager leaned back in his chair and sighed.

After thinking for a while, the manager muttered, "Analyse, the unique skill of the 'Hero'.....and the 'Demon Lord.' Which one are you, Mr. Irya?"
