Chapter 50: End of the Viridian Dragon (8)

Masamune concentrated on the fight, carefully watching the dragon to see its next move. Charlotte constantly went on the offensive, giving her little time to observe.

However, it seems like the vampire and Charlotte had gotten into a smooth routine, in which they both drew the dragon's attention by using highly damaging spells to distract it from the other. This led to an elaborate dance as they constantly juggled the attacks from each other, careful not to let the other take too much damage.

A large laser beam whizzed by Charlotte, clipping the dragon in its wings, and distracting it from Charlotte once again. 

Charlotte went in.
