Mou Bu rested against the three, wiping away the blood from his mouth. Multiple arrows were sticking out from his body and his armor had been reduced to a pitiful state. Hundreds of bodies were lying around him or hanging on the trees, their eyes lifeless. The grass long ago turned red.
Mou Bu furrowed his brows. It had been a long time since he felt so weak, yet his anger never subsided. The enemy side had twice the soldiers, and they were extremely sneaky. They didn't attack his soldiers and shot arrows only at him while the two commanders kept him in check. In the end, he defeated all of them, but at what cost?
He was the only one left. There were no humans alive in the vicinity.
"Ghhh..." Mou Bu rose back to his feet, beginning to walk towards the place where the key battle was happening. He felt weak and drained of power, but that didn't matter. He had to see what was happening with his own two eyes.
Twenty minutes later, he finally reached the place. However, it was extremely quiet. Far too quiet. The only thing he heard was the noise of his own heart beating against the ribcage. He walked out of the woods and then he almost let go of his club.
The scene in front of him was comparable to hell. Thousands of bodies were stacked one upon another, and their blood spread across the ground like a river. His frown deepened further when he saw that most of the dead ones were his own soldiers, their heads decapitated by a clean sword attack.
Looking around, Mou Bu finally saw people looking his way, fear in their eyes. However, no matter where he looked, he couldn't find his army. They have long ago retreated, leaving behind their mighty General as they thought he was dead.
"Hello!" Mou Bu heard a voice calling out to him, forcing him out of his stupor. He looked to the left and saw him, the one responsible for all of this. Draco looked nothing like at the beginning of the battle. His entire body was red, as if he had bathed in the blood of his opponents, and his eyes had no emotion within them.
Mou Bu still saw the smirk on Draco's face.
"You bastard... what the hell did you do?!" Mou Bu shouted, causing the Wei soldiers to slightly take a step back. He looked like a mess with multiple arrows sticking out of him, and yet he still held so much power within his voice.
"Me? Well, I used the opportunity." Draco answered, scratching the back of his head. "It's very easy to make an enemy army retreat when there is no one commanding them."
"You! You!" Mou Bu didn't know what to say anymore, as he was in a pure state of anger. He had never been deceived like that ever before.
"Though, I have to admit," Draco said. "You are quite a monster. Even I wouldn't survive that trap, yet here you are still standing in one piece."
Draco truly meant his words.
However, it didn't matter anymore. His plan had been successful. It would have been hard to kill Mou Bu one and one, hence Draco created a more sly plan. Now, he didn't have any army protecting him, and he was critically injured.
Yes. Mou Bu was still dangerous, but there was one enormous advantage Draco had. He wasn't alone. He still had over three thousand troops at his disposal. No matter how strong, Mou Bu couldn't fight against an entire army.
"I don't understand why you are angry." Draco's face turned serious as he scrutinized Mou Bu's expression. "All this happened because of you and only you. If you didn't rush into the battle thinking that you were invincible, then the outcome would be different."

Draco hated this kind of people. They never thought before doing something and only believed in strength.
"All these deaths are on your shoulders." Draco pointed at the mountain of corpses and Mou Bu finally exploded. It almost appeared as if Mou Bu was no longer human as emotions overtook his thoughts. He rushed forth like a gorilla. His aim was clear; rip Draco apart.
"Useless," Draco muttered as he lifted his hand into the air. Immediately, arrows flew into the air, later followed by an entire unit rushing at Mou Bu on foot. Draco was almost drained of power from the earlier battle, hence he didn't step in to help.
Mou bu killed everyone in the way like a machine, as three people died from his single swing. However, that didn't change the fact that he couldn't defend against everyone. Slowly but surely, his body turned into an even bigger mess. The arrows were also poisoned, so Mou Bu's movement had been slowed down by a considerable margin.
It was just a matter of time before he fell.
His death was inevitable.
Draco remained standing in the same spot while more and more soldiers died before his eyes. Despite seeing such a scene, it didn't arouse any emotions within him. He remained emotionless and cold.
"A monster indeed," Draco mumbled, once again understanding that these quests were no joke. He would have never managed to defeat this monster one on one even with [Berserker] on. That's how scary Mou Bu was.
However, that spectacle didn't last for long and Mou Bu fell to the ground, as multiple swords penetrated him in the back. The soldiers screamed in excitement while Draco made his way to Mou Bu.
"You may have defeated me... but the Wei Kingdom is deemed to fall." Mou Bu coughed up some blood, feeling his body grow heavy. "Other Generals will replace my stead."
"Hmm... you may be right." Draco looked at Mou Bu from above and then smiled. "But, you see, that's not something I will have to worry about."
Draco then grabbed a sword from the ground and stabbed it into Mou Bu's forehead. Immediately, he heard a screen pop out before him, signifying the completion of the mission.
Draco smiled as he retracted his gaze away from Mou Bu.
He glanced at the sky.
'I have survived again.' Draco thought, brushing away the dried blood from his forehead. This time, it had been truly dangerous. If not for his plan, he would have definitely had trouble surviving this ordeal.
While the Wei army was celebrating the victory however they could, no one even noticed how their General disappeared into thin air.
