Chapter 2: II.

The thugs yelled as they rushed me and I felt a set of movements enter my mind. The thug with the metal pipe swung his pipe at my head, I dodged the attack smoothly, like a stream of water flowing around a rock, before a blue aura covered my fist and I hit the thug straight in the face.

The sheer power behind my punch caused the thug to drop his weapon and I leaped to the left to dodge the brass knuckle thug only to be stabbed in the back by the switchblade thug.

"Haha-" I elbowed the switchblade thug in his face before he could finish laughing, breaking a couple of his teeth and giving him a broken nose. The switchblade thug fell on his back and I took the switchblade out of my back.

"I just got this shirt..." I was a little annoyed, I just stole this shirt and now I have to steal another one. The brass knuckle thug swung at me again, and I dodged his punch with ease. I saw an opening and punched the brass knuckle thug in the face, making him drop his weapon and he fell to the floor.

"That was easy, you guys could've left here without any injuries but you didn't listen to me," I turned my back on the thugs and walked away until I heard them get up. I clicked my tongue and when I turned around, I was met with a plume of flames. I crossed my arms in an X to block the flames from my face and the skin on my arms were burned.

Once the plume of flames was finished, a gust of wind blades was approaching me. I tried jumping out of the way but something was holding me by my ankles. I looked down and saw a pair of golden rings around my ankles. The wind blades raked their way across my chest giving me a large X-shaped cut along with other injuries.

"That's what you get for underestimating us kid! You're the one who should've listened!" I don't which thug said that but what I do know is that I'm angry, very very angry. I clenched my fists and broke the golden rings around my ankles, surprising the thugs.

"How is he still moving?!" The pipe thug yelled in question and I felt a smile creep up on my face, "Fuck a hospital, you three are going to need a cemetery!" I moved forward, faster than I've ever moved in my life, and appeared in front of the switchblade thug.

"Wha-" The switchblade thug couldn't react in time before my leg caved his skull in, killing him immediately. I felt the air behind me rise in temperature and I reflexively ducked, dodging another plume of fire. I traveled within the smokescreen the flames created and arrived in front of the brass knuckle thug.

My fists were covered in a blue aura as I punched the brass knuckle thug straight in the face. I followed up on my punch by kicking him in the neck, killing him as well. The last and final thug, the pipe thug launched multiple wind blades at me.

I observed how the wind blades moved and a set of instructions enter my mind again. The blue aura outlining my body turned red and instead of making fists I extended my thumb, index, and middle finger in a claw fashion.

"IRON WHIRLWIND!" I swiped my hands forward, creating a whirlwind that cut through the wind and chopped the pipe thug into the sectioned pieces.

"Bastards..." I put my hands in my pockets and walked back into the clothing store, I needed another shirt. As I took off my tattered shirt, I noticed my injuries and shrugged, I'll sleep them off. I stole another shirt and left the clothing store, now I needed food, I was starving...

I walked back to the dead thugs and took some money out of their wallets, at least they had some use right? I walked down the nighttime streets of Musutafu and soon encountered a restaurant.

When I walked in I was greeted as per usual, and seated. As I was walking to my seat, I saw a green-haired boy around my age, we made eye contact and for some reason, I felt I would encounter him again. Anyways, I sat and ate like usual and left the restaurant.

I walked around some more until I found a park bench and fell soundly asleep...or at least I thought I did. When I opened my eyes, I was in a black space with a man in front of me practicing martial arts. When I looked at the older man I knew his name for some reason, Bang. His name was Bang and he was practicing his martial art, Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist, the same martial art I was using when I killed those thugs.

I watched Bang practice for hours and I became more proficient in the martial art. Not as good as Bang but good enough to get by, compared to Bang's level of mastery, I've only scratched the surface. I felt something jolt me and I opened my eyes again, only this time it was real life.

What jolted me was a police officer, "Sir, unfortunately, you cannot sleep on the park benches," I shrugged and got up. At least they allowed me to sleep until the morning. I took a peek at my injuries and saw that they were mostly healed, and the burns on my arms became minor scars.

I walked down some random street again and I found myself standing in front of a crowd of people. I made my way through the crowd and saw yellow tape and three body bags along with police officers and two no-name heroes. Somehow, I wandered back to the scene where I killed those thugs.

"What kind of monster would do this?"

"I heard one of the thugs was cut into pieces, how monstrous."

"Don't worry, if that villain shows himself again, All Might will take care of him!"

I heard the conversations of the bystanders and laughed to myself, they think this is monstrous? I'm only getting started...
