*DAK*

I picked up the hot coffee that I  bought from the vending machine before I started walking home. It was almost 9 and the winds were quite chilly. After stuffing one of my hands inside my pocket I started pouring down the cane content down my throat. While walking, the thing which kept repeating since I left my uncle's home, again stirred my mind.

I was half doubting myself to take things over the board but even though I tried I couldn't keep it away.

The piece of information which I got to know from uncle Kuruse, about my parents taking loans from a single company time after time made me conflicted. I could be overthinking things, but a side of mine said that there was an intentional force that pushed me from my parents.

It was fleeting thought but still how Tsubaki was frowning and panicking because of my meeting with uncle, felt out of place. At the time in our relationship, I have come to realize what extremes she could go to,  which didn't help but only deepened my doubts.

'Argh! Why am I overthinking.' Even though I was the one who told my uncle it was not the provider's fault but the receivers, I was thinking over it again and again. I shook my head strongly before I started jogging toward the home.

_______..._______

By the time I reached, it was already quite late. I first thought to press the bell but in the end, swept the card and entered. Walking soundlessly, I arrived in the living room.

It was dark in every corner. Even the dim lights at the corners of the hall were off. I frowned a little before walking toward the kitchen. The neatly served dinner was long cold.  But still, I didn't find the person I was searching for. Walking toward the bedroom I found it was almost dark but a small table lamp was dimly illuminating the room. Sensing a person sitting motionlessly on the bed, I hurried my hand and switched on the lights.

Tsubaki was sitting on the edge of the bed while facing the wall with her eyes unfocused. Her eyes had red marks around the corner with consciousness probably in a daze. Even though I was beside her, she didn't sense me and was still aimless.

Getting my heart wrenched and the pain which I had barely felt before, have often been brought up since I have started living with her.

[A/N: The two faces of a relationship. If it can give you butterflies then you should be prepared for painful darkness too;)]

"Hey. Are you okay?" Tsubaki jerked and turned her head immediately.

"Huh?" She touched my hand very cautiously and felt it for quite a long while. I waited for her response, patiently.

"Kazu kun? "

"Yeah. I am home". She smiled weakly before leaning on me without any other word. I thought she was just resting for the moment but time passed and she didn't move even an inch.

" Tsubaki". I called her while shaking her shoulder a little, but still no response.

I pushed her lightly while holding her shoulders, to see her face. Her eyes were closed with a drop of tear at the corner of them, other than that there wasn't any motion from her. For some second I became dead frozen.

"Hey, Tsubaki. Hey! What happened". I shook her again trying to wake her if she suddenly fell asleep but no response. But she was still out cold like life was taking out of her. I felt chill running through my entire being with my eyes at their widest position.

" Tsu...baki?"

____________

"Hello, Mafuyu san. It's an emergency, can you bring the car over to the apartment?"

"Yeah thank you." I disconnected the call and hurriedly pocketed it before picking Tsubaki in my arms. My mental condition wasn't so stable at the moment. I didn't know what caused her to faint like this but right now I just care about her coming back.

Her breathing wasn't steady and her body temperature was high too. I didn't feel anything in the morning neither when we were walking back home.

'But was I paying enough attention to her?' I knew it was pointless to banter so I rushed out of the house and entered the elevator.

Supporting her head with my palm while holding her with another I leaped out and found a black Benz waiting just outside of the entrance with Mafuyu san waiting at the door.

Upon seeing me she hurried and helped me to carry Tsubaki inside the car. I sat inside and supported her head on my lap with nervousness surging inside me. I wanted to be calm in this kind of situation but I miserably failed.

"How long Mafuyu san? Can't we go faster".

" We are already above the speed limit Kazuya sama. Over this would danger Tsubaki-sama's life. Please be patient." I didn't speak just nodded while gulping the none existing saliva. I kept on holding Tsubaki until we reached the hospital.

I somehow took Tsubaki out in my arms and rushed inside. There were a lot of people who stared at us but right now...

... I didn't give a single shit.

A doctor immediately spotted us and helped me to put her in a wheelchair before pushing her toward a ward. I glanced and saw Mafuyu san filling the formalities.

Inside the room, a serious-looking woman wearing a white doctor's robe asked me to stay out for some minute.

"Isn't it okay if I stay. It's just I...I...

" It's okay boy. You dont have to be nervous so much. She is just unconscious so dont worry and stay out for some minutes." I nodded hesitantly before leaving the room.

The examination took almost an hour before the doctor called me to her office. I wanted to see Tsubaki so badly but I followed the doctor and asked Mafuyu san to look over her.

Inside the office, Doctor sat on her big chair as I took the seat opposite her.

"Relax boy. She is okay now. She was running low on sugar and her water percentage is slightly lowered too that's why she fainted. After some hours you can take her back if you want to". I sighed in relief before I asked her.

" Is it really that Doctor? Isn't there anything serious right? " If it was lacking nutrients then it could be handled but any other problem was more concerning.

"No other than that she is completely fine. Just she is pressuring herself more than she should. Her mental state is causing her body to become weaker. Take care of her more and dont let her stress out often. "

I listened to her every word, repeated it countless times before bowing. I walked silently toward her room thinking all sorts of things which was making my emotions unstable and calmness overwhelmed.

_____...____

Inside the doctor's chamber, as soon as Kazuya left the doctor took out her phone meekly as if she was doing something bad and started to type something. It didn't take her long when her fingers paused as she put it back in her coat.

"Ah, kids these days". Sighing, she muttered under her breath.

*Ding*

Inside the same hospital, the typed message was delivered in a single second and the receiver checked it immediately.

[I have told him what you asked. Now it's up to you]

The reader smiled in satisfaction before deleting the entire chat completely from the log and returning the phone to the person standing beside.

'I am sorry Kazu kun...but it's for the best.'

[Future Diary]

In a bright-lighted room, sat two people facing each other. One of them had a white doctor's coat over her thin body with sharp glasses making her look serious. Currently, she was going through a 'particular' file of a 'particular' patient, but it was only for show. In reality, she didn't have to look for the patient's report to advise the cure but still, she did....for various reasons.

The other person was a tall and handsome man with neatly trimmed short hair. He was wearing a normal black shirt with a matching shade of formal trousers. The said person had a worried look on his face all over.

" Doctor, is everything alright? There wasn't anything out of place last night but in the morning she started shivering all over and...and..you know how it is better than me. Is there something concerning this time?" The man had expressed each word with genuine concern for a single person as he might himself become sick in worry.

The other party looked at him calmly while thinking whether she should feel pity for the patient or for...him.

"There is no major problem. She just needs your atten-....I mean proper care. I know how busy she is so it would be better if you treat her calmly at home. Well, this time it came abruptly. Is there anything going between you both?" On her remark, the man's face reddened a little as he looked away before muttering in a small tone. It was so small and meek that the middle-aged doctor found it utterly adorable.

"Sh-she wants another baby and because of her workload, I didn't agree. And in the end, we got into an argument." The doctor sighed with a smile as she understood the reason for his blush.

"So that's how is it. Anyway, you should talk to her and if not then take her on a trip alone. I think it might help your relationship as well as her health a little. "

The person stood up and while bowing said," Thanks doctor Cho. For always helping me out". Doc Cho smiled only, before he left.

On his departure, she took out her phone and with a sigh texted the 'particular' patient she was talking about some moments ago.

[Enjoy your trip and bring me souvenir Mrs. Tsubaki]

A/N: Welcome to the sinister side of a yandere. The reason why she did all this would be revealed...maybe. And yeah, Tsubaki's title didn't change after marriage as Kazuya will marry her family. Well, it was obvious to guess anyway.

Ah, yeah shoot a comment right in the middle of my forehead before leaving~
