Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Professor Oak’s house and Team Rocket

By the time turns ten o'clock, Ash, Pikachu, and Alyssa have arrived at Professor Oak's house, and he is waiting for them.
"Ah! you have finally come! Welcome!" Said Professor Oak and open his arms to welcome them.

"Good Morning Professor Oak!!" said the two.
"Pikapi!" said Pikachu.

Before the Professor talks more, some weird noise comes from his lab, Professor Oak moves his hand to cover his face, "Oh, my! Not them again!" said Professor Oak, and he turns to run toward the lab.

Ash and I look at each other with curiosity. There was something in my mind, and I hope that is a mistake, at least those two only fight once in a while just for training. Under uneasy thought, we followed Professor Oak to the lab.

We run through some open or closed doors and we finally made it to Professor Oak's laboratory. The opening door and the messing room make Professor feel want to cry, looking at the pokemon gathering around a circle near the glass door, Professor Oak knows the bad news in his mind is happening.

Professor Oak looks over his shoulder at Alyssa and Ash, who is covering her face, and the other one has an expression that looks very helpless.

"Now, now, everyone calms down!" Professor Oak said as he walk closer to the fighting group, which is the two who is missing from the others of the circle group.

After he said that, a sound of SWOOSH! Professor gets blasted with a forceful shot of water in response, and now he is all wet.
While Alyssa gives Professor a towel to clean up, Pikachu jumps off of Ash's shoulder and runs toward the group, "Pika!pika!" said Pikachu, trying to calm the two Pokemon, but the two did not respond.

On Pikachu's left side, is a small Bulbasaur, who is sobbing. The blue Lizard-like pokemon next to Bulbasaur was floating, but his face seems annoyed.

Pikachu didn't think they are the perfect ones to ask, so he looks to the right side, Charmander looked worried at the center fighting, and the red-brown horse Pokemon next to Charmander was yawning.

Pikachu decides to ask Charmander, and she responded, "Char, Char, Char!"

Pikachu nodded and said, "Pi, pi, Pika!" red-brown horse pokemon inserted the chat, "Char, foal!"

After the small chat, Pikachu turns and talks to Ash, "Pika pika! pi!"

Ash leaned over and nodded, "Uh-huh, uh-huh, oh! I see what is happening." Ash said understanding, I look at both of them, "I really want to understand each other like you." I say enviously as I look at them.

Professor Oak hear what Alyssa said, he put his hands behind him and smiled, "You're journey just begin, you have plenty of time to spend with your Pokemon," said the Professor and give a peek at me.

Notice that look, I look away and smiled uncomfortably. I know what Professor means, he is telling me not just stand here; stop these energized Pokemon!

I quickly ask Ash, "What does Pikachu say?" Ash scratch his head, "Well, "He said with a helpless smile, "Cattil snatch Squirtle's food again..."

I frowned and said helplessly. "I still don't understand why a grass-type Pokemon like Cattil like Water Pokemon Food more than his own type food?"

Professor Oak thinks a moment, "I think is because of the typing." We both look at him, "What do you mean?" Ash asked.
I was listening to Professor Oak explaining, and at the same time, I am approaching the fighting group...

"You know," said Professor, "Water-type Pokemon are weaker than Grass-type, and Grass-type are weaker than Fire-type, and Fire-type is weaker than Water-type, this makes a circle for the typing."

Ash cut in, "But sometimes weakness can win the strongness too." Professor Oak nodded, and shake his head, "That is not very common."
As they are talking, I am seriously looking at the fight, preparing. Then I quickly reach out my hands to grab the tails of the Pokemon in between the fight to stop them.

They want to resist, but when Squirtle finds out is Alyssa, he stops, and give a water gun to Cattil to stop him before Cattil attack.
Meanwhile, the lesson from Professor Oak has come to an end, " The Water help Grass grows strong and healthy, so I think is the same as Cattail, the Water-type pokemon food helps him grow much stronger." He comments.

Then Professor Oak walked toward his lab, "I need more experiments to prove my conjecture, Ash, you help me pay attention to the choice of Pokemon and Alyssa."

After finishing speaking, he couldn't wait to prepare the materials for the experiment and went to the experiment.

Ash and Pikachu are used to the professor halfway through his speech when something clicked up suddenly, they turn around and leave to do experiments.

They have found something interesting is coming to Alyssa. The things that troubled Alyssa seemed to be about to be solved.
They glance at each other, smiling. Standing quietly and seeing the things going to happen.

When both of them calm down, I gently put them on the floor and put my hands on my waist, looking seriously at them, "I know I had said this lots of times, " I look at the two who have a guilty conscience expression.
"If you two really want to fight, get outside of the building, otherwise you will make Professor Oak have a heart attack!" Both of their faces turn guilty as they look around to see the messing place.

I sighed, " Go help Professor Oak clean this place, and say sorry to Daisy, Ok? " Daisy Oak is Professor Oak's granddaughter, she is also the one who takes care of these baby's pokemon.

After seeing them nod and start to clean up the room, Alyssa turns to the other four Pokemon and picks up Bulbasaur, and comforts him, "There, there, don't cry, let us all go outside and have some fun, ok?" then she and the pokemon walking toward to outside.

Ash and Pikachu see them go out, they also see Squirtle's tail hang down slightly, looking straight at the glass door that Alyssa and the others left, telling them that expresses his mood.

Hearing footsteps behind him, Squirtle turned his head and saw Pikachu and Ash, tilting their head to look at him. Squirtle stops his move, waiting for them to talk, but they didn't say anything, Squirtle turns his head and continues the cleaning.

"Why don't you just say so?" Ash's words make Squirtle pause a moment and look at them.

Seeing Squirtle's wide eyes with disbelief, Ash and Pikachu smiled, "If you don't try, how will you know if she will say yes or no to you?" he winks, said with a soft smile, "Everything has a start, right?"

"PIka PIka!" Pikachu also echo.

"Squirtle, squirtle?" Squirtle repeats the sentence that Ash just said, he looks down and thinks.

Then he raises his head, a firm expression appearing on his face, putting one last thing back to normal, and runs through the glass door, leaving Ash and Pikachu looking at the back of his figure.

Ash stand up, and Pikachu jumped onto his shoulder, they look at each other and smiled, following the way where Squirtle went.
In the clearing of Professor Oak's house backyard, Alyssa and a black-brown young woman were sitting on driftwood, smiling and looking at baby's pokemon running around and having some fun.

"Isn't you suppose to be in Lilycove City of the Hoenn Region?" I ask curiously, looking at the woman who has a soft smile on her face.
The woman, put out her hands to pinch her soft and white cheeks affectionately, I want to move away, but seeing her happy face, I grumble and let her play.

A few minutes later, she take back her hands with a satisfied smile, I quickly rub my stiff face, and heard, "This is your last day in Pallet Town, as your friend I feel it is necessary for me to come and say goodbye to you." her lightly voice make me smile, I look at her and said, "Thanks, I do willing to see you here."

"What about your first Pokemon?" Daisy changes the topic by being caught off guard, I stop to think, then give her a wry smile, "I don't know how to make the decision, I mean I don't have a favorite Pokémon, they're all good to me. "

Daisy tilt her head, "What about your favorite type?" said Daisy, "You should have a favorite type, isn't it?"

I paused, "Favorite type...huh?" Figures appear in my mind, the person who I have been worshiping when I was a child, "Maybe water-type?" I said hesitantly, and then look up to the sky.

I want to be closer to the person who I worship, but can I do it? The unknown future makes me feel uncomfortable...

"Squirtle!!" a call cut off my thought, we looked toward and see Squirtle approach us with stubbornness on his face.

Ash and Pikachu follow behind, but before I have a chance to ask, a big, loud, and odd sound shock everyone.

The strong wind rushes through the clearing, blowing up the dust and blocking the place we sight.

Come with it is the unknown people laughing when I feel the wind begin lighter and lighter, I open my eyes a half to see what is happening.
"Prepare for trouble!"
"And make it double!"
Two unknown voices come from the sky, we can't help but look up, and see Meowth's balloon in the sky.
" To protect the world from devastation!" Said the woman.
"To unite all peoples within our nation!" Said the man.
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"Said the woman.
"To extend our reach to the stars above!"Said the man.
"Jessie!" Said the woman.
"James!" Said the man
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!" Said the woman.
"Surrender now, or prepare to fight!" Siad the man.
"Meowth!
That's right!" Siad the pokemon jumps on the edge of the hot air balloon, looking down at Alyssa and the others.

"Team Rocket!" Shout Ash who holds his fist tight, sharping his eyes and glaring at the unknown people.

"Them What!?" I called confused, looking at those who wear white clothes with a big red R in the middle part. Then I recall a story from Ash, who said the evil team has been chancing them and stealing others people's Pokemon.

My eyes were wide, disbelieving. I hate the people who steal other Pokemon, I can't imagine if one day my pal leave me because someone steals them.

"The Pokemon!!" Daisy screamed, pointing at the baby pokemon who have been caught in the net under the hot air balloon.

"Pika pi!" Pikachu called.

"Charmcarm!!" call the Charmander.

Poor Bulbasaur burst into strong tears, and called, "Bulbabulba!" the loud sound startled the other pokemon, letting them try their best to comfort him.

"Charfoal!!" A small fireball appears from the horse-like Pokemon, but it is no use, the net is still there, and there is even no trace of burning. Instead, the steel net absorbs the heat to hot the others Pokemon.

"Ha ha! That is no use! we use steel instead of rope!" said Meowth with an evil laugh.

" Skiink!" Skiink, which is the lizard-like Pokemon frown and shouts, he is a water-type Pokemon, and he didn't like to feel the heat.

He shot a water gun to the net to cool down the heat, as he was doing it, Ash called, "Pikachu, use iron tail!!"

"Pika!" Pikachu's tail turns white and he quickly waves it and tries to cut the net. But the same as last time, this is no use.
Team Rocket laughs even harder.

"Squirtle!Squirtle!!" Squirtle is lucky, he far forms the others, out of the trap area, so he isn't be caught.
Squirtles inhale hard and blow out a bobble beam attacking the hot air balloon.

"Oh no, you won't!" Jessie said, quickly throwing out a red Pokeball in the air, followed by James throwing his Pokeball.

"Tinkatuff!"

"Bellibolt!"
Two Pokemon appear in the sky, Tinkatuff is a pink, humanoid Pokémon with a large head and arms and short, stubby, toeless feet. The others pokemon is called Bellibolt, Bellibolt is a large, round, amphibious Pokémon. The elastic and soft body is mainly green, with orange patterns on the lower body. The graphic on its back consists of two orange chevrons and a lightning bolt shape with a yellow dot in the middle.

I have never seen these two Pokemon in my whole, I quickly take out my PM Dex to aim them.

"Tinkatuff, a Fairy and steel-type Pokemon, this pokemon like to test the strength of their hammers by smashing them each other."

"Bellibolt, an electric type Pokemon, Bellibolt has a navel dynamo that looked like an eyeball and is actually the organ that releases the electricity generated."

In the end, my Pokemirror Dex Summarize: "These two Pokemon came from Paldea Region."

While I was listening to the Pokemirror Dex, Team Rocket called the attack: "Tinkatuff, Fairy Wind!!"
"Bellibolt, use Zap Cannon!!"

Bellibolt's belly gathers electricity and blasts like a cannon, at the same time, Thinkatuff stirs up a fairy wind. Two power connect as one and turns into a striking power to attack us!

We separate to dodge, and while I dodge, I swipe Squirtle to my arms, and he opens his mouth to a spray of bubbles that is forcefully ejected at the opposing attack.

Two attacks meet, forcing the powers back and forward. Squirtle doesn't have much power than the enemy, their power quickly moves against us.

Suddenly, an encircling it in sharp leaves come from nowhere and helps Squirtle's attack, pushing the counterpart's power back.
I tilt my head, and see a green snake pokemon, and heard Ash exclaim," Snivy!"

Snivy, a snake and lizard-look pokemon heard her trainer mater call, elegant nodded to him and look back force more power.

There will be an ending in the confrontation of the four forces, which is an explosion. The smoke and strong wind from the explosion hit everyone, and I fell to the ground holding Squirtle, holding on to the weeds so that the wind would not blow it away.

Meanwhile, We heard Ash's calm voice shout," Snivy! Don't let the chance get away, use Leaf Storm!!"

Snivy's eyes narrow, and a storm of sharp leaves is whipped up from her place, dispelled by the smoke that blocks the sight, quickly finds the target and attacks them with the leaf storm.

It was quick and fast before others react the Pokemon who is caught by the iron net has been cut by the leaf storm and is free.
"Pikapi!"
"Catt!"
"Sniik!"
"Char!"
"Buba!"
"Charm!"
Everyone cheered in the sky. A panic appears on my face. The Pokemon were above ten feet from the ground, they might get hurt from the drop!!

I look around, and there was no pillow or blanket that can carry these little ones, when my sight turn to my arm and see Squirtle, a flash of light went through my mind, "Squirtle use Bubble Beam on the ground!!"

Squirtle didn't think much and opened its mouth, a beam of bubbles shot to the ground, layer by layer just like a bubble of soft pillow gently catching the pokemon.

"Phew!" I sigh with relief, then an apoplectic rage voice caught my attention: "How dare you free our Pokemon!!" shout Jessie pointing at Ash with anger, "You will pay for it!!"

She picks up a Meowth next to her and stunned by James she tosses out the Meowth.

As I and Daisy picking the Pokemon up, I look at Meowth flying toward us and muttered, " I never see this way to throw the Pokemon..." I raised Squirtle in front of me, "Squirtle, use Water Gun!" I ordered.

"Meow!? Wa...wait!" Meowth waved his hands in a panic and yelled, but this didn't stop Squirtle, he insidious smiled and opened his mouth, and a gun of water shot quickly toward Meowth, Meowth have been hit and fast flew back to the hot-air balloon's basket on Jessie's face,

"Ouch!!" she cried.

Jessie's face turns red, anger thrummed through her veins, and her partner James put his hand on her shoulder, "Chill, Jessie, our Pokemon still find, they can battle, don't let the anger affects you." Jessies take a few breaths, and look at her friends, "You right!" Then she looks back,

"Tinkatuff, again, uses Fairy Wind!" she commands.

James follows, "Bellibolt, cooperate with Tinkatuff, use water gun!!" Two attacks become one again to attack the trainers before the attack reach us, I feel a sight not far from me looking at me, so I look over to it, it was Ash. When our eyes meet, I suddenly understand what he mean, and I nodded to him.

"Water Gun!" "Thunder Shock!" We shout in unison different moves.

A jolt of electricity and the water guns gather one have even more power, hurling at the opponent's attack. My handhold is tight as a fist, a drop of sweat runs down my face, and my heart keeps telling me one thing, "We can make it, We can win this!"

If a person was in front of Alyssa (I) and Ash, they will find out a few light colors appear in their eye's shadow and surround their body, again and again. Include Pikachu and Squirtle are the same color on their eyelid as their trainer. But it was too light and soft, and everyone was focused on the battle, so no one noticed this.

With the spirit of the four, the power of the two attacks suddenly pounded bigger, stronger than the other side.

"Go for it!!" The children shout in unison.

"What!!?" Team Rocket was shocked and surprised, Tinkatuff and Bellibolt have been pushed by the attack toward Team Rocket's hot air balloon. Making a bit hole in the balloon, "Oh oh!" said Meowth.

With the 'Hoo hoo!' sound of balloons blasting away and the sound of Team Rocket's scream"We are blasting off again" Team Rocket quickly disappear from our sight.

Everyone relax, but with the sound of thump in a sudden, Ash, Alyssa, Pikachu, and Squirtle crashed down making everyone shocked, "Alyssa! Ash!!" Daisy shouts in worry, and she and the baby Pokemon run toward them!
