Chapter 30: Aura Sphere

In the imaginary space, a powerful ripple of energy spread with a terrifying intent everyone who felt this shock wave was either frozen in place due to fear or was showing a look of interest. 

But those who were foolish enough to take this shock wave lightly wouldn't have that thought if they were close to the source they would feel being suffocated by an unknown force. But it only lasted for a second and it was gone as if nothing happened. 

Autumn: 'How?' 

Autumn's mind went into disarray, he thought that after reincarnating he could finally be free from his duty and start all over again without any disruption. Though the memories of his past life haunted him they didn't bring him any harm rather it just gives him the motivation to become stronger and be a better person even more but now when he came across a problem that ruined his life he couldn't hold himself back from losing his cool. 

Autumn: 'Okay, deep breaths Autumn, first let's confirm whether it's the real Nefarious overworld poison or not.' 

Autumn once again used "analyze" on the dark spot and after sometimes he breathed out a sigh of relief there was a set of information flowing into his brain about the dark spot.

Info: An aftereffect that is left after being exposed to a powerful poison. 

Extended Info: This mark can appear on the body, internal organs or sometimes even on the soul if the grade is above Genocidal grade or also known as 'The End grade.' 

Effects: This mark may cause the individual to have a damaged soul it is advised for the individual to remove it as fast as possible. 

Cure: Using intensely concentrated element energy to remove the poison may prove effective. 

Autumn: 'So it's an after effect of that damn poison ehe. *Sigh Never would have thought that this could happen but it also makes sense that this is happening right now. The Nefarious overworld poison is truly deserving the title of the strongest poison in the universe. Even Arceus dubbed it the most toxic substance that can be found in the universe after all.'

Autumn looked at the now terrified Torchic and Kubfu. It was the first time in their life experienced a glimpse of their master's true strength. Autumn was also apologetic about losing his cool, this happens once in a while in a situation like this. If it were the old him then this would have never happened but ever since he became a child again he gets triggered in these sorts of situations. This was one of the flaws of reincarnation even if you used to have a good mentality in your past life once you become a child again it affects your mentality in a way but it will go away as time passes. 

Autumn: "Sorry I lost my cool there." 

Violet: "Uwaa, that was scary." 

Autumn: "Yeah my bad." 

Violet: "Let's get away from this place I am sure that the stunt you did just may have attracted some of the scavengers." 

Autumn: "Well I think it's a little too late they have already arrived." 

Violet: "Huh." 

"Growl" 

Violet: "Oh no those are the Dreamy wolf pack and they seem to have been attracted by that shock wave just now." 

Autumn: 'Hmm'

Autumn: 'These wolves are quite a low level but their numbers may prove a challenge for weak and inexperienced ones.' 

From Autumn's perspective, the number of wolves was hundreds in number but he was calm and wasn't feeling overwhelmed in the slightest by this rather he was thinking this was a great opportunity. 

Autumn: "Torchic, Kubfu are you guys up for a battle?" 

"Torchic" 

"Bear" 

Both Pokemons simultaneously cried out in determination, confirming that they are ready to battle. Autumn nodded at this and was happy that both of them agreed to battle, this would be a form of training for them to have better coordination with each other during a double battle. 

Autumn: 'Good it seems both of you are ready but first let me teach you guys a technique.' 

"Aura Shield"{Asc} 

Info: A shield that can defend the user against any attack for a certain amount of time. 

Autumn used one of his defensive skills to protect himself and his group from the wolves. Seeing this both Torchic and Kubfu were perplexed on why would their trainer would use a defensive technique when he said that they were going to fight but they knew that Autumn had a plan in mind otherwise he wouldn't do things so randomly like this. 

Autumn: "I know both of you are confused about why I am using a defensive technique like this. You see this technique is temporary and its effects will wear off after a certain amount of time." 

Autumn then turned his expression into a more serious one which caused Torchic and Kubfu to also become serious. Even if Kubfu has just joined the party he knew that Autumn was the kind of person who will take things lightly and wouldn't become serious unless it was necessary. He knew that his trainer was individually strong and was sure that he would become stronger under Autumn's guidance as for Torchic, Torchic was the one who has been with him from the very start when Autumn first came to this world and they also had an inseparable bond between them so he was probably the one who knew Autumn very well and knows that when Autumn is serious he should also get serious. 

Autumn: "Here is something you two should know, as of currently even if both of you are higher in level than these wolves you guys have an 80% chance of losing." 

Both Torchic and Kubfu were surprised when they heard the odds of them losing were so high. But they didn't say anything and waited for Autumn to further elaborate on why they had a higher chance of losing. 

Autumn: "You see even if you guys have a higher level than most of your attacks are physical and Kubfu the non-physical type attack you have are just auxiliary or supportive type. And if you guys still don't get why we would lose then here is a simple reason why you guys would lose, you see physical type moves don't have any effect on IMG type. Furthermore, we are here in this space while not being in our physical body but in being in our soul form and the only reason we are even able to use our techniques is that Dialga, Palkia and Giratina have given us the power to bypass the restrictions that imaginary space puts on the outsider but this power is also temporary. If we didn't have this power then we would have been completely defenceless. So, Kubfu since most of your attacks that do damage are the physical type that would leave only Torchic as the attacker and you as a support but I am sure that you wouldn't like to just sit back and watch right?" 

" Bear" *nods 

Autumn: *nods "As for you Torchic even if you decide to battle them in the end you will eventually get tired which will leave you defenceless against a whole pack of wolves." 

"Torchic" 

Autumn: *nods "It's good that you guys understand the situation so I will be teaching you guys a move right here right now. This is a technique that can only be learned by you two when you reach your final evolution but since I currently have access to my powers I will be teaching you guys this technique remember time is of the essence so I will be helping you guys on learning this move directly and the name of this move is Aura Sphere." 

Autumn: 'I also hope you two will be able to grasp the concept of Aura while learning this move.'

Autumn: "Let's begin I will directly be giving you my Aura for this one so make good use of it." 

With that said Autumn began to teach them a new move in this dire situation and Torchic and Kubfu were also determined to learn this move because if they don't then they would be in an even more bad situation. 

Autumn: "So here is how this move goes...." 

After sometime... 

Autumn: 'Now that I have explained the move the rest is up to you. The shield that I used and its effects are about to end after some time. So I hope you guys will be able to succeed in learning this move. After all,  I am also taking a gamble here by putting pressure on you two that this pressure will help you in learning this move.'
