Chapter 33: Imaginary Tree

The imaginary space, a place that is full of mysteries and wonder. It is a place which was said to be brought into existence by the collective consciousness of people and pokemon. But some say that is not how it came into existence some have other theories about the origin of this place to put it simply there is no exact answer to how this place came into existence. 

[In the Core region] 

The core region or the mainland of the imaginary space is a place that is filled with highly concentrated spiritual dust and some extremely strong scavengers. When it comes to danger level it could be marked as the Red region. 

[Danger levels]: 

Green: Safe Zone 

White: Small level danger 

Blue: Medium level danger 

Yellow: High-level danger 

Red: Genocidal level danger (Very High-level danger) 

Black: The End (Impossible level danger) 

The core region was no joke even Autumn could clearly feel the presence of the scavengers lurking in the core region and they were indeed very strong. But despite all that Autumn was calm because he had noticed one thing that was reassuring him that he and his companions will be alright. He had noticed that although there were many strong scavengers they were only at the strength of The Great Lord's realm. 

Some people may be confused about how come a huge number of Great Lord levels can't pose a threat to a single Paragon realm. The answer is pretty simple it's because while you are in the Great Lord realm you are a superhuman but once you enter the Paragon realm you become a Demi-god and Demi-gods are no joke. After all, they can easily bend the physical laws of nature without any repercussions. To the Paragon realm, anyone below the same ranks is nothing but ants which they can easily defeat no matter the number advantage they hold against a Paragon realm. 

If anyone were to know this information they will seriously think of it as a made-up lie because to be able to physically bend the laws of nature without repercussions on top of that just sounds nonsense which is understandable but unlike Pokemons who are Demi-gods. Humans have an ability which helps them to be able to do things pokemon can't which is to be able to improve one's control over the element. This doesn't mean that Pokemons cannot improve but humans have an easier time improving because they have a better adaptability quality than pokemons. Furthermore, reaching the Paragon realm is already a testimony to how good a person is at to be able to adapt to different situations otherwise while trying to become a Paragon if a person has less adaptability to the changes that occur to their body then they will die. 

Autumn: 'It's great that this place only has scavengers at The Great Lord realm but that doesn't mean that there might be some hidden dangers like that scavenger who used space techniques earlier, now that I think about it he was also Great Lord realm that means that there can be scavengers similar to that one who can use higher forms of elements even before reaching the Paragon realm.' 

(A/N: Generally only the Paragon realm can use elements like Time and Space.) 

Violet: "Umm sir?" 

Autumn: "Yeah, What is it?" 

Violet: "Those wolves just now did they just-" 

Autumn: "They are alive." 

Violet: "!" 

Autumn: "You see what I did back then was not actually kill them but just made it look like I killed them?" 

Violet: "Then why did you do that? I mean you could have just left them and we wouldn't be so scared after witnessing what just happened. " 

Autumn: "Just to scare you guys." 

Violet: "What?" 

Autumn: 'Well to be honest I just wanted to test whether I still have the same control over my abilities as I used to and it seems like I still got it just like the good old days.' 

Autumn couldn't help but reminisce for a second but soon snapped out of it and looked at Torchic and Kubfu but unlike his usual eye this time his eyes had a cold gaze. Torchic and Kubfu both became uneasy after seeing the look in their trainer's eyes. 

Autumn: "Torchic, Kubfu first of all congratulations on learning a new move but both of your performance was not satisfactory. It's good that those wolves were less experienced otherwise both of you would have been defeated." 

Torchic and Kubfu were both looked down in embarrassment, they both knew that their trainer was disappointed in them. 

Autumn: "But since both of you manage to deal with the wolves even while having a number disadvantage I will look over this matter and it's good that both of you are okay." 

Autumn said in his tone, that although he was not satisfied with their performance just now he also can't put a lot of pressure on them just because they don't reach his standards. He has to let them steadily reach that point where their performance becomes satisfactory. Torchic and Kubfu both heaved a sigh of relief but solemnly vowed in their hearts to not disappoint their trainer ever again. 

Violet: "Aren't you being a little heavy-handed on them? I mean they did the job right and both of them are safe." 

Autumn: "It could have been better." *mutter, Furthermore they had 0% chance of getting hurt. 

Violet: "Did you say something?" 

Autumn: "No"

Only Autumn knew that they were not in danger from the very start. As soon as Autumn detected the presence of the pack of wolves he immediately cast the space concealment technique and as soon as the wolves came into sight he cast hypnosis on all the wolves and at the same time he cast an illusion on Torchic, Kubfu and Violet. He was using three different techniques consecutively so there was not a single chance that any of them would get hurt. Furthermore, he also did a good job acting like they were in trouble while in actuality they were not. 

Autumn: "By the way now that I look at this place carefully it's quite beautiful." 

Violet: "Yeah." 

"Torchic" 

"Bear" 

The core region was indeed beautiful just as Autumn had said it had a mystical yet calm scenery the entire plane felt like it was covered in gold. This golden glow gave a mysterious and pristine atmosphere to the core region. It was truly a magnificent view but sadly Autumn and others didn't have time to enjoy this scenery. 

Autumn: 'Now then where is the" '!' 

Autumn was about to decide where to go now that they are in the core region but he suddenly felt something. 

Autumn: 'Hmm, this energy wave just now isn't this the same kind of energy that I got when I first absorb the spiritual dust? No, this energy just now it was like the spiritual dust but it's more powerful than the spiritual dust and it's coming from there.' 

Autumn: "Everyone follows me." 

Autumn told his companions to follow him in a certain direction from where Autumn felt the presence of energy which was similar to the spiritual dust but it was much stronger. Soon after travelling for some time they soon found the source of the mysterious energy. It was coming from a tree but something was off about this tree, it had a completely white body and golden leaves. But that was not the most bizarre thing about it Autumn could see small golden particles getting absorbed by the tree these golden particles had a familiar Aura around them. Autumn was sure that he had felt this kind of Aura before but he couldn't figure out where. 

Violet: "Wow, that tree it's so pretty." 

"Torchic" 

"Bear" 

Autumn: *nods "It sure is but I am more curious about those golden particles that the tree seems to be absorbing." 

Violet: "You mean those glittering ones hmm now that I look closely they look like symbols no maybe wingdings are the right way to describe them." 

Autumn: "Symbols huh." '!' 

Autumn: 'Wait could it be that these particles are Unowns?'

That was the first thing that came into Autumn's mind but there were some flaws with this assumption.

Autumn: 'If they are indeed Unowns then how come they are here, why do they have a golden glow no the more important question than that are they even Unowns.' 

Autumn was genuinely confused right now. He could tell that these small golden wingdings are Unowns but there has never been a record of golden Unowns. 

Autumn: 'Exactly what are these Unown creatures?' 

"Th.....ness" 

Autumn: '!' 

Autumn: 'Who was that?' 

Autumn suddenly heard a voice in his mind and became alert but after checking his surroundings he couldn't detect anyone's presence he did see the tree glow for a second but it was only for a small amount of time may be about a fraction of a second. 

Autumn: 'What is going on I can't sense anyone also that tree just glowed just now. What exactly is this place and what is this tree?' 

The mysterious once again started to sound in Autumn's mind. 

"The Heart of the imaginary space." 

"The tree of consciousness." 

"The Imaginary Tree."
