Chapter 5: Surprising human

After Adam leaves, Sarah put me in a big cage used for big animals such as cows, pigs, or horses. And sit in front of her desk to write forms on her computer.

She took out a ruler and measure my height and length and not it all in a notebook. Next, she inspected all over my body to see for possible infection. After all the body overview, she took a sample of my excrement to see if there are parasites inside, but to no avail. Finally, for her last attempt, she used MRI(Magnetic resonance image) to scan my stomach.

"Oh! Found it!" She suddenly exclaimed.

I saw the image on her computer. She circled something in red. How did she even see that? It was me who dug the hole when the cow ate me, but I'm smaller than a centimeter. I want to see her stats.

"Inspect!"

Age: 19 years, 278 days...

"Wow!"

I'm surprised by her skills. Although I didn't know what they means, I have my ideas.

"Inspect 'memory recall type 5'. "

Type 1: Recall sounds from the past. Usually obtained when old enough.

Type 3: Recall images and sound for 5 years. Usually obtained with little training.

Type 4: Recall carefully a moment that varies from 1 hour to 8 hours. It is usually obtained with hard training.

Type 5: Recall carefully moments of your lifetime varying from 5 to 20 years. It is usually obtained with rigorous training. May cause memory loss.

Type 6 or above are natural, luck, god gave, or other abnormal circumstances. Usually, power is locked by good gods to control their memory under control. If one's memory is too much, it may cause immortality.]

Future vision: Can see a glimpse of the possible future. Usually, all humans have this. They call this preview.

Clear future vision: Can see the future.

God's vision: Can see everything.

Death vision: Can see everything and nothing. Usually what you see when dying. Even gods can't take a glimpse of the other side.]

Wow. There are many things that I didn't know about this world. I usually thought skills are otherworldly things, but no. Everyone has skills. Her skills are exceptional! I don't believe there are as many who have as many powerful skills as her.

Suddenly, she pulled a syringe out of nowhere and pressed it on me. I fell to the ground. She must put anesthesia in it. I can only watch what she will do to me. I'm in big trouble. I immediately deactivated 'taking over ' and quickly went into the blood vessel. I hope she doesn't discover me.

I now know that escaping is impossible. I need to think fast! What If I infest her? No! of course, I can't. She's a human. I need to do something quickly or I'll be captured! Sorry, Sarah... You left me no choice.

Introductions must be done! Hello, I'm Sarah, 19th this year. I'm a veterinarian because I loved animals since I was little. My childhood friend is Adam. He's the son of a farmer from our little village before I went to the city to work. I always get good grades, but not him. He always plays outside.

One day, on the road back home, I saw Adam walking into the woods worried. Since we were just 10, we shouldn't go too far from our parents. So I decided to follow him.

He suddenly stopped and looked around.

'Did he find me?' I thought.

Next thing I knew he bent down and took a piece of meat from his backpack and showed a feeding position.

'What was he feeding?' I was curious so I went close.

Not knowing where I step, I slipped. That caused a huge commotion. Adam gets up and comes to me.

"Outch" I whispered

"Are you ok?" He kindly asked

"No of course not! What are you doing in the middle of the forest instead of going home?!" I asked him

"Don't tell my parents ok?" He asked me with a finger on his lips.

"Ok, I promise."

As I was approaching the hidden spot, I heard a bark, but not that dog kind of bark. I saw a little fox. His leg was hurt and laid there.

"What happened to him?" I asked

"I just found it yesterday. I think it will get better if I feed him."

"No, that won't work. Did you learn that you need to disinfect the wound?"

"That's just bluff!"

I didn't care about him and pulled my disinfectant. I sprayed a little bit on the fox and it barked.

"What are you doing? You are hurting it!" He shrieked

"Helping it. It kills the bad stuff."

Next, I pulled out a bandage from my backpack and bandaged the fox. It looked calmer now.

"Thanks..." Adam said

"Let's go home."

It was at that time, I and Adam became friends and I decided to become a veterinarian.

That being said, I need to help this cow. First, we need to do an MRI to be sure where is the bug in its stomach. I used MRI because it's more precise and easy to use.

"Found you little bug... I'll catch you no matter what!"

Next, I pulled out a scalpel and dug into the stomach. I need to forcefully take the parasite out because it's stuck in one of the walls and if my memory is correct, it may cause infection if I use medicine and it dies inside it.

I dug a little bit at the right because I can see it in the camera. It's a weird position for a parasite to stay in, but I think it will be fine.

After about 1 hour of work, I finally saw the parasite, but it wasn't what I expected.

"I see you~... Wait what?"

It wasn't a normal parasite. It's a worm about 1 centimeter long with a translucid body. I can see it greenish inside. What I didn't expect is that it just jumped out of the cow onto my scalpel and on my hand. I froze.

"What's happening?"

Suddenly, it dug a hole in my hand and slipped inside. It's going up! I can see it wriggling up in my skin. I tried to hit it, but to no avail, it still goes up. What's that? I never saw one in my life. Maybe an alien creature?

I can maybe explain the suspicious comportment of the cow, but how did it even get on earth? Another explanation is that it's an intelligent species not yet discovered. Either way, it's done for me. It already went up my neck.
