“What’s this Gun thing,” Aurianna wandered as she tapped the option on the screen. Before her appeared a screen with three different kinds of guns.
[ System has realized that you’re not someone fit for hand in hand combat, so the system has presented you with 3 basic flying magical Guns skills.
Death Magic, Gunners Despair: 20 pt { Ten rows of guns appear around the enemy and shoots up to 20 bullets in two minutes. } <Upgrade available>
Snipers shot: 25 pt { Anything in your sight around a 2 meter range can be killed by one shot in the head. } <Upgrade available>
Guncicles: 30 pt { 5 rows of guns appear around an enemy and shoot 5 long icicles at them. } <Upgrade available>
…Higher level skills would be available in the future. ]
Aurianna looked at the skills as she pondered, ‘Which one should I get?’
Eva’s words then came to her mind, about not spending her points since they are important.
Aurianna smirked deviously, “Since I can’t choose just one, I shall buy all of them. Eva won’t mind cause I’m making a great investment If I say so myself. Plus there’s no way I could turn down something as cool sounding as a gun skill.” Aurianna eagerly tapped on all the skills.
[ You have used 55 skill points, 25 skill points left. ]
[ Congratulations you have received Gunners Despair, Snipers Shot and Guncicicles. ]

“Ohh my stats increased and my body feels lighter,” Aurianna hopped slightly. Noticing the change.
“I’m so smart! Now then, I ain’t afraid of you ugly Goiglers,” Aurianna yelled but before she could start walking to find her next victim she realized she was the victim. Her head was in the mouth of a being before she woke up in another part of the strange land.
[ You were killed by an adult stage Goigler ]
“Adult?” Aurianna’s body trembled as she thought of how she couldn’t even resist or process that she had been killed. That’s how quick and powerful the creature was.
“It was way too fast, not even the Hero was as fast as this,” Aurianna muttered as got up and looked around.
“System, is there a skill I can use to detect enemies?” Aurianna asked the system hoping with all she had that the answer would be yes.
[ Yes would you like to purchase Nero Search { Able to detect enemies in a 5 meter radius } 20 pt ]
“Yes, buy it.”
[ You have received Nero Search ]
[ Adult stage Goigler detected ]
A notification could be heard from the system instantly which caused Aurianna to be alarmed.
She looked around till she spotted a Goigler that looked different from the former ones she fought. This time the Goigler had shades of white around it’s skin as it seemed almost translucent, in addition it was three times taller than an average human man.
The Goigler spotted her from afar as it started to run towards her and would dip in and out of her sight. If not for her Nero search she wouldn’t have noticed it was there.
“It can turn invisible!! I have to end this as quickly as possible,” She scanned her surroundings, panic in her eyes.
“Death magic, gunners despair!” Aurianna yelled as ten rows of guns appeared and shot the Goigler that was feet away from devouring her.
Back in Eva’s space she looked up to see a screen before her as she watched Aurianna die over and over again as she just shook her head.
“She is unable to analyze serious situations. If this was her normal world she would have been killed instantly by a Regal and with little difficulty I suspect.” Eva sighed, “She lacks planning and is immature at her age.” Now being bored with Aurianna’s antics, she swiped the panel to see Leila who was battling an army of humans with her broadsword.
“In such a short time her level has increased and her power is explosive, I really underestimated this child.” Eva muttered as she watched Leila in awe, “But why won’t she call for me?” She grumbled, slightly frustrated before turning the panel back to Aurianna.
“I guess I have to focus on her for now. She’s too weak compared to her younger twin,” Eva muttered, shaking her head as she continued to watch Aurianna.
Back at the strange land where Aurianna attacked the Goigler with her magic to protect herself, to her surprise it was able to dodge 5 of the gunshots and even though the other 5 hitted it it only did minimal damage to the Goigler.
She suspected it only dodged the gunshots that were aimed at lethal areas.
The Goigler immediately got its injuries healed as it dashed side to side towards Aurianna, drooling at the mouth.
“Snipers shot!” Aurianna yelled, leaping back a couple feet as a sniper gun appeared before her and her vision became clear. She could see every vital point of the Goigler. Her sniper gun then shot the Goigler’s eye and straight into its skull, killing the beast.
[ You have killed an Adult stage level 40 Goigler ]
[ Received 20,000 exp ]
[ Received 6 skill points ]
[ You have leveled up 1 ]
[ Sniper Shot has leveled up to level 2 ]
“Hah, hah, hah,” Aurianna panted as she felt her body was drained of energy she could barely move. Before she could take another breath, she barely spotted something in the corner of her eye, a flaming ball. Unfortunately for her though she was too drained to move and so, she was burnt to a crisp. Dying once more.
[ Fire resistance increased by 1 ]
Aurianna woke up, once again, at another side of the strange land, her eyes practically devoid of life. She didn’t know how much longer she could stay mentally sane in a place like this.
There was a quest page before her, she had little choice but to look at it.
[ Quest ]
[ Defeat 50 Goiglers before you can leave the training grounds. ]
[ 3 / 50 Goiglers defeated ]
“This is impossible,” Aurianna shouted to the sky. “They can use elements! How am I supposed to fight them?”
She paused, hoping for an answer but sadly none came. She stood there for a couple seconds, but nothing.
She decided to push her small hope to the side, starting to walk and investigate her new surroundings. She soon realized she was in a cage. As she looked around she thought to herself, “I wonder how much time has passed since I’ve been here.”
“I can’t give up, how am I supposed to be stronger than the Hero if I can’t kill a few monsters! Not yet,” Aurianna said with determination in her eyes.
Aurianna then ran out of the cave, leaping up a nearby try and activating her Snipers Shot ability to see if there were any Goiglers around. And a bit ahead in her sights were 7 Adult stage Goiglers that were looking around in search of something. Most likely something to kill and feed on.
“I can’t just attack head on. I need a plan,” Aurianna thought as she slumped back inside the cave she had woken up in.
She sat down in a criss-crossed position, hand placed under her chin in thought. “Hmm... System is there a way to increase my snipers shot?” Aurianna asked.
[ Yes there are two ways.
First is to practice the skill many times to level it up.
Second is to place some of you exp into the skill, which would slow down your leveling up. ]
“How much exp do I have then?”
[ You have 350 left. ]
“Then please place them all into my Snipers shot skill.”
Ding
[Snipers Shot is now level 4
{ Damage has increase from 2000< 5000 }]
Aurianna smirked, satisfied with her stat boost.
“Is there also a way I can make this skill more effective?”
[ Skill can be more effective if you hold the gun yourself. ]
“Snipers Shot,” Aurianna called out as a flying sniper gun appeared before her. It fell in her hands softly, it was a weird feeling. She had never messed with guns previously but for some reason it felt comfortable in her hands, as if it was meant to be her primary weapon. If it was a direct effect of her class skills or something more, she couldn’t say.
Despite her feeling of familiarity with the weapon she still didn’t understand its fundamental details.
Aurianna tilted her head curiously, “System, can you please explain to me all the parts of the sniper gun?” Aurianna asked the system hoping to get more information to utilize her skills well.
[ What you’re holding is a Sniper Rifle.
A sniper rifle is a high-precision, long-range rifle ( a gun which can shoot a long distance. Requirements include accuracy, reliability, mobility, concealment and optics that can spot the enemy from afar. It has a high accuracy Gun designed in shooting an enemy from far distance without missing and depends on the users skill. Your sniper gun’s caliber can automatically change in size according to what target you want to kill. So just make sure to keep your finger on the trigger under the rifle and press it when you want to hit your target. ]
“Is there a way I could stand and snipe?”
[ Yes, your Gun can change depending on the position you take. ]
“I want to do this once and for all, and prove to Eva that I’m not useless!!” Aurianna had a determined look on her face.
Aurianna stood up, quickly dashing outside, heading towards where she had spotted the group of 7 Adult stage Goiglers. She held her sniper rifle in one hand as she ran past the many trees ahead, and to her surprise the weapon felt surprisingly light.
Eventually she spotted the Goiglers in the clearing ahead.
Aurianna felt a strange adrenaline boost as she felt the nerves and fear rising in her body. Charging in so boldly like this was risky, but she was prepared for the consequences.
She leaped from a tall stone as her eyes were focused on the 7 Goiglers, her eyes glowing as a Diamond appeared in her pupils. In a mere second she shot down 3 Goiglers in the head with perfect accuracy which while injuring them greatly, didn’t finish them. They simply yelped in pain, to the source of the attack, being her direction.
The rest of the other Goiglers became aware of her presence, but Aurianna didn’t care. In a few The Goiglers ran over with blinding speed, closing the distance in only a few seconds ready to attack but Aurianna wasn’t going to let them have an easy kill.
“Guncicles,” Aurianna yelled as ten rows of guns appeared that shot Icicles at the beasts, injuring them.
“Death magic, Gunners Despair,” Aurianna yelled again as ten rows of guns appeared and started to shoot magical bullets at the eyes of the Goiglers, causing their injuries to worsen since they couldn’t heal at the same rate Aurianna shot them.
“Snipers Shot!” Aurianna yelled, jumping off her sniping position as she directed her sniper rifle towards the heads of the Goiglers, shooting the 5 of them in a row, killing them.

Aurianna panted as she looked at the screen with joy, her analysis was right. They’re weakness was their eyes, back, and forehead. So all she had to do was shoot those exact spots when they attacked, however the other 2 Goiglers were not affected by her attacks, so she was devoured.
“System my stats,” Aurianna said as soon as she woke up.

“My stats have increased once again,” Aurianna chuckled to herself, realizing her body felt as light as a feather.
“System, how strong am I compared to the other Diamonds?”

“I’ll buy Quick dodge, and Ghost Feet!” She answered as soon as she red the descriptions of each.
[ You have used up 65 skill points and received ]
She smiled confidently, “I think I’m prepared for another battle. Let’s do this.”
Aurianna spotted a tall hill which she decided to use to scout her enemies. She sprinted up the hill as fast as she could. It took a bit longer than she expected though, which made her wonder if it was more of a mountain peak then a hill.
Once she reached the top she summoned and activated her Sniper Shot and held her rifle, using its scope to search around for enemies.
“Let’s see the quest,” Aurianna said. The screen popped up but she mentally made sure she stayed focused on what was showing in her scope. In the corner of her eyes she could see details of the quest.
[ Quest ]
[ Defeat 50 Goiglers before you can leave the training grounds. ]
[ 9 / 50 Goiglers defeated ]
From afar she spotted 4 Adult stage Goiglers and 7 infant Goiglers, but she saw something stranger.
[ You have discovered a Death Harpy. ] the system alerted as Aurianna used her scope to get a better look at the being.
Before her was a woman who was abnormally tall. The only thing that looked as tall as her was maybe the white statue she had envisioned before. The woman had long black hair and two horns growing out of where eyes should’ve been. Her legs were that of birds and her hands had sharp claws, on her back were huge black wings and her skin had a gray color.
If it wasn’t for feathers covering her womanly parts, she would’ve been completely naked.
[ Enemy is too strong for you, please run away. ]
[ I advise you run away, the current enemy is too strong for you to handle. ]
Even though Aurianna had already heard the system’s warning her body was trembling uncontrollably due to the tremendous pressure she felt from the Death Harpy.
‘This thing is at least 20 meters away so how could I feel this much pressure! Wait… I think… I should die. Yep. Definitely Should.’
All of a sudden Aurianna’s mind went blank as she unconsciously spun her rifle around, pulling the trigger to unload a bullet into her skull.
[ You have been killed by a Death Harpy. ]
“What the hell?!!” Aurianna jumped off the ground, startled. The last thought she remembered was thinking she should die! Wait… she killed herself.
“I definitely didn’t want to kill myself but something put suicidal thoughts in my head. It was so sudden too, I barely had time to realize it was manipulating me!” She shivered, rethinking the encounter.
“System what’s a Death Harpy?” Aurianna asked, slightly shivering. The pressure it exuded was making her cold down to her very bones.
[ A Death Harpy is a highly intelligent being that drives anyone around it to kill themselves. They are dark beings that feed on the negative emotions of others and use those negative emotions to let their victims kill themselves. They have high combat and mental power which they use to control their enemies. They are extremely fast on both land and air and can control their own space. Some can even evolve to have a complete human form. They are highly dangerous and are ranked as Disaster Class Monsters since they can cause a mass death of hundreds of thousands of people to kill themselves. Largest kill recorded by a high level Death Harpy is 60 million people. ] the system explained as an image of a Death Harpy was displayed before her.
Aurianna shuddered as she listened to the information the system gave her. Who could know such a monster could kill millions of people by just looking at them.
“So can I see the stats of the Death Harpy?” Aurianna gritted her teeth. ‘I need to find a way to defeat that demon,’ She thought.
[ Level is too low to view Death Harpy’s stats. ]
She sighed, “Well that sucks. Is there a way to defeat it?”
[ With your current level, no! Unless you have the class Death Master. ]
“I guess I just have to avoid it at all cost and just complete my quest,” Aurianna mumbled as she got up to search for her next Goigler to kill.
______________
[ Aurianna has completed her quest. ]
“Are you serious?” Eva woke up by the sudden notification as she looked at the screen where she saw Aurianna sleeping and beside her were the bodies of many Goiglers.
“How many years has she been there and how many deaths?”
[ Years: 356 years ]
[ Deaths: 4,500]
“That’s very bad. She’s lucky that I am a time goddess.” Eva swatted her hair behind her. “Honestly, I was able to take a nap for 300 years, that's crazy!”
She shook her head disapprovingly, “Let’s see her stats then.”

“This idiot!! What are these flashy gun skills!? Didn’t I tell her not to mindlessly spend her skill points? Oh gosh, why do I have such an annoying master!” Eva whined as she scratched her head, continuing to read Aurianna’s stats.
“Also how did her charm increase?” Eva’s eyebrow lifted in confusion as she noticed Aurianna’s the stat’s difference.
“Did this brat buy a charm skill?!” Eva yelled as she held her hair in frustration. “And why did she choose to be a Gunner mage?” Eva wondered, “Her light magic level is also very high. I guess since she’s the huge Diamond she has an affinity for light magic.”
“Well I guess it’s time to bring her back.”
Eva stretched, before her normal Pearl attire with the dress appeared over her. She had been sleeping wearing her normal nightgown while she waited for Aurianna to become stronger. She needed to appear as regal as she seemed when the two last interacted.
She then snapped her fingers and Aurianna disappeared from the training grounds and reappeared back in her room.
___________________
Aurianna opened her eyes to see that she was back at her room which she was in before her training and it was still day time.
“I wonder how long I was gone for,” Aurianna wondered as she looked up to see Eva standing next to her.
“How was it?” Eva asked with a forced smile.
“It was horrible,” Aurianna said in a flat voice. Her voice was devoid of life and the previous vigor she had left with. Those 300+ years of fighting wore her down. The light that once used to be in her eyes was gone.
Eva chuckled, “Well that was expected,” taking her depressed demeanor and silence as a response.
She clapped cheerily, “Now about those skill points. How many do you have left?”
