Chapter 35: Author’s Note

Sorry, dear readers, that I have not updated for a while. I had surgery, it was nothing too serious. However, it’s taking longer to recover than I was expecting. I was expecting to be down a couple of days, but I have had my butt thoroughly kicked. Those 'couple of days' have turned into a week.

Narcotic painkillers sure curb creativity. I tried writing in the first four days, but I produced less than 400 words in that time. I've been trying to hit 1000+ words in two hours per chapter, so this is a big deal to me.

I’ll be getting back into the swing of things soon and I hope to start publishing chapters regularly soon. Please don't give up on me!
