Chapter 4: (S1) Ch3: First blood

World: Earth

A small province, with only a few houses managed to have a second floor, roads that doesn't have any traffic lights, children happily playing around, near the blue overlooking sea.  

Missing person: Josh Garcia

Posters are being distributed by a woman about in her 30's, she looks haggard. 

"It's been 5 years already, and she still haven't found her son. Why don't she just give up?" Murmured by a passerby, watching the woman, concerned. Then, another passerby replied. "Yeah, I hope she just rest soon, it's useless."

World: Alestra

Five years has passed in the mansion, everything are going peacefully. 

*Knock knock* As a little girl is sleeping on her bed, weak knocks can be heard from the door. The girl has long violet hair, slender figure, and is wearing pajamas. However, instead of getting up, she burried herself in her pillow more.

As anyone have guessed, she is the reincarnation of Alex Cruz. The story is that, he met a goddess when he was about to suicide, then woke up as a baby girl named Amira Dietrich in another world. She's now five years old, and her life had been normal so far, normally rich.

Obviously, she is a daughter of a high ranking noble. The world is called Alestra, and it is similar to the medieval era, from what she can remember from the history from her past life, but with magic.

Still, her idea about this being a dream didn't change, because having a comfortable life is surreal for her. And since she thinks that's the case, then she'll do whatever she wants.

"Young miss, I'm going in." Informed by a feminine voice. The door slowly opens, and a girl about 13-14 years of age enters, with auburn hair and eyes, wearing a maid uniform. 

The maid heads to the window, and opens it, making the room that is dim a second ago, have light from the sun. She then added. "Young miss, it's time to get up."

"...hn...later Rene." Amira's small and lazy voice replied, not moving from her position.

"No can do, it's not good to over sleep." Rene, who is used to her behavior, ravished her up from the bed, and brought her to a chair infront of a mirror. With a dead pan expression, with her green eyes opened, Amira lets Rene brush her hair.

"Hey Rene, I've been wondering, don't you find serving me a pain?" Amira asked.

"Hmm, no I don't, being with you is fun." Rene replied with a smile, showing no signs of dismay, which means her feelings is genuine. "And you'll get used to it."

"...I see." Moments later, her hair is fixed, it's now straight. After so, she stands up, as Rene started undressing Amira, showing her snow like bare skin. Like Rene said, you'll get used to it, and she's young.

"Lets go." Amira said, finally got changed into a short white dress, they are now ready to get out of her room. Rene opens the door for her, however, as soon as Amira steps out...

*Thud* Amira, for some reason, falls down to the floor, facing upwards. Seeing this, it made Rene frozen, as blood started spilling around her head, and there was a kitchen knife stabbed on her master's head.

"Hick!" Rene is panicking, not believe what she is seeing right now. In her perspective, Amira was killed.

Even though Amira was really killed, she regained her consciousness back. She finds herself on a grass plain, infront of a small tree, sitting down. She is confused, as she is now on a different place.

'...where am I?' She thought, she doesn't remember how she got here. All she can recall is that she was about to go out from her room, when everything suddenly turned pitch black. However, she once again came to a conclusion. '...ah, I forgot this is a dream, things like shifting scenes are bound to happen.'

"We finally met, it took so long." But then, Amira heard a voice. She looks behind...and sees a large white bird with about the size of an ostrich, however, it has a head of a human. 

The body may be that of a bird, but its head is that of an adult woman, with the same hair and eyes as Amira, making it look like a grown up version of her. 

'...what is this feeling...' Amira is in dazed, seeing it was like a curse, so she stayed silent.

"...well, it's fine as long you've seen me. The two of us are going to meet each other often from now on." It added with a smile. If it weren't for its strange figure, she would be lovely. 

However, there is something that's been bugging Amira's mind the moment she saw its head. '...no wonder she looks familiar, her face is similar to my mother's portrait...'
