Yuuta plopped down on the comfortable bed as he rested his back on the headboard with his front-facing Chihiro.

Chihiro has been fidgeting ever since. Her mind was short-circuiting as she saw Yuuta sitting on her bed, completely alone with her.

It was too much for her maiden heart to handle all at once.

She has been stumbling in perplexity about where she should sit when Yuuta called for her.

"Why are you so nervous? Just sit here."

Seeing the other side of the bed where Yuuta was gesturing, Chihiro's heart started leaping in beat as she slowly nodded and with her gaze down she sat down.

"T-Then please excuse me… "

Mumbling to herself, Chihiro pressed her butt partially on the bed in nervousness and sat just on the edge with her rolled fists planted on her knees.

She never realized this could possibly be so nerve-wracking.

Being in such an intimate space, the deodorant Yuuta uses along with his natural scent reached up to her, making the innocent girl quite troubled about whether she should stop breathing for a while in order to calm down.

Was he trying to seduce her by fermenting such pheromones?

Possibly not since he doesn't feel anything about her.

So is it Mio for whom he braided himself so much and seemed extra masculine today?

Certainly yes.

As hard as it was to digest, Chihiro knows that Yuuta can groom himself just to impress a single girl. Or maybe he is wanting a h-harem…

Chihiro with her hand raised in rejection of her fantasies, got out of her stupor as she realized what she has done.

Her back froze as she heard Yuuta's voice from very close. To the point where she was able to feel his breath on her skin as she stiffly turned her neck.

Yuuta approached her upon seeing such feverish symptoms as he leaned forward before planting his forehead over hers after lifting her bangs.

Steam evaporated off Chihiro's head as she felt the warmth from the direct contact.

No good. She might die like this. But she can't afford such before she at least confesses her feelings. So what should she do about this intimacy? Should she just jump out of the bed? No, that would be rude and Chihiro wants him to worry about her a little more. Touch her even if it's the forehead, just a little more. But…he is too close! And too hot as well!

"Your face is a bit burning. Are you feeling well?"

Yuuta, after checking upon her, took his distance and sat in the previous position with his left leg over the bed and back leaning on the headboard.

Chihiro didn't reply for quite a bit but after slapping her both cheeks slightly hard, she turned toward Yuuta with a beaming smile and responded in a cheerful tone.

"Yeah, I am quite alright."

Seeing the redness her white cheeks adapted, Yuuta wanted to retort but he held back since he assumed that the atmosphere between the two might again become awkward.

Yuuta thought to shift the conversation as he asked Chihiro in an uncertain tone.

"Do you think Mio will be mad for long?"

Chihiro blinked in confusion for a second and recollected what happened yesterday, before she responded in a flat and slightly complaining tone.

"Getting close to a woman who is living with you in the name of fiancee… don't you think it would be weird if she doesn't get mad for this?"

Yuuta sighed in defeat since he already knew what Chihiro said but still, it was tolling…wait!

"I never asked you before, but how come you know about my engagement with Sayuri? Mio, didn't you tell you right?"

The shift of conversation was too sudden for Chihiro. Suddenly, she felt herself being cornered by Yuuta's narrowed gaze as he awaited her reply.

He nearly forgot to ask about how Chihiro came to know about it when other than Mio, Yuuta never told about this relationship to anyone.

Chihiro was a little hesitant at first but soon she resigned and decided to talk the truth since the man seemed to be going nowhere without an answer.

"Actually…a while ago, your mom came to meet me…
