Hiroki's POV
————————
.
The little girl's blue eyes sparked in amazement the moment she held a bottle of coffee in her hands.
"It's the real deal!" She was holding the bottle of coffee in her hands as if it was the most precious thing in the world.
For a moment she almost looked like a player from my world after winning a trophy, keeping it above their heads to celebrate.
"You can also give it a taste if you want."
"Wueh?! Is that fine?!"
I could see a bit of saliva sliding out of her mouth after I suggested that to her. This little girl was way too excited about this kind of drink.
"Yeah, but I don't recommend drinking too much or you won't be able to sleep tonight~~" But she didn't seem to be listening to me anymore. The moment she got my confirmation, she began gulping down the whole bottle of coffee, even though it was quite hot to be drinked like that.
"Is she going to be okay?" Theresa asked me with a little worry when she saw that little girl instantly drink the coffee.
"Probably…"
Theresa showed signs of worry about that girl since she already knew the consequences of drinking too much coffee.
While I was preparing more coffee, Theresa sneaked away one bottle of coffee, without making any sounds. But since I'm quite sensitive to noises, I already knew what was going on.
"Aaahh!!! That was so good!! I could drink this all day!" The little girl celebrated as she was trying to get the last droplets of coffee at the bottom of her bottle using her tongue.
"So what do you think? I also have a very reasonable price for them."
"I'll buy them!! I'll definitely buy them!!"
Then we began negotiating the price and how much she was going to buy off me. For some clear reasons, she couldn't pay me right away, but she promised to do so in the next three days.
I don't mind if she didn't give me the payment for the time being since I'm only trying to spread this new drink to this town. I also gave her only one bag of unbrewed coffee which is around 20 cups.
Honestly, my coffee business is becoming much better than I had thought, and many merchants and shop owners are regaining their incomes back to their pozitive side.
Today, I was on my way back to the merchant's guild in order to get more names of where I could sell more coffee. And of course, they were really happy to give me assistance about this one.
"Thanks to you, our guild has been blooming with many new quests and merchants that are becoming interested in this kind of business." One of the receptionists who has been helping me said that.
"I'm just selling my own products. It's not like I'm doing anything special." Even though I was trying to be humble, I already knew that I was slowly giving this town economic growth by doing this.
"Even so, you're becoming a great influence on a lot of people by doing that. I wouldn't be surprised if you suddenly became a popular merchant among the people of this town." She rested her head on her hands as she was looking at me with a grin on her face.
"Is that so? But I really doubt that since I prefer working alone."
"Then why don't you hire some people to help you? If you want, I can help you with that." She leaned herself closer to me as she continued looking straight into my eyes.
From this kind of position, I could actually see her breasts hanging while leaning to me. And the moment she caught me staring at them, her grin brightened even more.
She did that on purpose… That's what I thought to myself.
While I was trying to distract myself away from her things, I noticed Theresa's glare in anger while Aya's stare in a little worry.
"Then I'll leave that to you. In a few days I plan on heading to Holl Town for the dungeon outbreak so I won't have time for that. Can I trust you on this one?" Since I didn't want to upset Theresa any longer, I tried keeping our conversation short.
"Yes, leave it to me!"
And since we didn't have many days left, I gathered a significant amount of coffee materials and sold them before heading out of this city.
Both me, Theresa and Aya spent the whole day gathering materials until the sun was going down once again. We were pretty far from the town, that's why we made a temporary camp where we would spend the night.
As we were staying near the fire camp, the only noise we could hear were crackling sounds of the burning fire.
"We probably should head to Holl-town after two days, if that's still within your plans." I'm sure that Theresa hadn't forgotten about that. But I wanted to break the silence by reminding her that.
"Of course we're going there! I only stayed behind just so you wouldn't wander off on your own!"
And the way she responded to me was as harsh as usual. By now, she should've gotten a little softer on me, but it seems like she doesn't plan on doing that anytime now.
"You sound like an overprotective parent." I tried making a light joke so I would brighten up the mood a bit. But Theresa looked back at me with anger while having red cheeks.
"What the hell do you think you're saying?! That's so creepy!"
"Haha…"
And there was another long silence after I awkwardly smiled. My joke backfired on me and I couldn't seem to find any other topics to talk about. While I don't really have a hard time opening up with other people, I try not to pry too much into their private space.
On my lap was Aya sleeping soundly. I had a blanket over her, and it was a bit hard for me to move since I didn't want to wake up.
"Is something wrong?" I asked after Theresa suddenly got up.
"None of your business." And the way she responded was really cold. But I understood that she was going to use her toilet.

After walking for a few meters away from the camp, Theresa looked around to make sure that no one was following her.
She seemed to be in a rush after seeing that no one was around this area. Even monsters were nowhere to be found as she leaned herself on a tree.
The way she was breathing was getting much faster and her face was a little flushed in embarrassment.
"Why is it happening again?" She said to herself as she closed her thighs together, trying to prevent something from coming out.
"Hnggg!" She placed her own fingers between her thighs close to her crotch while trying to hold her own voice back.
She couldn't understand why it was happening to her.
Ever since the incident with Hiroki, she has been feeling weird everytime she was near him. She suspected that he must have done something for her to be feeling like that.
But this was something that she couldn't really understand. That's why she continued blaming Hiroki about her weird feelings that were going through her body right now.
“Ahhh! W-why.. mmhhmm.. why am I feeling like this?” Even though she was holding back, she couldn't help but let out her voice each time she rubbed her most sensitive part of her body.
She has never felt like this before, that's why she couldn't understand her current situation.
Was it Hiroki’s curse, or was there a deeper meaning behind her question?.

Hiroki’s POV
————————
.
After Theresa left to take care of herself some meters away from the camp, I decided to investigate my own status.
.
──────────
Name: Hiroki
Race: High Ghost
INT: 1,690
STR: 0
AGI: 0
VIT: 0
DEF: 0
Skills: < ... >
──────────
.
After getting ourselves involved with more monsters, I noticed how my own status would receive ‘exp’ even though I didn't kill any monsters.
That was thanks to Aya and Theresa being bound to my soul. No matter what I do, I would always receive a bit of their experience after they would defeat their opponent.
This would be really overpowered if it was used correctly.
If I actually had more than 100 people bound to my soul, and made them fight a lot of monsters… Wouldn't I get a crazy amount of experience without doing anything?
Actually, I found out that slavery was a buisness thing in this world and people can buy them if they had the money. Even though slaves have a certain amount of rights, like being fed every day, there were also illegal slaves, kidnapped by bandits and stuff.
But even if slavery was a normal thing in this world, It doesnt feel right for me to get my own slaves. But I won't fool myself by saying that I didn't consider getting one.
.
Suddenly I felt Theresa’s presence getting closer, making noises as she was trying to pass through the bushes.
“Welcome back.” I greeted her the moment she sat down while ignoring what I said.
I wasn't sure if it was because of the fire, but her face was flushed as if she had been running this whole time.
“Did something happen? Your face looks red.”
Theresa didn't seem to go that far, and I didn't hear anything strange or any monsters approaching her.
“Nothing that matters to you!” Her response was even harsher than usual, but somehow I found her expression kind of adorable. The way she looked at me angry and embarrassed at the same time was something unusual from her.
That's why I decided not to pry too much...
.
..
…
….
The next morning, I immediately began preparing a lot of coffee bags.
Since I was going to Holl-Town, I might as well supply all of the merchants and shops with days worth of coffee so they wouldn't stay out of stock.
“After selling all of the coffee, should we also get equipment for tomorrow?” Aya suggested that as we were selling a lot of supplies to different shops.
“That's right, Aya right now doesn't have any proper equipment on her. I also have to get new armor since this has been worn out.” Theresa also gave her thoughts about our gear after taking a look at us. “And you…” She looked at me for a second, thinking of something I could wear.
“I’m glad that you’re thinking about my equipment, but I can’t wear anything.” I let out a disappointed sigh as I said that to her. “But I’m glad you thought about me.”
"I don't care what happens to you." She bluntly said to me.
But even though she was saying that, I knew that she didn't mean it.
.
While we were on the way to visit the shop owner, I saw something unusual going on.
A lot of objects and stuff could be seen broken on the ground. And from here, I could hear someone screaming inside the shop.
"Something's not right! Let's go!" As confused as Theresa and Aya were, they quickly followed after me to the shop.
"You better remember this old man!!" But before we could enter inside the shop, someone familiar walked outside while yelling that.
"Huh?! Out of the way! Young master is walking here!"
I immediately recognized his face from the way he was talking. The same guy who was heavily armored with a shiny sword.
Alfred…
Since I didn't want to bother with him, I opened the way for them and let them have their way out of here. The same young blonde boy was also near Alfred as he was walking out.
And for a moment, both of us looked at each other before he could walk away. He didn't say anything, walking away as if nothing had happened.
"He was that boy from before." Aya said after recognising who that boy was.
"That doesn't matter right now, let's go inside." I said to them as I entered the shop.
"Oh, you're here?" The shop owner asked with a troubled look after seeing his kind of state.
And to my surprise, a lot of his products and stuff were badly broken to pieces.
That fucker didn't hold back, did he?
"Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" While I wouldn't really care about other people, his state was actually pipifull and sad to look at.
"Ah, no. They didn't hurt me, but thanks for worrying about me." The shop owner said as he bagan cleaning the ground, so the girls could walk without accidentally tripping on the floor.

"To think they would do such a thing! Just because they can have money, that doesn't mean they can do whatever they want!" Theresa seemed pissed about this as well, to the point of actually going after them.
"What did they want? Did you have some kind of debt from them?" This scenario seemed a little similar, that's why I asked to make sure whether I was right or wrong.
"No… they wanted to know the source of the coffee." The owner's daughter came inside the shop and began cleaning up as he was saying to me what their business was.
"My coffee?" I figured that more people would be interested in my coffee, but I never thought it would happen so quickly.
"Oh, don't worry. I didn't say anything about you… especially not to that person." Signs of despise were seen in his eyes as he informed me about him.
"Is he someone important?" From his clothes, I could see that he was a higher rank than normal people. I even had a few guesses about him, but asking someone might be much easier.
"You don't know him?..." The shop owner let out another sigh before explaining to me. "He is the most powerful and successful merchant in the whole kingdom. I'm a little surprised to see that you didn't know him."
"I used to be a traveling merchant so I don’t really know what is going on in this kingdom. It's only been a few days since I came to this town."
I quickly explained to him my usual fake story. He already knew I was a ghost, but he didn't know that I wasn't from this world.
"I figured… but you should be careful of him.
He may seem like a kid, but he is a prodigy who has been overthrowing countless merchants and simple sellers like me. Even the simplest products… are in his hands, and he can sell them anywhere and anytime he wants."
I was surprised to know what kind of achievements that young kid had in this kind of world.
For a moment, I began thinking that he may be the reincarnation of someone from a modern world.
If I can come here as a ghost, then I wouldn't be surprised if someone else was reincarnated here as well.
"So to sum up the situation, he wants to get his hands on my coffee?"
"Unfortunately, yes…"
Wanting to get more is a simple thing that humans want. Their brains are run by greed and power, which consumes every second of their life... until the very end.
But even if I plan on spreading coffee in the entire world, I don’t plan on selling my own secrets that easily. And from how the technology in this world is run, I don't think they will be able to figure out how coffee is actually made anytime now.
The process of making coffee is actually a lot different from the one from my world. And even if he wanted to recreate that drink, it would take a lot more than brewing and processing the coffee trunk. Actually, before making the first clean coffee in this world, I encountered many interesting results. Such as the drink becoming harmful if not heated properly. The trunk not being cleaned for at least for ten or twenty minutes, and many more.
“Thanks for your information.”
It was thanks to him that I could get some information out of him. Not only did he notify me about a merchant that had plans on getting his hands on my coffee, but he also didn't tell him any information about me.
“No. What I did was nothing compared to how much your coffee has helped my shop. I should be the one thanking you.” He seemed genuinely thankful to me about that, and I could understand that. His shop had gained a lot of customers thanks to it, and he didn't seem to give up his coffee that easily as well.
After giving days worth of coffee bags to most shops that offered my product, me and the girls decided to drop by the pharmacist shop, run by the blonde little girl.
“This place smells horrible…” Theresa reacted the moment we entered the shop.
Compared to the last time, this place was much worse in many ways. Starting from all of the books which were shattered on the floor, a lot of bottles broken, and many colorful fluids which were everywhere.
“Haaamp” Even Aya couldn't handle the horrible smell inside the shop, causing her to hold her own breath.
“Did this place get robbed?” From the looks, it seemed like someone had gotten in here and broke everything around inside here.
“ZzzzZzzzZZzzzzz….” But as I was trying to figure out what had happened in here, snoring noises were heard in the background. It seemed to be coming behind the main desk.
And after going behind that desk, both me and the girls looked at each other when we saw that the blonde little girl was soundly sleeping in there.
Her front door wasn't locked, and she may have gotten robbed during her sleep. Or that's what I thought after looking at this shop’s condition.
“Zzzzz, co..ffee….zZzzzz….” Her hair was a mess as saliva was dripping out of her mouth.
"Theresa, can you wake her up? I don't really want to touch her…" She immediately understood what I really meant by that.
My curse skill gets activated every time I get in contact with anyone who isn't bound to me. Or that's what I have come up with from all of the scenarios that have happened up to this point.
"Fine, but I'm not doing it because you told me." Theresa said as she got near that girl and grabbed her by her clothes.
"Hey, wake up." The way Theresa was carrying that little girl, was just like a puppy who was being carried by its mother. But in this situation, Theresa was grabbing her from the back while continuously shaking her.
"Weh…zzzZ… there is so much…." But even after shaking her like that, she didn't seem to be waking up.
"Maybe we should come next time when she feels better. I’m sure she is interested in buying more coffee. I’m not sure how long it’ll take us but we should probably get ready for the trip to Holl Town.." I suggested after seeing that she wasn't waking up.
"Heh!?!? Coffee!?!?" But after hearing the word 'coffee', she immediately woke up and looked around in excitement.
"Oh, you're here? Did you bring more coffee?" And the moment she saw me standing in front of her, she asked without a care about being carried like that.
"That's the first thing that comes to mind after waking up?" Her face looked almost as if she was addicted to coffee, to the point of drinking it regularly.
"Well, I can't help it. After drinking coffee for the first time, it kept me motivated all the time. And thanks to it, I managed to finish all of my work."
Even in my world, that was the point of drinking coffee for most people. But drinking too much coffee can actually harm someone instead of helping them.
"May I ask how much you're drinking in a day?"
"The effects of your coffee don't last that long. So I have no choice but to drink 4 to 8 cups a day."
I was surprised to see that she was still okay after consuming that amount of coffee in one day.
"But for some reason, I've been having a lot of headaches lately. Maybe I should drink another cup of coffee for now. Can you wait for a little while? I'll be right back." She jumped down from Theresa’s grip and tried preparing more coffee.
"Drinking too much coffee gives you headaches." I told her before she could start brewing coffee. "I think I mentioned it to you before, but drinking more than 3 cups of coffee in one day can harm you."
"So that explains why I've been feeling that way…?" She murmured to herself after listening to me.
"Thanks, I'll be careful from now on." She smiled as she thanked me.
Well, I already gave her a warning. it's not my business if she decides to overdrink.
"Anyway, what brings you here? More coffee I hope?" She grinned a little as she asked.
"Yeah, since I'm going away from this town for a while, I wanted to stock up merchants with days worth of coffee bags."
But based on her shop's condition, I doubt that she'll buy much coffee from me.
"How many bags do you have left?" She asked.
"Around forty bags I th-"
"-I'll buy them all!" She interrupted me before I could finish talking.
"I managed to sell all of my medicines in time, so I have quite a bit of money to spend right now." She explained.
.
..
After receiving the correct amount of money from the previous coffee sales, I got all of the last coffee bags from Aya's dimensional pocket.
[Sorry for using your cloak like this…] I telepathically apologized to Aya.
[No, I'm glad that I can help you, even if it's carrying stuff for you.]
"..." Both me and Aya were staring at each other after we were talking like that. Her eyes were so lovely, that for a moment I forgot what we were doing.
"Ahem!!" Theresa cleared up her throat the moment she saw me and Aya like that. She was glaring at me, and she didn't seem to like how me and Aya were acting.
"By the way, I heard you were going to Holl Town?." The blonde little girl asked while hugging one of the coffee bags on her arms just like a plushie.
"Yes, there is a dungeon outbreak going to occur sometime around tomorrow." Theresa informed the little girl.
"Then in that case, you're probably going to need this." She put on top of the desk three pink colored potions that seemed to be really expensive looking.
.
──────────
Name: Regeneration potion
Type: Ultra Special!
Effects: A specially made potion that can recover 60% of the consumer's injuries. No matter how close to death you are, this potion will heal you back to 60%.
──────────
.
I was surprised to see a rare kind of potion that can heal this much. If I had to say, then this potion costs a lot.
"How much are you giving this to us?" We only had coffee as a backup recovery, but getting a bit more potions is not a bad idea.
"Oh, no. I'm giving these to you." She proudly smiled as she said that to me.
"Are you sure? I'm sure those are really expensive."
"Don't worry. This is my thanks for bringing coffee to my shop. Besides, I wouldn't want you to die there… That way I won't be able to get any more coffee."
So, all she wanted was to make sure I wouldn't die since I was the only one who can make coffee.
.
..
...
After we were done, we decided to buy some new equipment.
"Hiroki, what do you think?"
Since Aya has her cloak as protective armor, she didn't need too much gear on her. But getting over defensive wasn't a bad thing.
Theresa had selected a few fancy clothes and armor that looked really nice on Aya.
"They look really cute on you." While they didn't cover her legs or arms, they protected her vitals, and it was easy for her to move around.
"Hehehe." Aya blushed as she grinned to herself.
And after Aya immediately decided to buy the gear she wore, we began looking for something for Theresa as well.
I suggested that we buy a new sword for her since we had the money, but her response was. "This sword is the best sword I could have. I don't need any other swords."
I didn't really need any protective gear since no physical attacks worked on me. Honestly I wanted to try some clothes that caught my eyes, but unfortunately I couldn't even touch them.
In the end, after we were perfectly ready, we went to the adventure guild to notify the receptionists about our leave.
"There is a group of adventurers escorting a merchant tomorrow morning. Why don't you join them? He was requesting for two more adventures, and you seem like a good fit. I also would be less worried if you wouldn't be walking in the woods on your own." The receptionist let out a worried expression as she explained.
"I don't mind. What about you Aya?" Theresa asked.
"I'm fine with it as well." Aya also agreed on this.
I also thought that this would be a better idea, since we won't be getting lost that easily. In this case, there would be a lot more people going to Holl Town, which might make our journey much easier.
.
..
…
And so the new day began.
The sun rose around the horizon as it was warming up the town. The rays which shone through the cold air, began to warm the town while a few people could be seen around the roads.
"Is everyone ready?" I asked everyone as we were on our way to the merchant's cart.
"This is nothing compared to the battlefield." Theresa proudly said while ignoring goosebumps on the bare skin of her arms.
"It's a bit cold but I'll try to be strong!" Aya also responded.
When we arrived at the destination, we saw a merchant's cart, together with a few adventurers waiting for the last few people to join them.
From what I could see, there was a pretty girl with green hair who seemed to be an archer. A tanker with a massive shield. Some swordsmen, and a magician based on the fact that he didn't have any weapon.
"Are you the last adventurers who were coming with us? Took you long enough to arrive here!" The archer was annoyingly complaining the moment we arrived at the cart.
Seems like the journey to the other toew won't be as quiet as I had thought…
