Chapter 18: Chapter 16: Infernal ascension

Simon did not realize what was happening, he was in the throes of a new bond, one much more powerful than any he had before. Unlike the others, this did not feel reinvigorating but extremely draining and he was completely out of it. 

He did not realize that the monster girl was changing becoming larger, her skin, hail, and scales alike turning black like obsidian. Like a naga, two extra pairs of arms sprouted from her sides, her dagger-like eyes went from amber yellow to a deep blood red.

Yet for all the inhuman additions the naga's beauty did not diminish, if anything she now had an irresistible feral edge to her already wild beauty. Her forked tongue extended down to her neck as she tasted her tamer.

 He definitely did not realize that through sheer strength the monster girl had shattered her bindings and now had him wrapped in her tail as he was lodged inside her. His head now only reached up to her chest which now supported truly gargantuan breasts that even put Itsy's to shame. She was currently using those massive springy yet soft orbs to smother him in her chest, his head literally lost in tit flesh. 

He did even notice the black ram horns sprouting on the top of his head or the massive wings made of fire and bones etched in red that sprouted from his back. It wrapped around the monster girl and both of them became engulfed in flames. 

All around the 'saints' picked up what appeared to be some sort of musket and fired magical darts at the two burning targets only for each and every projectile to simply bounce off the obsidian skin. They did not dare target the tamer for fear of the reaction it could incite from the monster.

They could not allow them to remain in this state, the heat alone was already causing tremendous amounts of damage. All of them acted with an efficiency that only matched by a machine even in such dire straits

"ARIA!!! CALL THE TRIAL MASTER!!! QUICKLY!!! THE REST!!! JOIN ME TO CREATE A WARD TO CONTAIN THEM!!!" 

A command was thrown and every 'saint' moved immediately with laser-like precision creating a hexagram around the two burning bodies. In a wave of light, a white scepter with a ruby gem appeared in every single one of their arms. 

In unison, all of them stabbed the object into the ground as arcane words flew out of their mouths in perfect harmony. 

A shimmering transparent wall was erected all around the two bodies throes of their lust. Immediately the temperature of the room dropped a dozen degrees and each of the artificial monster girls sighed in relief also in perfect harmony, their bodies covered in soot and their hair badly singed. None of them dropped an ounce of sweat as was normal for monster girls who in general were made of pure ethereal energy.

Waves of heat hit the transparent barrier causing it to shimmer more intensely in the places it did. 

In minutes, Captain Adam was on the scene ready for action. The man took one look before his shoulders relaxed. His face, however, was going through of emotions before finally going blank as if deep in thought. 

This made him, as his countenance lost its upbeat quality. Evenly he said. 

"Looks like a particularly violent warped bond... Keep them in till it's over."

And in a much more quiet voice.

"I am sorry..."

The 'saints' with their very acute senses heard it, but nobody knew why the words were spoken. Only the trial master knew, who at this moment was lost in thought as he stared at the intertwined bodies that were doubly wrapped in flames.

"Oh... my head..." 

Simon had never felt so weary, his head wanted to commit suicide and his body felt like it had been thrown in the wringer. He thought the 'woman' incident was bad. But compared to the bone-deep weariness he was feeling at the moment, it might as be a walk in the park.

"How are you doing, kid?" said a firm but kind voice.

"Huh..."

Simon tried to move his head but it only made it hurt more. Not only that, the weight felt very off, which just was salt in the wound.

"Still not all there? Hmm... Drink this."

The voices were not helping, but something cold and solid was pressed to his lips. Instinctively his mouth opened and down he swallowed what tasted like fruity juice.

In moments his headache went on vacation, his body stopped feeling like they were being weighed down and best of all, his mental faculties were in full motion.

His eyes popped open, and the last thing he remembered was that something was drawing a lot of power from him, it took till he was all but empty. Then... nothing.

He shifted his gaze to the man that looked like a fusion between a noble and a pirate.

"What happened?..."

"Congratulations! You have passed the first trial!" said the man with a smile that did not quite reach his eyes.

Simon tried to focus but swirling his head brought attention to the two massive horns that were sticking out of his head.

"What!?! How much of the fucking day did I fucking miss!?!!?"

It was a long day for our newly minted infernal.
