The Ash Earth

Rihan's unlikely path from his backwater world to becoming one of the best cultivators of our age begins with one unforgivable act: Going against the Ancient Gods.

To be going against the heavens at any time is dangerous; to do so when one is not prepared is foolishness; to do so without knowing the consequences is madness.

The living proof of his folly, Rihan was reduced to a mere soul floating against the flow of Time, like a salmon swimming upstream.

In an attempt to rectify the situation, he travels back in time, hoping that by changing the past, everything will return to normal.

Finally liberated by the appearance of a younger soul, Rihan finds himself face-to-face with his own past. As the two souls grow close, they begin to merge into a single existence.

"I'm not supposed to be here, but I'm- I mean we are going to change the future." he continues his journey and is confronted with the harsh realities of life.

The Ash Earth is a story of the strongest human who was reduced to his insignificant past self in a world that didn't want humanity to exist. It is also a story of the fearless human who will go to the ends of the Earth to protect others, the human who would give up everything to save the lives of the innocent, and the human who strives to reach beyond what he believed was possible.

This is the story of how the strong, determined, brave, and compassionate overcome the impossible stream of events that threaten to tear their existence apart and instead find strength within themselves - but who will be left alive at the end?

"I am not one of the gods; I have no right to judge you. However, you may wish to consider your actions carefully before making them. You are free to live as you please from your new starting point." Destiny said before concluding, "But remember, if you choose to ignore what is written above, then you alone are responsible for the results. Even with the vast amount of knowledge you've accumulated in your previous life, the possibilities of what might occur are endless."

He stares at the man standing on top of the world, gazing down upon him from his lofty position of power and prestige.

Rihan has seen it too often in his lifetime. People have given up hope, believing that they can't do anything. They feel as though their fate is sealed.

With a challenge to everyone he knows to stop talking themselves out of hope, Rihan explores the problem that plagues them all, and against all odds, he stares upon the source of their despair.

The tide of destruction that threatens to drown them in its wake, and the saviour who dares stand before it unscathed.
