Chapter 19: Chapter 18. Kidnapping Giants, Agents And Many Animals

While they were having breakfast, the ship had already reached the shore of the island called Little Garden. It is a summer island, which is unpopulated except for prehistoric plants and animals.

After finishing up the breakfast, Alex walked out of the living room to head toward the ship figurehead.

"I'm not planning to stay here for more than one day so let's wrap up things here hurriedly," Alex spoke calmly, looking at the island that was in front of him. "Nami and Tashigi will be in the same group while Nojiko and Kaya will be in the same group. The rest of you can go to sleep or just do your things on the boat."

The girls mentioned by him immediately cheered since it always felt good to look throughout the new island. The other people who were left out simply nodded at him and walked inside the room except for Igaram who went to sleep on the sofa.

Using his observation haki, he scanned the entire island to find the location of those four people. When he was done finding them, he turned back to look at the girls.

"Nami and Tashigi, you are going to head this way. A giant will be there, you both need to fight with him until he is barely alive." Alex instructed them with a calm gaze and pointed toward the direction where Brogy was staying.

"A giant?" The girls were quite surprised to hear his words. They had never seen a giant and now they were planning to fight with it, it made them very excited.

"We'll be on our way then." Nami waved at them with an excited smile and then dragged away Tashigi with her, jumping on the island and running toward the pointed direction.

"She has gotten quite excited." Kaya giggled amusingly along with Nojiko. "I hope that the Giant can at least put up a good battle against them." She knew the strength of Nami and Tashigi which was developing even more regularly.

"What about us, Alex? Does this place have another Giant to fight with us?" Nojiko folded her arms under her breasts and asked curiously.

"In that direction, you can find another Giant. You have to fight that guy." Alex nodded at her question and pointed toward the location where Dorry was staying right now.

"How much bounty do these two Giants have?" Kaya curiously asked.

"Both of them have 100 million bounties on their heads. They had created a lot of ruckus during the time they were active on the sea." Alex replied with a calm gaze, his mind began to think about many things that he needed to do on this island. This place was quite important for his plans.

"We will be taking our leave now." Nojiko calmly said and urged Kaya to walk with her before both of them jumped down on the island.

Watching them leave hurriedly, Alex glanced at the sky for a moment before he began to float in the sky and immediately flew toward the location where those two people were present.

"Is there any news about those two idiots?" A guy sitting on a couch was calmly drinking tea while reading a newspaper.

"There is no news regarding them, Mr 3." A teenage girl replied, sipping her tea while eating cake. She was sitting on a sheet with a lot of food near her, making it look as if she was on a picnic.

"I knew that they were useless." Mr 3 snorted in disdain. "They should have used my strategy instead of doing things with their garbage ideas." He mumbled under his breath and continued to sip on his tea.

They continued to do their things for some time however in the next moment, both of them fell to the ground and lost consciousness.

"It was quite easy to make them unconscious, I guess having an SS rank doctor skill is very beneficial….." Alex landed on the ground near them and mumbled with a small smile. He used two very small pieces of rocks to hit the back of their necks, making them lose consciousness.

Shaking his head, he immediately walked toward the duo one by one and began to use his hypnosis skill to add some fake memories in their brains where he saved them from their worst time. The memories were in reality simple words that he had added however they would soon turn into pictures by the work of their brains.

He also made sure to add a single line inside their mind which would keep repeating itself all day and night, making them believe it. The line was, "Alex is the strongest in the world yet he saved us and let us live a good life. We should never forget his help and always be loyal to him."

This would have not worked if not for the fact that it would be repeating itself all the time. In the end, they would start believing it as their mind will come to accept them.

He then sent both of them to the training ground since they were with him right now, he decided to train them too and let them grow stronger.

After he was done with it, he began to look around himself to find that thing. He finally saw the Den-Den Mushi that was placed right next to the couch on the other side.

Using his power, he made it float in the sky, near him. He was waiting for the call of Crocodile so that he could get the Eternal Pose to the Arabasta kingdom.

Since he was done with his objectives of coming here, it was time to collect those necessary things that will be very useful in the future.

It took him nearly 4 hours to collect all the important plants and bugs that he was looking for inside this island. Thankfully, his doctor's knowledge came in handy as it only took some seconds to recognise the plants and bugs.

After he was done storing them inside his system storage, he decided to head toward the girls who he was sure were done with their respective battles.

Even though those two Giants were quite strong, compared to the girls, they were nothing good. If the girls acted in a group, it was not much difficult for them to become Supernovas.

Though before he could head toward the girls, the Den-Den Mushi began to ring all of a sudden causing a small smile to appear on his face. He retracted his smile and received the call.

{Are you done with your work, Mr 3?}

"It's not done yet, Mr 0."

{Why? Are you wasting time and delaying my orders?}

"It's not that, Mr 0. The opponents are very strong. We needed to retreat to create a better strategy."

{Do your work hurriedly, Mr 3. Don't take so much time on some worthless pirates.}

"I understand."

After that call was ended by the other side, making Alex smile once again. Even though Crocodile acted calm, Alex was sure that some agents were soon going to visit this island.

Still, he wondered how the Giants would react, knowing a guy just called them some worthless pirates. Then again, those two Giants would not be able to last even for a minute against Crocodile.

Shaking his head, he floated in the sky and began to head toward the girls. On the way, he encountered many animals which were killed by him and then they were all put inside the system storage.

The first duo that he went to see was Tashigi and Nami. Just like he had expected, the girls were sitting some distance away from the body of the Giant.

"Hey." Alex landed some distance away from them. "How was the fight? Did you enjoy it?" He asked with a curious expression while walking toward the unconscious body of the Giant.

"It was very boring…" Nami spoke with a look of disappointment. "I thought he would be able to make us fight seriously, alas, he was very weak." Nami had an irritated expression.

"He was indeed very weak, Alex." Tashigi agreed with her friend's words. "I didn't even need to use my special sword skills on him." She was also very disappointed with the strength of the Giant.

After he was done tempering with the brain of the Giant, he walked toward them while chuckling slightly. "Don't worry, you will be able to fight with strong opponents very soon." Ha patted Nami's head, making her smile happily.

"Anyway, since you both are done here, go and catch the animals that are scattered around the island." He gave them another task which they accepted instantly. "Make sure to keep your eyes open, there are a lot of bugs that will make you very sick with just a single bite."

"Mmm, don't worry about it. I have kept my observation Haki activated for these kinds of things…." She smiled slightly and reluctantly stood up from her place. She was enjoying the feeling of getting her head patted by him.

The duo then walked inside the island to hunt down some other animals. When they were gone, Alex sent the unconscious body of the Giant to the training ground before he began to fly toward the other duo.

The other duo was also sitting on the ground, near the unconscious body of the Giant.  He landed close to the head of the Giant and started doing the tempering. "You aren't going back to the ship?"

"Alex…" The girls immediately cried out with a look of joy on their faces, confusing him a little. "Why did you send us to fight this weakling? He couldn't even stand two punches of Kaya." Nojiko spoke with a depressing expression. "I couldn't even get a single chance to test my powers on him."

Seeing her like this, both Kaya and Alex burst out laughing, making her pout. Kaya then began to pat her back, trying to calm Nojiko. "Don't get sad, Nojiko. You will have your chance in the future."

After he was finished tempering the brain of the Giant, he walked near Nojiko and patted her head. "As Kaya said, you shouldn't be upset about this, Nojiko. You will find many powerful opponents in the future."

Nojiko nodded, her mood getting better hearing their words. "I just wanted to fight someone with every power of mine." She was getting stronger, she knew it however she also wanted to know the exact level of her current powers.

Alex continued to pat her head for some more time however he suddenly stopped when he senses two presences coming toward the island. "Hey you two, I got a task for you two." He retracted his hand and spoke with a small smile on his face.

"What task?" Kaya and Nojiko looked at him with curious expressions.

"Two people are coming towards the island who belong to the same organization as Mikita. Make sure to get rid of them and get the Eternal Pose from them." His words made the two girls smile widely in excitement, especially Nojiko who instantly stood up.

"I'll be fighting both of them, Kaya. You won't interfere, right?" She instantly turned to look at Kaya with a pitiful expression.

"I won't interfere, Nojiko. You can fight them all alone." Kaya couldn't bear to look at those eyes any longer so she decided to back off from this fight.

"Haha, thank you, Kaya. I knew you were the best." Nojiko immediately laughed out loud and hugged Kaya.

"Hey, hey, stop hugging me…!" Kaya yelled out with an irritated expression and forcefully separated herself from Nojiko's arms.

"Why are you so eager to fight anyway?" Alex suddenly asked, looking into her eyes with a curious expression. He was very sure now that there was another reason why Nojiko wanted to fight so badly.

"Hehe….." Nojiko nervously chuckled and averted her gaze. She grabbed Kaya's hand and began to walk toward the shore of the island.

"Why are you not replying to him? Are you perhaps hiding something….?" Even Kaya was now interested in that thing that Nojiko was hiding from everyone.

"There is another reason……" Nojiko, after taking some time, finally whispered with an embarrassed expression.

"Oh? Can you tell me? I promise I won't tell anyone." Kaya's interest for that reason began to develop even more.

Nojiko motioned her to come close and then she whispered some words in her ears. Hearing her words, Kaya burst out laughing once again.

"Y-You got frustrated after getting beaten by him so many times?" Kaya asked, laughing uncontrollably causing Nojiko to glare at her. "You know, everyone is getting beaten up by him regularly yet y-you are the only one who feels frustrated and now wants to beat some people to get rid of it….." Saying that she began to laugh once again, making Nojiko pout in annoyance.

"I told you to not speak loudly, Alex might have heard your words," Nojiko spoke in an irritated tone. She increased her walking speed to leave her annoying friend behind.

Alex looked at the duo and shook his head in disappointment. These were the times when he felt the need to have Enel Observation Haki so he could hear their words.

After sending the unconscious Giant to the training ground, he also began to walk toward the shore. He sensed the other girl duo's presence and they also seemed to be heading toward the shore. With them, there were a lot of other presences as well, possibly the animals that they might have captured.

"These two are the ones that I need to fight…..?" Nojiko with a dumbfounded expression looked at the two figures who were standing in front of her.

One of them was an Otter, wearing a jumpsuit and black sunglasses. The other one was a large black Vulture, wearing black goggles.

"Y-You can fight them seriously, N-Nojiko….!" Kaya began to laugh out loud while tears began to form in the corner of her eyes.

Nojiko's face turned crimson red in shame, seeing Kaya laughing at her. "I-I….." She didn't know what to say anymore so she gritted her teeth and created two large sharp branches which immediately pierced the bodies of those two creatures.

She quickly walked toward their dead bodies and took out the Eternal Pose from the Otter bag. She then kicked the body toward the sea from where a large fish came out and engulfed those dead bodies.

"Let's go." She angrily said and climbed on the ship. Kaya followed her behind, still chuckling in amusement while clutching her stomach as it began to pain now.

After some time, Nami and Tashigi also appeared near the shore, behind them were a lot of different types of animals inside barriers. Right then, Alex also appeared on the shore and began to send away those animals to another flying island.

After he was done doing that, he climbed on the ship along with Nami and Tashigi. He took the Eternal Pose from Nojiko's hand and handed it to Nami.

"Alex….." Nojiko suddenly called out his name, looking at him with a hateful expression. "They were very weak, even more than the animals that you just sent away…."

"Well, I never said that they were strong…" Alex shrugged off her words. "Anyway, you should all take a good rest since we are going to start training once again." He spoke with a serious expression to which they all nodded excitedly except for Nojiko who just grumbled in resentment.
