Chapter 21: Chapter 20. Preparation For The Battle

After travelling for 5 more days, the ship finally reached the Arabasta Kingdom much to Vivi's happiness as now she could finally save her kingdom and get rid of that Warlord.

These 5 days were once again spent on the training ground by everyone. Everyone's strength once again increased by a large margin.

Right now, everyone was on the deck of the ship and was looking at the distant kingdom with excited expressions on their faces.

"We would need to land in Nanohana first before we could go to the Aulbama city through the Sandora river," Vivi spoke with a serious expression, looking at the kingdom with worried eyes. She originally planned to head toward the Katorea town to talk with the rebel leader, however now, she believes that it will be futile since Crocodile is her main enemy.

"Is there something good to buy in that place?" Kaya asked curiously.

"Hmm, the port has great shops where you can buy good quality clothes." Vivi after thinking about it for some time finally spoke. "You can also buy perfume there. They are the best among the perfumes that you can find in the entire Kingdom."

"Really? I will make sure to buy some." Nami excitedly said and then soon began to talk with her partner about the clothes that she was going to buy.

"Vivi," Alex called out her name, attracting her attention. "We will dock on the port and then will directly head to the Rainbase where the headquarters of that guy is." He explained the plan to which she nodded with a serious expression.

When they were near the port, Alex sensed a presence which was drowning in the sea. He quickly jumped off the ship and grabbed that guy before bringing him to the ship.

"H-He is Mr 2." Mikita and Vivi immediately recognised the unique body of Mr 2 who was very famous in the organization for his weird behaviour.

"Is he strong?" Tashigi asked, ready to take out her sword to fight with him. Though she was disappointed when Alex shook his head negatively.

Since the guy was still unconscious, Alex quickly began to use his Hypnosis skill. He made himself the greater friend of Mr 2 thus gaining his loyalty in return.

"We should kill him, no? He is our enemy." Nojiko asked with a narrowed gaze while looking at the unconscious Okama.

Alex shook his head negatively at her words. "He is quite useful. I'm sure Mikita will be able to use him in the future to fulfil a lot of my plans." He explained the reason why he didn't wish to kill that guy.

"What kind of organization do you plan to create, Alex?" Hearing Vivi's question, everyone turned to look at him with a curious gaze.

"I plan to create an information gathering organization using these people. I want to know everything that is happening throughout the Grand Line." He calmly explained, making them quite surprised at his idea.

After this, he told them to head to the port while he took Mikita and Mr 2 with him toward the training ground where the other two agents were present.

It was time to explain some things to them and let them start doing their work in the Kingdom.

Nanohana resembles a typical middle-eastern desert town, following the conventions of Islamic architecture. It features a crowded and thriving bazaar. As expected of a port town, it has docks where ships can load up or unload cargo.

The girls docked their ship at the port and then began to look around the town with a curious gaze. No one was able to recognise Vivi however the same couldn't be said about Igaram who was instantly recognised by the residents of Nanohana town.

Since Alex was not with them, the girls began to look through the different shops to buy stuff for themselves. They first bought clothes suitable for desert environments and changed into them and after that, they began to look for perfumes.

Since Crocodile was very famous for his ruthlessness towards the pirate's attack on the Kingdom, no one dared to attack the girls.

After spending an entire hour buying different stuff, the girls first went back to the ship to store those stuff before they headed toward Spice Bean, the only restaurant that could be found in the town. 

Inside the restaurant, the girls booked 6 seats for themselves while telling Igaram to choose another seat since they were going to have some girl talk.

After the food was served at their table, the girls started to eat their shares of food with small smiles on their faces.

"When is he going to come back?" Kaya asked with a gloomy expression. She wanted to show her new dress to him and wanted his opinion on it.

"Can't you live without talking about him, Kaya?" Nami asked with an irritated tone causing the other girls to chuckle. "It's only an hour and yet you are acting as if you haven't seen him for many years."

"She must be missing him, Nami. They are in a relationship, don't forget that." Tashigi calmly patted her friend back causing Nami to glare at her.

"Haha, Tashigi now acts like a mother to Nami. Call her Mom, you ungrateful child." Kaya teased Nami with a smile much to the amusement of the other girls. "If you act obedient, maybe she might feed you some milk?"

"Hey! Don't say such embarrassing things," Nami yelled at Kaya, making the latter giggle. "She isn't my mother. She is my companion, you damn doctor." She yelled once again with an irritated expression and began to eat her food hurriedly.

"You only think of me as a companion, Nami? I feel betrayed, I thought I was your mother…." A painful expression appeared on Tashigi's face while her eyes began to turn misty. "I-If you want, I can even breastfeed you, Nami. Just call me Mommy once….."

"Hahaha….." Her words instantly caused everyone to laugh uncontrollably. 

The other customers looked in their direction in confusion however they said nothing and continued to eat their food. Some of them peeked occasionally as it was quite a rare sight to see so many beautiful women in the same place.

Nami just gritted her teeth and continued to eat her food, not paying any attention to the other girls. She has been embarrassed enough and doesn't want them to continue. 

The girls stopped laughing when they noticed Nami's behaviour. They too began to eat their food while talking occasionally.

After some time, Alex entered the restaurant and sat on the empty seat that was reserved for him. "So what were you all talking about?" He curiously asked after noticing Nami's gloomy expression.

"We weren't talking about anything!" Nami yelled unconsciously with a frustrated expression however she soon noticed her mistake. "Sorry for shouting at you, Alex. I'm not feeling well…." She instantly apologized and put her attention back on her plate.

Even though he was a little surprised by her sudden yell, he didn't pay much attention to it, instead, he turned to look at Vivi. "I met with the leader of the rebels. I have notified him about the Crocodile conspiracy. He has agreed to stop the rebels and as well as decided to tell everyone about the true nature of Warlord Crocodile."

"He agreed? Thank God." Vivi immediately smiled in relief. This was one of the things that she was worried about but now, Alex has already solved this problem. "Thank you, Alex. With this, we have one less problem to worry about."

He nodded at her and began to eat his share of food which was just brought by one of the waiters. He was feeling quite good right now as he had done a lot of things in the last hour.

He gave Mikita enough money and then told her to start creating her organization with it. He gave her the order to recruit people from her previous organization. If they don't accept, just beat them and if they still don't join the organization then simply get rid of them.

After that, he went to the base of the rebels and used his Hypnosis skill to get the leader under his control. It would help Alex in the future a lot since that guy can make people follow him willingly. A perfect guy for a division commander though he will need to get strong first.

When he was done with this, he headed toward the Sandora river and found those Kung-Fu Dugongs. He challenged them all before defeating them and getting their loyalty. He then sent all of them to the training island as he would train them as well and will get a turtle army.

"I want to fight the top agents. When are we leaving for Rainbase, Alex?" Tashigi gazed at him with a curious look. "I just hope that they won't waste my time."

"I don't think that they are strong, Tashigi." Nojiko shook her head in disappointment. "To me, it seems that they all rely on their basic devil fruit powers. They neither train their body nor their devil fruit powers." This was what she concluded after seeing so many agents of that organization.

"Nojiko is right, Kaya. None of them except for Mr1 is worthy of your time. He is only worthy because he has eaten a devil fruit that makes his body as strong as steel. So unless you can cut steel, you won't be able to do anything against him." Alex explained to her with a small smile and continued to eat his food.

Right now, the weakest person in his crew was Tashigi who was simply relying on her sword skills while others have strong devil fruit powers. Even Vivi was going to get a strong devil fruit very soon.

"As strong as steel?" Tashigi looked at him a little surprised by this information. "So what about it? It has been 2 weeks since I began to cut steel, you know." Tashigi smiled proudly at her accomplishment.

"Oh…." Alex was quite surprised by this. "It seems I didn't notice it during our training." He never goes easy on them during their training so there was a chance that he didn't notice such a minor improvement in her sword skills.

"You fight all of them together, I'm sure that you ignored it subconsciously," Vivi said with a smile on her face. It was always very shocking to see so many people getting beaten up by Alex regularly.

"Hmm, it's possible." Kaya and Nojiko agreed with her words though Nami kept her mouth shut with an angry pout.

After he was done eating the food, he paid for the bill before all of them headed out of the restaurant, ready to head to Rainbase city to beat some people.

"You don't have to care about the minions. Mikita and her group would make sure to take care of them." Before heading toward the city, he decided to explain some things. "And make sure to hold back when fighting the top agents. They are gonna work for us in the future so I don't want them to die here, do you understand?"

"We understand, captain." All of them said in sync and then started to giggle except for Nami who was trying to hold herself back from showing a smile.

"Igaram, you know where to go, right?" Alex turned to look at the Royal guard. "Make sure to keep the King safe. I don't want any failure, especially after training you for so many days." He instructed him with a serious expression, not wanting to see any failure from the Royal Guard.

"You trained me and gave me a good devil fruit, I promise that I won't disappoint you," Igaram replied with a determined expression and began to walk away from the group. Unlike them, he won't be heading to Rainbase, instead, he'll be heading toward Alubarna city where the palace was located.

"Let's go, everyone."
