Chapter 47: Chapter 46. Impel Down

The Impel Down, which was the most secure prison the World Government had ever created, was located in the middle of the Calm Belt, under the sea which was surrounded by a lot of sea kings.

Alex headed to the Calm Belt after he had a small conversation with Burgess. It didn't take him much time to reach that place thanks to his door-door devil fruit.

Since the prison was in the middle, he headed there directly while using his Observation Haki to scan the surroundings around him. It took him 15 minutes to find that large tower which was surrounded by a lot of Marine warships to protect it from pirate attacks.

He calmly observed the tower for some time and then activated his stealth mode before turning into lightning to go to the tower.

He landed at the entrance of the tower and began to use his Hypnosis skill on the Marines who were near him to make sure that no one would move against him.

He also used lightning on the surveillance Den-Den Mushi which was sending live video to the control room. He gave them a slight electric shock so they wouldn't work for some time. 

With this done, he mentally commanded one of the Marines to take him to the surveillance room while he hid in the shadows, following the Marine officer closely.

It didn't take him much time to reach the monitor room. On the way, he saw a lot of Marine officers and as well as new prisoners who were being transferred here.

Entering the monitor room, he used his Hypnosis skill, successfully bringing everyone inside the room under his control. Now, he doesn't need to worry about anyone coming after him or someone calling the Marines from the Headquarters for help.

Before going out of the room, he looked through the monitor to check the position of the other Marines who were guarding the prison on different levels. After that, he walked out of the monitor room and headed toward the first level called Crimson Hell.

This tower has 6 levels for the prisoners with different types of torture methods on different levels. Though level 6 was an exception as it was too dangerous and the criminals inside that place doesn't feel pain from any kind of torture.

The level one prison wasn't that interesting for him as the prisoners here weren't that strong. It was filled with red trees and grass which were as sharp as a blade. This was a place where prisoners were ordered to run while poisonous spiders ran after them.

Not taking much time, he altered all the prisoners' minds who were present on the first level 1 before sending all of them to the place where Burgess was soon going to appear.

The Marine officers along with the beasts were under his control. Though he just left them there without giving them any order and headed toward the second level called Wild Beast Hell, a place famous for the dangerous beasts.

On the second level of the prison, he encountered a lot of beasts compared to the number of humans who were present there. 

Alex wasn't interested in those beasts so he swiftly took out his sea-stone sword and cut them down, shocking the prisoners who were there. After he was done with the beasts, he quickly altered the brain of the prisoners before sending them away.

He continued his journey and reached the 3rd level called Starvation Hell. This place was very hot because of the heat that rises from the 4th level.

Just like the previous prison levels, he rapidly took control of the prisoners along with the Marine officers. After sending them prisoners away, he headed toward the 4th floor called Blazing Hell.

On the 4th floor, after he sent away the prisoners, he headed toward the place where the office of the Warden of the Impel Down was living.

Scanning the entire place with his Observation Haki, he headed toward the place where that guy was present. Though when he reached there in his stealth mode, he couldn't help but chuckle slightly.

Magellan, the warden of the Impel down, a guy who has one of the most dangerous devil fruits right now was inside the bathroom because of diarrhoea.

Alex raised the sea-stone sword above his shoulders and then slashed toward the bathroom while using his lightning power. This generated a flying slash that was covered in lightning power.

The moment the flying slash cut the bathroom, Alex closed his eyes and disappeared from his place, appearing outside of the destroyed bathroom. Since he was using his lightning web, he easily detected the presence of that guy and swung his sword once again before disappearing from the place once again.

"Plunder." Alex calmly replied and headed toward the other place from where a lot of strong presences were heading toward his location.

From the other side, one man and two women came running toward the bathroom along with four very large beasts. All of them had taken out their weapons, ready to fight the intruder who attacked the Chief Warden.

Without wasting any time, he used his Conqueror Haki to knock down everyone except for the man who was the Vice-Warden. He then disappeared from his place and appeared behind the strange-looking guy before beheading him with a single sword strike.

"Plunder." Saying that he proceeded to kill the four beasts who were special officers and had awakened their Zoan devil fruits.

With a small smile, he began to alter the brain of the two unconscious women before he once again headed to the next level called the freezing Hell which was so cold that it even made the prisoners and as well as the food turn into ice.

He quickly got the prisoners under his control and then sent them away before heading to a secret location where an entire kingdom was developed by the greatest Okama Emporio Ivankov.

He released a burst of Haki which knocked out all of them and then disappeared from his place, appearing behind Ivankov. Though when he tried to slash that person's neck, he was able to save himself narrowly. "Not bad but now you are full of openings." Saying that he slashed multiple times while using his lightning power with his other hand, successfully killing the greatest Okama.

"Plunder," Alex commanded the system with a smile and then continued to head toward the last level called The Eternal Hell, a place where the most dangerous and evilest people prisoners are placed by the World Government.

He sent away those other Okama as well and now, he calmly walked inside level 6 prisoners. On the way, he took out a lot of small bottles which contained poisonous gas. Though this is way more powerful than the one, he used to use against his enemies in the past.

Since he was walking without any handcuffs and any Marine officer uniform, the prisoners began to ask him how he was able to enter this prison so easily.

He didn't reply to any of them, instead, he held his breath while crushing the bottles in his hand, causing the gas to rapidly spread throughout level 6 prison.

The prisoners were quite surprised by his sudden action however before any of them could say anything, all of them felt their vision getting dark suddenly.

"Hehe, time to get all of you under my control…." Alex said with an amused chuckle and began to use his Hypnosis skill on everyone at the same time.

It took an entire hour for him to get everyone under his control however for him, it was worth it. He got a lot of powerful people under him which includes the crew members of Blackbeard as well.

They weren't the only ones that stood out from the rest of the prisoners as there were three more pirates who were very strong. They were Douglas Bullet, Patrick Redfield and Byrnndi World. These three were monsters compared to other prisoners of the same level.

He then sent everyone away except for two people, Portgas D Ace and Jimbei. He was leaving them here so they could meet Luffy if that guy managed to infiltrate this prison tower.

"Time to meet Burgess once again…." Saying that he created a spatial portal and then walked through it.

Two days passed in the blink of an eye and now it was time for the war to begin between Whitebeard pirates and the Marines.

At the rear of the island, Ace was located atop the execution stand while the three Admirals were watching over him. On the front line of the island, all of the Warlords were standing except for Burgess who didn't even pick up the call from the Marine higher-ups.

John Giant mobilized his forces as a staggering one hundred thousand elite troops prepared for battle. Fifty marine ships were stationed around the island with cannons lining the coastline.

The inhabitants of Marineford, a city where the families of Marines reside, have been evacuated due to the coming war. On the Sabaody Archipelago, monitors have been set up to broadcast the execution to its inhabitants.

The entire world right now was eagerly watching the live video, waiting for the strongest man in the world to make his appearance. Though some of them were doubtful about it as they all knew that Whitebeard had gotten old and right now, he would need to face the top powerhouses of the Marines.

"Before the execution happens, I wish to inform everyone of something very important related to Portgas D Ace…." Sengoku took a Den-Den Mushi in his hands and began to speak with a serious expression. "Years ago, the Marines searched on a certain island to find the child of a certain man, however we couldn't find it, no matter how much we searched for that child.

Portgas D Rouge, the mother of Ace, who was from the South-Blue on an isle known as Baterilla, performed a feat that even the Marines did not think was possible. She had kept Ace in her womb for twenty full months, far past the point of Ace's natural childbirth. When Ace was eventually born, Rouge died, having used up all her strength. This had taken place exactly one year and three months after the death of Ace's true father." Taking a deep breath, Sengoku looked at Ace with a serious gaze before speaking in a loud tone. "The father of Portgas D Ace is the Pirate king Gol D Roger!!!"

"W-What????" Everyone who was in the Marineford or was watching the broadcast live was stunned hearing that shocking information.
