The moment he opened the notification panel, he was greeted by a lot of notifications which caused a smile to appear on his face. He received a lot of good things from the war without even having to fight someone directly.

"What….??" Alex nearly jumped in surprise when he saw the sudden notification that appeared in front of his eyes. "Doesn't this mean that I would be able to eat 2 more devil fruits since I can still upgrade my physique two more times?"

In excitement, he began to read the notification again and again while smiling in happiness. After reading it 5 times, he took out a devil fruit from the system storage that he received from the war.

"I was wondering who should I give this to but now, I don't have to share it with someone else…." Saying that he took a small bite of the devil fruit and then burnt the rest of it using his lightning power.

With a big smile on his face, he flicked his fingers toward a flower pot creating a small shockwave which destroyed the flower pot very easily and even caused the table to crack a little on which the pot was present.

"No wonder, Blackbeard lusted for this power….." He murmured with a smile and then began to look through his new status screen. 

When he was done, he stood up from the bed and began to create a spatial door. Though, unlike the usual times, this time, he was thinking of a person whom he wanted to find on the other side of the door.

When the spatial door was created, Alex peeked through it when he was sure that this was the right place, he entered the door without any hesitation.

On the other side of the spatial door, a giant turtle could be seen. Alex appeared above it and quickly used his Observation Haki to look for every person who was living on that turtle.

When he found the person that he was looking for, he went into stealth mode and flew down toward the place where the feudal lord of this town was residing.

He quickly entered the castle and then went straight to the bedroom where that guy was present. When he reached the bedroom, he didn't waste any time killing that guy using his lightning powers.

Since it was already evening, Alex went to the dining table to have dinner and after that, he once again came back to Hancock's room to sleep.

An entire week passed and a lot of things happened throughout the world. The first is the sudden appearance of Dragon and Luffy inside the Marineford.

The other news came from the New World where Champion pirates have officially begun to claim the territories of Whitebeard pirates. In the beginning, they clashed with both Beast pirates and Big Mom pirates; however, for some reason, those two crews backed off all of sudden.

Alex in the meantime didn't stay idle either as he along with Franky were busy inspecting the body of a Pacifista that he captured in the Sabaody Archipelago.

He also helped the people who were developing his city and now, the first city of his future Empire was done developing. He gave some houses to those workers just like he had promised in the beginning.

He also handed the four Zoan devil fruits to the Kuja pirates that he had gotten from the Impel down. He also gave away Noro-Noro no mi to Marguerite, a girl who showed a lot of potentials to keep getting stronger in the future.

Right now, Alex was inside the palace room, creating a spatial door while picturing the image of that person in his mind. After the spatial door was created, he went through it and appeared above a World Government ship which was heading back to the Mary Geoise.

On the ship, there were some low-ranking members along with a CP-0 agent. A small blonde girl was also on the deck however her hands were tied together so she couldn't run away from them.

Alex didn't care much about them, instead, he pointed his finger toward the ship and began to attack them using his lightning power again and again until the system notification appeared in front of his face.

When he passed through the spatial door, he once again appeared above a ship. Though this time, the ship belonged to a pirate crew called Treasures Pirates. A treasure-hunting pirate crew led by Mad Treasure.

On the deck of the shark-shaped ship, Alex noticed a guy sitting on a sofa while a woman and a small guy stood behind him. There were some other low-ranking crew members as well on the ship. Though they were mostly there to do insignificant tasks like cooking, cleaning and other things.

Using his Conqueror Haki, he knocked down everyone except for the captain and then appeared in front of Mad Treasure with the sea-stone sword in his hand. "Time for you to leave this world, Maddy!"  With a single slash, he beheaded the captain and then began to fly in the sky along with the unconscious woman.

When he was some distance away from the ship, he rained a lot of lightning attacks on the ship, destroying it fully.

"Plunder." He commanded the system and then began to alter Naomi's brain so she could assimilate herself into the Kuja pirates.

After he was done rearranging her mind, he woke her up and then sent her to the training island while handing her the Iro-Iro no mi devil fruit.

He began to create another spatial door to head to a place that he wouldn't be able to find easily even if he puts all of his attention into it.

When the portal was created, he passed through it and appeared inside the stomach of an island-sized fish. He used his Observation Haki to find the only human that lives in the stomach of this giant fish.

When he found the presence, he quickly headed there and then killed the blonde man who was sitting beside the other dinosaurs while covering himself in a dinosaur costume.

"Plunder." He commanded the system and then began to fly inside the stomach of the island-sized fish, trying to find the island where that mine was located.

After he found the destroyed island, he looked for the mine and then began to head inside it, not caring about the traps that were placed outside of it.

Inside the mine, he found a lot of Pure Gold, something that could stop the ageing and sickness in its mere presence. He stored all of it inside the system storage and then created a spatial door to head back to the new city.

He gave away some Pure Gold to the people there and told them to put them in rings. Since they were loyal to him, he wasn't worried about the fact that they might steal some of it.

With this done, he created another spatial door and travelled through it. He appeared above an island which contained a very large silver ore mine.

He first knocked out everyone with his Conqueror Haki and then began to alter their minds except for the person who was the leader of the pirate crew which was staying on this island.

He then created a very large spatial door and sent the entire island through it. Now, this entire silver ore mine was a part of his territory. As for the captain, Alec beheaded him for the devil fruit that he had eaten.

"Plunder." He spoke with a small smile and then travelled through the door, coming back to the newly developed city.

Now that he got a silver mine, he decided to head out and get different islands which contain different metal mines. This would allow his Empire to stay self-sufficient and he wouldn't need to buy stuff from the merchants.

"He still hasn't contacted me yet….." Alex muttered with a calm expression while thinking about that bird person. "It seems that I need to cut some of his wings when I meet him…."

Still, this wasn't the right time as he needed to head to the organization base to collect information about those islands where those mines were.
