Chapter 60: Chapter 59. Woman Stealer

The spatial door appeared in the sky from which Alex came out. He looked below him and saw at least a hundred Marine warships, filled with Neo-Marine officers who had defected from Marine to join Zephyr.

Alex instantly used his lightning web to cover all of the warships and then he began to alter the mind of everyone in it except for the ship that was on the forefront since those three were staying on it.

When he was done altering their mind, Alex took out a gas-filled bottle from the system storage and then threw it on the last remaining ship. He also moved along with the bottle and reached the deck where he saw that old man sitting on a sofa while two of his students stood beside him.

The bottle soon exploded, engulfing the entire deck in the poisonous gas. The Marine officers instantly fell unconscious while Z began to look around with an angry expression. Though after some seconds, he too fell on his knees barely conscious.

"You are still awake. I guess I should have expected this from you, a guy who was once Admiral." Alex landed on the deck with an amused smile. "Though it appears that you are barely keeping yourself alive." Saying that he shot a lightning bolt at Z, knocking him out instantly.

He then began to alter everyone who was on the ship and then he handed them the antidote for the poisonous gas. Since he was done here, he used his devil fruit and made all the warships fly in the sky, taking them all to the newly developed city.

He left them there, telling them to take rooms for themselves while he opened a spatial door to head to Firs Island to borrow Dyna stones from the Marine. He couldn't leave them there since they were very useful to him.

It wasn't hard for him to sneak into the underground Marine base on Firs island to steal those Dyna stones. There were ten Dyna stones which were a little disappointing as he was expecting a lot of them there.

After he was done stealing those bombs, Alex came back to the palace room to sleep.

The next morning, he woke up and took a quick shower before heading to the dining table to have some breakfast. At the dining table, Elder Nyon and Shakky were already present.

"Good morning, Alex. When did you come back?" Shakky asked curiously, taking a sip of tea from the cup.

"At midnight." He replied and took his seat. Motioning one of the maids to serve him breakfast, he then turned to look at Shakky. "How's the training going? Are they making any progress?"

"It's going good." Shakky took a bite of a cookie with a delighted expression. "These cookies are the best, you should try them." She said with a smile while giving him two cookies.

"Thanks." Alex took a small bite and nodded in appreciation. "It's quite delicious." He ate the other cookie as well and then began to drink the tea that was just served.

"When is Hancock coming back?" Elder Nyon suddenly asked.

"No idea." He replied casually, knowing full well that it was true. "She still has a lot to grow before she could come back to take the command of Amazon Lily."

"The citizens were quite curious about the whereabouts of the Empress since she didn't appear in the kingdom for some time." Elder Nyon replied, remembering the number of questions that she got from the citizens.

"There is no need for them to know." Alex calmly replied and focused his attention back on the dining table. Shakky and Elder Nyon nodded at his words and began to eat breakfast.

The rest of the breakfast happened in silence as all of them were busy with breakfast. After the breakfast ended, Elder Nyon headed to the finance room while Shakky went to the training ground.

Alex on the other hand decided to head to the Marine Headquarters to meet that guy so he could give that artificial devil fruit to them. When he participated in the war, he didn't just kill people, he also got some useful people under him. One of those people was a guy who was soon going to be an Admiral.

Coming out of the spatial door, Alex looked around and found himself inside a large room. In front of him was a bed on which a guy wearing Vice-Admiral clothes was sleeping.

"Get up, Tokikake," Alex yelled out while walking toward the lazy guy. "I got a devil fruit for you." Saying that he took out the artificial devil fruit that he had gotten from Punk Hazard.

"I'm up." Tokikake lazily opened his eyes and then got up from the bed. "You could have chosen a better time to appear in my room, you know."

Alex simply chuckled at his words and then threw the devil's fruit toward him. "Shut up and eat it quickly."

"Okay…." Tokikake replied lazily before taking a small bite of the devil fruit. "This is so disgusting like those handsome men out there…!" He spoke with a look of disgust on his face while spitting out the devil fruit piece from his mouth. "Do you want me to show you how I will look after transforming into my hybrid form?" He asked while gazing at Alex who shook his head negatively.

"I got other things to do instead of wasting my time here with you for no reason." Saying that he created a spatial door and walked inside it. "Make sure to take the Admiral position along with Gion. If you fail to do that, make sure to be ready for the consequences."

"Stop threatening me, you woman stealer!!" Tokikake yelled with a violent expression. "You took away my lovely Gion from me. Our love for each other was pure but you changed her…!!"

"Hahaha, keep believing that, lazy bastard."
