Chapter 61: Chapter 60. Revolutionary Army

Baltigo labelled as the "Land/Island of White Soil '' is located in the Grand Line, near the Arabasta kingdom. The landscape has tall rock pillars and the ground looks like it might be snow-covered. It is also very windy there.

This island had a lot of ancient ruins that served as the Headquarters of the Revolutionary Army. A very powerful military organization that seeks to dismantle the World Government. They are particularly against the World Nobles of Mary Geoise who control and benefit from the corruption of the World Government.

Right now, inside the meeting room of the Revolutionary Headquarters, 7 figures could be seen sitting on chairs, discussing something among themselves.

One of them was the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army, Sabo. The other four were four commanders of four armies that were stationed on the Blue seas respectively.

They were Karasu, the leader of the North Blue army, Belo Betty, the leader of the East Blue army, Morley, the leader of the West Blue army and Lindbergh, the leader of the South Blue army.

The other two people that were sitting were Koala, Sabo's secretary and Ahiru, the deputy of the East Blue army. They were sitting quietly there as they weren't in a position to openly discuss along with the commanders of the Revolutionary Army.

"Dragon-sama won't be coming back for some time since he is busy training Luffy," Sabo spoke calmly. "Even though he is not here, that doesn't mean that we can stop our activities."

"We weren't planning to stop either." Belo Betty replied with an excited smile. "I'll be recruiting more people in the army since we lack manpower as of now."

"Did you get any news about Kuma?" Lindbergh asked with a serious expression.

"Sadly no." Sabo shook his head with a disappointed expression. "We don't even know what caused him to make such a rash decision."

"Even Dragon-sama doesn't know about the reason," Koala said with a sad expression, remembering the time Kuma was with them. 

They continued to talk among themselves about the things that were happening throughout the Grand Line. Though none of them noticed a small bottle that appeared inside the room through a spatial door.

The gas that was trapped inside the bottle soon spread around the room, affecting everyone in the room except for Sabo who held his breath as he was ordered by his captain some time ago.

Soon, everyone fell unconscious and from the corner of the room, Alex came out with a small smile on his face. "You didn't disappoint me, Sabo. You brought all of them here even though Dragon didn't order them." He praised him and then threw an antidote of the poisonous gas to him. "The gas won't affect you anymore after you eat this."

Sabo nodded and placed the pill in his mouth and chewed it hurriedly. "I only needed to tell them that we need to hold a meeting so we can discuss the actions that we will take in the absence of Dragon."

Alex nodded at his words and then turned to look at the people who were unconscious right now. Using his Hypnosis Skill, he began to alter their mind quickly.

When he was done, he took out two devil fruits from the system storage. He threw one of them toward Sabo while he placed the other one in front of Koala.

"Mera-Mera no mi……?" Sabo mumbled with a shocked expression, looking at the devil fruit which reminded him of his brother.

"I searched throughout the Grand Line to get this for you. For me, this devil's fruit shouldn't belong to anyone except for you." Alex spoke in a casual tone however his words caused Sabo to bow in gratitude.

"Thanks for giving this to me." Saying that he took a small bite of the devil fruit and threw the rest of it. Even though it was disgusting, he didn't say anything about it. Instead, he looked at his hand, which soon began to turn into fire. "I won't disappoint you, Ace….." He mumbled with a determined expression.

While Sabo was busy playing with his new power, Alex woke up Koala so he could give her the devil's fruit. "Hey, I found a devil fruit for you, eat it quickly."

"Alex-sama….?" Koala muttered with a confused expression however she followed his order and took a bite of the devil fruit that was placed in front of her. "Ewww….this taste so disgusting!!!" She tried to spit it out to get rid of the taste however it didn't work.

Alex chuckled at her expression in amusement. "The devil fruit that you have just eaten is a Paramecia devil fruit called Mato-Mato no mi. It makes the user capable of aiming at whichever "target" he decides upon from any location and at any time." Alex began to explain the details of the devil fruit to her. "Though you would need to touch the person to mark him as your target."

"It's a very good devil fruit. Thank you, Alex-sama." She smiled at him with a grateful expression. She then stood up from her seat and went to touch Belo Betty. After that, she threw a small piece of paper which instantly hit Belo Betty. "It's such a convenient devil fruit. I can easily use it to deliver messages to anyone."

Alex then woke up the other people and then he took them to their respective Bases in the Blue seas one by one. This allowed him to alter the brain of every person who was inside the Revolutionary army.

It took him 5 hours to get every single member of the Revolutionary army under his command. Though he was quite happy about it, he had gotten one of the strongest forces under his command in just 5 hours which was something that Dragon took more than a decade to develop.

Now, he wanted to see the reaction of Dragon when he found out that his organisation wasn't his anymore. It would be quite epic as he would be all alone and the only person who would be with him will be his son, Luffy.
