After rescuing Cathy, both Pippy and Elizabeth soon caught up to everyone else who were with Grimhild, speaking to another fairy who seemed to be quite young from appearance alone, but don't let those tricks fool you, all fairies can live for millions of years, and they all have the longest lifespan compared to any other race inside of Yggdrasil.

"Oh hey, there they're!"

Elizabeth looked in the distance and quickly approached them in a slow jog. The Rozenheart could look and notice an large giant also with them, standing quite tall from their appearance. Of course this giant was Estrilda, as she crouched down to see what was going on with Grimhild and the others.

"There you are Elizabeth, where have you been?"

Kyto looked to see his friend finally returning to their group. Elizabeth had rubbed the back of her head and laughed nervously.

"Oh… ahahaha, me and Pippy were just exploring around!"

Pippy stood up on Liz's shoulder and would point up at the giant who crouched in front of them.

"Pippy wants to know why we have the Giant lady with us?"

Pippy asked them all, getting everyone's attention, even the fairy that Grimhild was speaking to.

"…We will discuss all of that later, but everyone needs join together, so huddle up in a group."

Everyone looked at Grimhild who tried to set everyone's act together, but they listened nonetheless. Elizabeth and Pippy both approached the group and they all were together now; Elizabeth and Pippy seemed confused until they remembered the reason for this.

"Oh right… Grimhild brought us here for the fairies Blessing."

Fhiron chuckled at Liz's comment.

"For an airhead you seemed to remember quicker than the others Elizabeth."

The Elf king spouted, having a smug look upon his face.

"What did you say Fhiron? You wanna fight with me?"

Grimhild sighed to their commotion.

"…Please ignore my friends Elvenia. As you can see they are all hopeless, and in our journey I wish the best for them… that is why I am asking for the blessing of a fairy to keep us safe on our ventures."

Grimhild had said in an worried, yet sarcastic tone of voice.

"Grimhild I will do anything you ask of me! After all, we all respect you and love you dearly for what you've done for us in the past. If there's anything you need… just ask me."

Grimhild would hum to herself after Elvenia's reply.

"Elvenia please tell me the honest truth, what is going on here?"

Grimhild had asked the fairy in front of her, causing their brows to lift.

"Whatever do you mean Grimhild?"

Elvenia questioned.

"It's obvious, why are all the fairies clueless to who I am? What has truly happened to them? When I made my appearance known, none of them had knew of me."

Elvenia would close her eyes as if she was saddened from Grimhild's words.

["The Devourer of Dreams, Orcus is awakening… slowly coming back to life once more, to destroy this world and all that exists."]

Elvenia used telepathy magic in order to communicate with Grimhild, keeping their conversation a secret among the others. Once exposing the truth, Grimhild's eyes had widened… as if she experienced fear from those words.

["Orcus is awakening? How is that possible…? It's not suppose to happen for another ten million years, why now?"]

Grimhild questioned.

["I have no clue Grimhild… but from what I can gather, his first seal has been broken. You know the story; when the first seal is broken everyone inside of Yggdrasil will experience loss of memory, and their dreams will become more vivid. And when the second seal is broken, everyone inside of Yggdrasil will experience hellish disruption of order and law, as the concepts of the world will malfunction and even be destroyed, alongside the laws of the world. And last but not least, the third seal being broken will be the day Armageddon. Orcus will rise from his seal, and devour Yggdrasil, alongside everyone, even the gods."]

Grimhild would close her eyes after hearing these words, bringing herself in deep thought.

["Yes, I know of the story and the signs. Long ago me, you, and Fhiron fought together alongside another one of our allies in order to seal Orcus… but it seems that Fhiron has even lost his memory of those events, as he seems to not even remember you."]

Elvenia would giggle as they telepathically spoke to one another, while both of them heard Fhiron and Elizabeth argue.

["Grimhild, you have great friends behind you… and with all of you together, you all will become strong. When all of you are strong enough, even I believe that together, all of you can defeat Orcus. It's only a matter of time before he resurrects, and the seals cannot last…"]

Grimhild would look down in thought.

["Yes I understand that, however Orcus is a parasite to Yggdrasil, his existence is unknown, as is his backstory. Even we didn't get to see his true power, as we sacrificed a lot of our own in order to seal him."]

Elvenia nodded.

["Indeed, those times were rough. You were much more powerful back then, as were me and Fhiron."]

Grimhild nodded before turning around and facing the group.

"Everyone close your eyes, and match each other's mana forces. In order to receive this blessing it will take a lot of mana to pull off. By closing your eyes and making contact with one another, we can perform the Yggdrasil Link."

They all blinked cluelessly except Fhiron.

"So you wish to perform that? Actually… we have everything we need in order to do it, this is perfect!"

Fhiron had said, with everyone else clueless to what was happening.

"I don't understand what a Yggdrasil Link is…?"

Kyto said, scratching the side of his cheek.

"Me neither!"

Elizabeth said.

"I have no clue to what that is…"

Estrilda would say as well.

"To put is simpler, when every single race joins together in a group and link their mana-forces with each other, it performs the Yggdrasil Link; you must have a god, human, Elf, Fairy, Giant, Champion wielder, and a Non-Mana Born together."

They all looked at each other and noticed… they've had all of that coincidentally.

"We have everything you said here…"

Jean would reply.

"Indeed… therefore we can pull it off. Now, all of you make the formation of a tree. This is basic, so don't screw it up."

Following Grimhild's orders they've all made the formation of a tree, linking together with one another… however Elizabeth was in the middle.

"This is exactly the formation I pictured, perfect."

Grimhild would say with a smile. Pippy would transform into his human state in order to stand out in the formation.

"Now… proceed to link your Mana forces with one another."

Grimhild given the order and they all closed their eyes together. Each and every one of them could feel a small tingle inside their stomach; their mana forces would feel as if it gotten hotter. They've all held each other's hands and could feel their own mana transferring into one another, and creating magical circles under their feet.

"…Nnn?"

Elizabeth looked down to see no magic circle under her… she didn't even have mana in the first place, so why was she even here? She felt a bit disappointed, but suddenly—

"The Yggdrasil Link is complete…"

They've all opened their eyes and could see patterns of lines which ended up drawing that of a large tree.

"Oooh…"

Jean was astounded by the sight, his eyes glowing with sparkles.

"It's been quite some time since I've seen this…"

Fhiron had said, smiling at the sight before him.

Elizabeth would open her eyes as well, looking around her confused.

"I don't understand… what was the point of me being here then?"

The Rozenheart asked the golden mage in front of her.

"…You are simply here to keep the Yggdrasil link from being unbalanced from mana. All Non-Mana users can destroy mana with their own anti-mana stored inside them, similar to that of mana forces that magic users have, thus you can balance the Yggdrasil link in order to keep it up and running."

Elizabeth eyes would widen from Grimhild's words.

"Really…? I can do that? I didn't know! Wow that could've been useful if I found out sooner or later!"

Grimhild would snicker.

"Yes, you are very useful indeed Elizabeth, always remember that."

Grimhild's words seemed to make the Rozenheart blush happily.

"I appreciate that Grimhild…"

Elizabeth replied.

"Now then, with the Yggdrasil Link active, we all have access to the Root World."

Grimhild had said, causing Fhiron to nod his head.

"Ahhhh I remember this; The Root World is the world where Yggdrasil came from, as it created the Tree in order to sustain life, and other races."

Fhiron would look down in thought.

"The Root World is the world where things come from… think of it as "The Beginning" of all things. From Time and space, Worlds, concepts and more. Everything came from the Root world, as it is the true realm of existence."

They all look wide eyed to Fhiron's explanation.

"If that's true… then why did we do Yggdrasil Link to mess with something this powerful?"

Jean would ask.

"It's to create the blessing that I desire for you all. If something ever happens to me, I wish to leave something behind that can help you all, thus with Yggdrasil link open, Elvenia will dig deep into the Root World and find my desire."

Grimhild explained it to them, but Kyto looked confused.

"What do you mean find your desire…?"

The Cyrodel asked.

"Well… even desires and thoughts comes from the Root World. Anything a human dreamed of, or a concept that they've made up just by their imagination exists there. It is the beginning of all things, therefore it has all things in existence before we've even spoke about it."

Elizabeth's brain began to fry.

"This is so confusing… I don't get none of this!"

Elvenia would now flutter over towards them and stand in front of Elizabeth, opening her arms.

"I will find this blessing and gift it to you all! Us fairies are the only race that can travel into the Root World… So I will return with what is wanted."

Elvenia began to slowly disappear as her body became transparent.

"Please keep the Yggdrasil Link active, if it is not… then I will be unable to return."

They've all nodded.

"You can trust us…"

Jean would reply, which made Elvenia smile.

"Very well… I will return."

The fairy would finally vanish.
