The Hornet King

Stood tall and proud in the Aliqu woods was the city of Vespiae, a home for all insects built from the ashes of the ruthless hornet clan which previously resided there. The city was generally peaceful, bugs of all walks of life going about their day to day with their heads forward and down. The city may have had a violent history, but it was one that promised peace. The hornets and bees lived in truce, with the eventual goal to accept one another.

However, something sinister resided within the city's origins. Adelwa, the drone bee who single handedly overthrew the hornet queen, was secretly continuing the hornets' tradition of stealing the young from distant hives, but not for consumption

Apon receiving a brief message from an unknown source, Roz, one of countless bee servants held within Castle Ornutus, was tasked with aiding the escape of The King's son. Not knowing why or how she was assigned such an important task, she accepted. However, it was not an altruistic decision, it was for her own sake. She was given an opportunity to leave the castle, and she took it, unknowing of the many hardships she may have to face...
