With a bang, the treatment cabin split into two. Circuit boards broke, cables snapped, and sparks flashed.
Tang Ke had cut his hand and blood was flowing freely. He looked as though he might cry tears of blood.
He was going to kill him!
He was going to kill her!
What he had done was unforgivable!
And her, she had known the whole time! She had just looked on, having fun!
Tang Ke remembered how pale Xinya's face had been the first time she heard Han Yanyan called him 'little rabbit'. So as it turns out, from way back then Han Yanyan... had known everything!
He remembered how brightly she had smiled, saying those vicious words in the study. If the devil had a face, it would surely be hers.
That was how one could be capable of bewitching and doing evil at the same time.
He remembered what Xinya had said to him that final night. As it turns out, it had not been his imagination. Those had truly been her last words.
When his spiritual power had broken through S+, she had finally been able to set her mind at rest. With no more worries weighing her down, she no longer had anything to live for.
The tears rolled down.
Mom, I'm so sorry...
I will never, ever let anyone call me a little white rabbit again.
Tang Ke's heart overflowed with hatred. He imagined countless ways to kill Patriarch Han, only to find that it... would be difficult.
Spiritual power was only a part of a warrior's strength, giving them a great advantage in mecha control. But if you had no weapons and only your bare hands, then a person's skill, experience and physical strength were all important factors that would lead to victory or defeat.
Han Jùn had immersed himself in martial arts for decades and killed countless on the battlefield. He was truly powerful.
And what was more, with his identity, he rarely acted alone. If Tang Ke couldn't kill him in one blow, he would surely suffer repercussions. On top of that, both father and daughter were strong!
He pondered for a whole night, finally understanding that he was not yet able to kill them yet. The cold reality calmed him down, and once his mind calmed down, he found that there was something strange going on.
Han Yanyan had asked a servant to tell him to go to the main study. He hadn't thought much of it at the time, but now he remembered that if she was looking for him, she could have just sent a message straight to his smartwatch. A servant was usually only used to send messages to guests or subordinates, and although he wasn't yet her lover, their relationship had not been that distant.
And what about the videos? Why did those exist, and why had they suddenly started playing when he had gone in?
Who was behind all this? What was their purpose?
Whether to kill Patriarch Han or to seek answers, no matter what, Tang Ke would eventually have to go back to the manor.
Back then, the very first time he had been here, he had been shocked by its grandeur, amazed at the older sister who was as beautiful as an angel. Now, stepping into this place once more, he feel completely different.
One day, he would wipe out this place.
One day, he would make those surnamed Han pay the price.
Before he could return to his room, his smartwatch vibrated. It was Han Yanyan. "Come to my study."

Han Yanyan had her own study. In comparison to Patriarch Han's, it was more feminine, and Tang Ke was also much more familiar with it.
Sitting behind her desk without looking up, she questioned, "Where have you been? I didn't see you this morning. My father and I will soon be going out for awhile, this will be your training plan while we're away. While I'm gone, Han Jūn will be responsible for supervising you." Saying so, she sent the training plan to Tang Ke's smartwatch.
It was both very detailed and very strict.
Tang Ke remembered how she had treated him ever since first meeting him. Ever since childhood, she had first treated him gently, and then suddenly become cold, making him panic and find fault with himself. When she returned to normal, he would be filled with joy and gratitude, and his loyalty would rise to a new level...
She had been training him for a long time.
How much he had been infatuated with her before was how much he hated her now. Tang Ke's hand twitched, and his bloodlust soared, but he held himself back.
Han Yanyan was about to leave. He had overheard their conversation yesterday and knew that she and her father were leaving to kill her mother. And that she was likely to do it herself.
This was a woman who would kill her own mother and rob her mother's family without turning a hair. If he couldn't kill her with one blow, she would never pity or tolerate him. He would only die, and his vengeance would go unfulfilled.
Tang Ke had never hated himself so much for not being strong enough!
"Huh?" Han Yanyan looked up and frowned. "What was that?"
Tang Ke controlled his emotions, tried to relax and asked, "Yesterday you called me here and I came, but why weren't you there?"
He had obviously been told to go to the main study. This teenager has learnt to test the waters, Han Yanyan thought, but her face looked as though she didn't know anything. "Yesterday?" she frowned. "I didn't call you then. I was busy yesterday."
It hadn't been Han Yanyan. Was there someone pushing things from behind the scenes? Who?
"A servant called me," Tang Ke said.
"When?" Han Yanyan asked.
Tang Ke told her. Han Yanyan thought for a moment, "I was in the main study then, not here."
She shrugged indifferently, smiling, "Think you're being pranked? It might be Han Jin, that bad kid."
It's definitely wasn't Han Jin. Han Jin wouldn't have dared to provoke him like that. Tang Ke also didn't believe that he was capable enough to do something like that right under the nose of Han Yanyan and Patriarch Han.
"It might be him," he said. "The other day he said some nasty words to me, and I taught him a lesson."
Han Yanyan rubbed her temples. "Next time be a little more gentle. His mother came crying to me and it was so boring to deal with."
Tang Ke returned to his room full of doubts, only to see something he hadn't seen in a long time - a lightly colored envelope printed decoratively with lace lying quietly on the desk.
Once upon a time, the little fairy had been warmth and a little happiness in a boring life.
Later on, he had experienced the pain of losing his mother and fixated on Han Yanyan. He had been madly infatuated with her, whether during his dreams at night or when he got up in the morning, everything revolved around her.
He lost interest in the little fairy's pastoral, girlish romance and stopped replying to her. Gradually, she stopped sending him messages as well.
Tang Ke figured that this would be another letter full of girlish feelings wrapped up in a feel-good manner, but when he pulled out the letter and saw the familiar beautiful handwriting, its contents made his heart skip a beat!
"The truth has been revealed. Do you see reality clearly now?"
